No one was in the office at check in so so I had to stand around in the cold for at least 15 minutes before they finally answered the phone and it took them another ten minutes to come open the office. It was the same thing every time I went to the office for anything. They didn’t change the bedding or sheets. They just remade the bed. There were broke down vehicles in front of the office and on the edge of the parking lot in front of the office area and a vehicle for sale that never moved. It looked like a very bad mechanic's shop. When they came to clean they left trash and didn’t clean the refrigerator or microwave. I called the office and asked for toilet paper but didn’t get any so I just went and bought my own. The sink was very, very slow to drain so always dirty looking. It may be cheap but I do not recommend staying here.

With very limited options in the area for festivals, this is about as good as you get. The staff are very friendly. Well the facilities are lacking.

This hotel is pretty old and has not been updated and it shows, my room did not have cable, nor did it have wifi. The owners stay on the check in section of the building and you can tell when you walk in.

We liked the location and having a minifridge and microwave, but we had bugs in our room and there was a leak in the toilet that made the bathroom floor wet. The pillows were flat.

Bad part: Wooden floors were dirty, sheets stained, Bathroom horrendous, dirty, rust, paint all over the floor, found long brown hair on the shower wall. Found stains on comforter. microwave did not work. Curtains were missing hooks to hold them up. Terrible smelling soap to wash with. Sink was clogged. Found spiders behind bed!! Could have used more pillows. Good part: Very hot water, fridge and freezer worked, Very accommodating giving me fresh sheets and more towels. Cold air-conditioning. Had internet access. TV worked. Watched the Browns game!! We lost. And it was a cheap rate. But now I know why!!

This is a no-frills hotel but service was very good, place was very clean with old furn., etc but room had 2 frig's with large freezers which was perfect for my needs. Am booking return now.

Property is in need of total make over. Second floor is completely sealed off like the code enforcement has shut it down. Our room was in dire need of repairs. We left early.

Absolute filth reserved two rooms for daughter and friends I was mortified by this place smelled to high hell fridge didn’t close bathtub so dirty it was unusable toilet cracked outlets by sink didn’t work I couldn’t wait to get out of there something needs done about this place total waste of over $200

This place was so disgusting that we left without staying. Check in was a red flag as it looked like the inside of someone’s garage. We had to sign a hand written photo copied “no refunds” note before handed our room key. We got to our room and there was mold, hair, and stains on the bedsheet, the bathroom was filthy of feces all over the toilet, the room smelled terriblyodf mold and cigarette smoke, and there was a hole in the wall covered by a piece of laminate flooring screwed to the wall. We tried to get a refund but the office staff declined and offered to give us a new room. We chose to leave because the hotel was so gross and a new room probably wouldn’t have been any better.

Room was wet and smelt like mold . I actually slept in my car. Sheets were dirty , tv was old and crackling sound. Light above sink didnt work. Toilet seat had remains from someone else. Would not recommend at all, better off in a tent.

The room was decent size, the bed sheets were dirty and there were items from a previous guest behind the bed. The sheets had burn holes and crumbs all over it. It looks like they weren’t replaced from the last visitor

This was the worst experience of my life. I had people at midnight walking around past my door, bouncing basketballs, people yelling the rooms were disgusting. Never again looks like a hotel for hookers

This room had been rented by smokers and so am allergic to smoke. There were burn marks in the bathroom and cigarette burns on the bedspreads. I also saw a roach this morning when we were packing to leave. The walls need to be repainted as there are stains everywhere. They had heavy plastic on the mattresses which I appreciated so as not to get bed bugs.However, even though they had a mattress pad on top of the plastic, we were both drenched in sweat upon awaking due to the plastic. All in all, it was bad

Took a bit to unlock the door then went in, nothing like pictures posted online. We decided to not even stay! Upon check-in, it says no refunds; that should have been my first warning! Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Won’t stay here again. Was questioned on my service animal and had an argument with the lady in the office over the phone about it and she hung up on me. Never have I been asked so many questions on about my service dog. It was a heated conversation.
