self-service laundry is very useful. very close to shops and MRT. Room is clean and quiet. friendly & helpful staff. Comfortable beds. strong Air Con and good shower pressure. it was quite expensive during F1 race week though, but kid of expected unfortunately during that time.

Good location as it is just opposite to Marine Parade MRT. Lot of shopping malls and restaurants in front of and behind the hotel. Room size is good and bed is comfortable. Overall cleanliness is good though the toilet has some history and the shower head is fixed which is not user friendly. The staff is nice, polite and helpful. The gym and swimming pool added marks.

Price was good, no room service after 8pm, very hard for travellers arriving after 8pm, I wanted a cold drink at 11pm and was directed across the road to 7 Eleven, seriously... better options should be made available for late arriving travellers. No airport shuttle bus anymore.

Location is fantastic and price isn’t bad compared to other options. We had a refurbished room on both occasions we stayed with them. I would say room cleanliness isn’t great. Dirty lampshades and peeling edges of wallpaper. Both rooms we had smelled very musty and the toilet sink drain was giving off a terrible sewer smell. I would say they should consider doing a proper refurb rather than a bandaid solution. Pool and gym were good.

Busy hotel with busloads of asian tourists and some western tourists. Would not describe the hotel as "Grand", given the well worn rooms, less than stellar cleaning, and numerous faulty elevators throughout my 4 day stay. Plan extra time to get to the lobby from your room as these elevators are nuts and may stop at almost each floor for no apparent reason . Noticed elevator maintenancw throughout my stay.

From the outside it looks good. We chose it because of the good ratings. However, it appeared to be a dark, delapidated hotel. There was mould in the corners of the room, and on the lamp posts. The stench of mould was suffocating. The carpet was humid with mould. We cannot understand that this hotel would get a rating over 8. The only good thing was that when we cancelled after one night, the second night was not charged. The people were nice enough, but how can you, Mercure, rent out rooms with mould and a stench.

最初に部屋に入った際、洗面台のゴミ箱にゴミが残っていました。入念にクリーニングお願いしたいです。朝食は4Fでしたが、冷房が効き過ぎで寒すぎました。二日目からは短パンをやめてジーンズに、羽織るものを持参でちょうどいい感じです。また、中華系の女性年配スタッフで、他の食べ物を取りに行っている間にまだ食べかけのご飯プレートやジュースを下げられてしまい、再度取りに行く事になりました。もう少し人の動きを見るべきかと思いました。良いホテルブランドなだけにちょっと不愉快でした。ヨーロッパのメルキューレではこういう経験はなかったです。

No complains except due to age of the hotel, the bathroom sink was dated and the sink stopper had to be lifted in order for the water to flow through. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay at Grand Mercure.

Rooms are nice. During check in, the front desk service attitude is not very friendly. Breakfast the service person attitude is not friendly. Breakfast which is empty has to wait awhile before it’s replenish. Told the staff and they said breakfast is until 10:30am so still have time. Not good attitude. Long queue at breakfast as no one is at the counter to serve.

We booked and stayed in a junior suite in late September. The room was very tired and in need of update, with carpet tiles, quite drab furnishings and colours. We had one hot shower during our two and half day stay and despite raising issue about no hot water and saying they would send someone to fix the issue, no hot water eventuated. The breakfast dining was like school camp but sharing it with 50 other schools. Very uncomfortable experience as it was crammed with guests wanting their free breakfast. We decided to go elsewhere and pay for breakfast on the 2nd day, as it was like a feeding frenzy. Obviously too many guests not enough space so that guests can enjoy their breakfast without being bumped, crowded in on or pressured by a line up at the coffee machine. Obviously, the hotel has forgotten about COVID and allowing some space between tables, as the tables were joined up in rows and you were basically shoulder to shoulder with other guests. We would not stay at the Grand Mecure Roxy again, as there is a lack of attention to detail, the hotel rooms need updating and the breakfast dining area is not a comfortable or relaxing place to eat breakfast. Having said this, the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. It is a shame that they are let down by the hotel facilities.

Praktisk rom med god størrelse. Bad med ordentlig badekar, ikke bare showetub. Frokostbuffet med mange valg og mye forskjellig. Veldig hyggelig personale i resepsjonen. Det beste er metro stasjonen rett utenfor døra. Det er et par stopp og du er i sentrum av alt. Kun 15.min i taxi til flyplassen og ferge terminalen til Batam/Bintan.

MRTの駅に近くアクセスは、非常に良く市内に出るには便利です。また、空港にもタクシーで15分位です。ホテルは、少し古さは感じますが手入れは、行き届いています。朝食つきにしましたが、朝食のメニューも豊富で良かったです。
