Close to Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Appalachian Ski Mountain, and Beech Mountain Ski Resort. Views of Grandfather Mountain on the drive to the home. On the main level, enjoy the open floor plan between the living room, dining room, and kitchen with a gas fireplace in the main living area. In the warmer months, find yourself on the covered porch with the cool breeze and gas grill for entertaining. Upstairs, you can find an entertaining area with a foosball table and gaming console in the loft, a bedroom with a bath, and a pull-out couch upstairs as well. Please note: This house is a member of a POA that requires a signed addendum to the terms and conditions. The additional requirements are summarized below: - There is a two-car minimum. - No sublease. - Your information will be provided to the POA for their use in case they need to contact you during your stay. - After you book, a separate email will ask for this document to be signed. MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE TO BOOK Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund.
