It was a very good stay and very close to the event.

I feel like the staff did everything they could for me, but the hotel itself is in very bad shape. From the pot smoke, stale and fresh cigarette smoke, musty rooms and people screaming in the halls and fist fighting outside, there was no way I could keep my 13 year old daughter there. Then there was confusion about leaving and getting a refund. The staff said i have to contact hotels.com to ensure a refund, but hotels.com is saying it's out of their control. As of now, i have two debits from my account for the hotel stay and one refund.

Beware of the hotels on Hotels.com they show pictures of hotel, rooms and lobby but it is not accurate whatsoever. This hotel was overpriced for what it was. The only thing I can say was room was clean. However be aware that this hotel does weekly rates as well and many of the guests were undesirable. Heard alot of noise such as fights and screaming which disturbs your sleep. I will never stay again and definitely would not recommend it fights
