Candlewood Suites Jackson

As usual the room was very clean. In the kitchen area plates, glasses, silverware and pots and pans were excellent quality. The lady that checked us in went beyond expectations with giving us information about ordering food when we arrived very late. She not only gave us the contact information for the restaurant but also wrote down the hotel’s address. Then taking it even farther she looked up my IHG account and applied our stay to the points. The morning staff were just as thoughtful and friendly. We will be back to the area often in the future and will definitely plan to stay there again. Thank you for being an awesome host.

Everything was awesome! The staff was so pleasant and personable!

The room was nice, clean, and some of the staff was friendly... however i strongly caution anyone staying here to be sure not to leave anything of value in the room!! My son had a Nintendo switch case with 16 games stolen from our room while we were gone all day. They reviewed security tape and only 1 person went into our room but because the case wasn't seen as she was walking out, nothing can be done. I wouldn't suggest requesting more towels without bringing the dirty ones down either- we got a lot of attitude from the evening person for just requesting fresh towels/ washcloths and you might get something of value taken if you request anything! Overall the room was clean and comfortable but definitely not trustworthy! Manager was nice about the review of theft. Lesson learned.
