Very basic hotel, smelly room, elevator didn’t work (free bottle of water as compensation (…..)) parking fully booked (fortunately good option to park nextdoor), single room although double room booked (one free beer as compensation). Anyway, two good things: close to city centre and very good breakfast!

Ayant séjourné à plusieurs reprises dans cet hôtel, nous avons été très déçue cette fois-ci. Ménage approximatif, il restait du caca sur le côté de la cuvette et ça sentait très mauvais dans la partie SDB, toilettes a en vomir chambre au 2e étage avec un bruit répétitif toutes les 30 secondes, tel un roulement de Machine Sinon emplacement non loin du centre ville dans une zone calme, parking payant dans les rues autour de l'hôtel

Goed verblijf gehad. Kamers zijn schoon, ruim genoeg. Goede locatie op loopafstand van alles. Wel gehorig en de douche liep niet goed door. We kregen maar 2 handdoeken, goed voor het milieu maart eentje meer voor bij de wastafel was wel fijn geweest.

Tout bien, sauf qu'ils nous avaient attribué une chambre avec une porte intérieure communiquant à la chambre à côté de la nôtre. Et le grand soucis c'est que les portes pouvaient s'ouvrir et donc nos voisins auraient pu avoir accès à notre chambre pendant la nuit ou pendant notre absence en journée. Pas très rassurant Nous avons vu avec la réception pour demander à changer de chambre, ce qui a été fait dans la foulée

Lady on desk when I left couldn't have cared less - barely said good bye, No thank you or 'hope you enjoyed your stay'. Hardly looked up from desk!

The hotel is in a good location and in the room you have everything you need. Also the breakfast is good. Of course other hotels maybe have a lot more to eat, but it's enough to start your day. We went there now for the second time and again it was good. Only comment maybe; I booked a room for 2 person's with 2 beds. And there is only 1 extra pillow availablein the room in the closet. So we went to the reception. The boy at the reception didn't have an extra pillow and couldn't arrange it also. He was acting a little bit that he had no interest for his job and wouldn'twanne go throughthe trouble of arrangingit. The 2 towels I asked I get....but it looked like it cost a lot of trouble for him. With the rest of the staff (breakfast, check-in/ check-out) we totally didn't have this feeling.

Nice clean hotel close to the train station and 10-15 minutes walk from the old city. I liked the little closet area between main door and a secondary door to the room. Good strong hot shower. Can’t comment on the breakfast as I didn’t purchase this extra.

Das Hotel hat einen guten und gesicherten Parkplatz, den man gegen Gebühr nutzen kann. Das Hotel wirkt insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen. In der Toilette auf dem Zimmer hatte sich schon ein gräulicher Rand gebildet. Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr einfach und übersichtlich. Ärgerlich war, dass mir bei Einchecken trotz vorheriger Zahlung über Expedia noch einmal der (ein zu hoher) Zimmerbetrag in Rechnung gestellt wurde. Auf meine Nachfrage, ob ich nicht schon bezahlt hätte, sagte man mir, dass die Zahlung noch nicht erfolgt sei. Auf dem Zimmer angekommen, überprüfte ich meine Unterlagen nochmals und stellte fest, dass ich durchaus gezahlt hatte. Ich sprach die Situation an und es hieß zunächst, dass man das nicht beim Einchecken im System sehen würde. Später wurde dann aber zugegeben, dass es doch im System vermerkt war. Hier also auf jeden Fall aufmerksam bleiben!

The hotel is in a good location and in the room you have everything you need. Also the breakfast is good. Of course other hotels maybe have a lot more to eat, but it's enough to start your day. We went there now for the second time and again it was good. Only comment maybe; I booked a room for 2 person's with 2 beds. And there is only 1 extra pillow availablein the room in the closet. So we went to the reception. The boy at the reception didn't have an extra pillow and couldn't arrange it also. He was acting a little bit that he had no interest for his job and wouldn'twanne go throughthe trouble of arrangingit. The 2 towels I asked I get....but it looked like it cost a lot of trouble for him. With the rest of the staff (breakfast, check-in/ check-out) we totally didn't have this feeling.

Very basic hotel, smelly room, elevator didn’t work (free bottle of water as compensation (…..)) parking fully booked (fortunately good option to park nextdoor), single room although double room booked (one free beer as compensation). Lady on arrival v. helpful. Breakfast staff v. helpful as I have to eat gluten free. Very good wide choice for breakfast. Room plain, but quiet and had all the essentials. Lady on desk when I left couldn't have cared less - barely said good bye, No thank you or 'hope you enjoyed your stay'. Hardly looked up from desk!
