Charming, cozy lake house. Wonderful amenities and very comfortable beds. A real home away from home. Loved proximity to Middlebury and several great ski areas.

The home was so quaint and wonderful. The location on the lake is extraordinarily beautiful and peaceful. Kate is incredibly attentive and available to answer any question very quickly. There’s just something about this place that is special and I truly can’t wait to get back. So much deep relaxation and peace

A lovely and cleverly decorated home with lots of lake toys provided. We enjoyed our stay very much and particularly appreciated the welcome basket.

Kate was extremely helpful and accommodating when we needed to adjust the schedule. The property proved a perfect setting for our fishing weekend, and the kitchen was extremely well equipped. We spent most of the weekend grilling, fishing, and kayaking on Fern Lake. We tool a quick day trip to Lake Dunmore one day which was very close by. Beds were comfortable, we remembered most of what was needed to get to the second Piston Honda in Mike Tyson’s Punch Out, grilled some great dinners, and caught up. A great weekend.
