My son and I were there for the football at Turf Moor, the property is in a great location for the football ground and the amenities in the town centre. The twin room was very clean, comfortable and the facilities great. I was able to park outside the building. It was fantastic value for money and I will certainly look to stay there again if I should return to Burnley as I live in Cornwall.

The room was big, clean & safe. A small off road car park was available. It's in a very low socio economic area but found it very quiet and safe. I would stay again.

The room was lovely and clean and comfortable, we arrived and got a parking spot next to the hotel. Communication is excellent. Lighting on arrival so we could put the code into the building was fantastic. We were in the first room. It was modern with a lovely big bed, with a walk-in shower which is ideal for me as I struggle with mobility. It was a tiny step into the shower, about 2 centimetres high, which didn’t cause me any issues. The room had a big TV and settee, table, small wardrobe. We were very happy with our room. It was also only 10 minutes by taxi from the venue where we invited to a party the evening we were staying in Burnley, perfect place for us to stay.

If you don't mind the fact the place is not manned and doesn't have a reception then it's perfect. Comfy, clean, communication is just spot on with instructions even an idiot could follow. Well done!

Check in was ok but you need to get the keypad number - there is no front desk. Room was not very clean, spots on the sheets, the toilet had not been cleaned. There was also no soap at the sink. Very bare bones, which is ok, but not clean enough. Would not recommend.

We didnt use the kitchen just kettle in bedroom I didnt use tea bags as they were not sealed and dumped in glass Bed was too soft and creaky mattress needs replacing there was a dip in it Property is tired and smelt awful of damp as we walked in. We had a very nice stay at Innovation House, we were there for the football with Turf Moor being really close. The accommodation was very clean, comfortable and warm. The bathroom was nice and the shower was very good. Communication with the host was excellent. Our only criticism was there wasn’t any soap/liquid soap in the bathroom and as a result we had to use our shower gel to wash our hands.

Mostley fine, but the bathroom needs a shelf under the mirror, and a soap dispenser near the sink. As it is now one has to enter the shower to get soap ;-D Could also do with more light in the bathroom.

We generally enjoy our stays here it’s a great idea and although we generally think it could be executed slightly better we wouldn’t normally advise against staying there. However the mattress in the corner in room 10 was really not for me at all. Really struggled to sleep in it. Does this mean I won’t return? No it doesn’t because it’s a great idea in a perfect location but I will look at other options first

10/15 mins walk from Burnley bus station, very convenient. Communication was good on the day of arrival. Room clean and comfortable, had everything I needed. Was a bit disappointed that I had to rely on the apps on TV as no Freeview. But it didn't spoil my stay. Would definitely recommend and return for another stay. My daughter lives in Burnley and it was very close to her home. Very convenient

Heating constantly on, even after turning off room remained beyond comfortable heat to relax in, window didn’t fully open even with a stopper on window it didn’t open nearly at all to let air in. Area of place is a little sketchy I can not lie and my partner rang the number provided to the property twice and the member of staff which were different each time were very blunt and rude, had a sense of attitude whilst speaking to us.

the area was quiet and felt fine. Unfortunately because of external issues we had to leave early but everything seemed absoluteyy finr. Good value for money

Heating constantly on, even after turning off room remained beyond comfortable heat to relax in, window didn’t fully open even with a stopper on window it didn’t open nearly at all to let air in. Area of place is a little sketchy I can not lie and my partner rang the number provided to the property twice and the member of staff which were different each time were very blunt and rude, had a sense of attitude whilst speaking to us.

Iverall comfortable stay, only slight observations is that neither upstairs or downstairs kitchenette had a toaster for breakfast needs. Many thanks.

We didnt use the kitchen just kettle in bedroom I didnt use tea bags as they were not sealed and dumped in glass Bed was too soft and creaky mattress needs replacing there was a dip in it Property is tired and smelt awful of damp as we walked in. Wall above my window was damp and had holes in it in room 6 Bathroom floor connection between bedroom and bathroom was poorly done Throw on bed had what looked like blood stains and bed

The location was good and the property was nice and clean. We would have preferred a double bed, but I presume all those rooms were taken. It also would have been nice to have some decaf options for tea/coffee making.

Nice clean decent rooms, area around the property is typical town centre council and while I had no problem, I could see it being an issue for some. However, I walked into the town centre without any issues at all, it’s about a 10 minute walk.

Did not car park. Not met any staff apart from phone call to troubleshoot issues with check in (key pad and room key) I did not use the kitchen but i saw it was there.

Always have a nice quiet stay here. Check-in is online and easy, and entrance and room codes are included in your welcome email. You have the proprietor's mobile number should you need to speak to someone. I would say that cleaning needs to be more meticulous, and maintenance and upkeep of the facilities (roll holders, bathroom shelves etc) has to be more regular...
