Nicht gefallen hat uns beim letzten Aufenthalt: (1) Bei der Abrechnung anlässlich des Auscheckens konnte - obwohl die Mastercard einen hohen Deckungsbetrag ausweist - keine Abrechnung erfolgen. Dies erweckt für Außenstehende (Rezeptionsmitarbeiter:innen sowie andere Hotelgäste) dann ggf. den Eindruck, es beste keine Liquidität (Anm,: beim abschließenden Aufenthalt in der Bar des Quellenhof hat die Mastercard später einwandfrei funktioniert) (2) beim Besuch des Spa konnte für die Herrenumzugskabine kein Schlüssel für den Spint zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Meine Sachen musste ich dann im Spint meiner Frau verstauen. Die Begründung lautete: Die Schlüssel seien abhanden gekommen ! (3) Im Spa standen bereits zweimal keine Handtücher zur Verfügung. Begründung: Die Wäscherei habe nicht liefern können !

Die Parkplätze müssten etwas breiter sein. Mit einem richtigen Fahrzeug kommt man fast nicht rein und auch fast nicht aus dem Auto raus.

Hotel en kamer schoon! Kamer en badkamer gedateerd. Geen stopcontacten bij het bed wel bij de grond. Dit is niet meer van deze tijd. Bij de douchekop geen handsproeier om je af te sproeien. Geen thermosstaatkranen. Jammer dat de sauna en zwembad al om 21.00 uur sluiten. Heel mooi zwembad en sauna! Grote scheur in 1 overgordijn. Uitzicht op een dak. Heerlijke koffie met goede melk schuim en ontbijt werd goed aangevuld. Fruit was niet vers.

Sehr aufmerksames Personal und sehr freundlicher Service. Leider gab es im Spa keine großen Handtücher. Das fand ich für so ein Haus nicht angemessen. Auch, dass es im Ruhebereich kein Wasser oder Tee gab.

Von einem Aufenthalt in einem Fünf Sterne Hotel erwartet man deutlich mehr auf den Bilderrahmen. Auf der Lampe war dicke Staubschicht weiterhin waren im Badezimmer lange schwarze Haare in der Badewanne und einer langen Nagel stand aus der Badewannenabtrennung heraus. Die Kosmetiktücher waren alle und wurden nicht wieder aufgefüllt. Die Fenster waren voller Spinnenweben. Da muss dringend am Service gearbeitet werden. Denn auch nach einem Hinweis wurde nichts behoben.

Keine 5 Sterne! Ein ursprünglich schönes Haus, was deutlich in die Jahre gekommen ist. Eingerissene Vorhänge, staubig, abgeschlagene und verschmutzte Türrahmen, klemmende und wackelige Balkontüren, usw. Ich war rechtschaffend enttäuscht und würde definitiv nicht wiederkommen. Auch das Frühstück für 28 € war lachhaft und das Geld nicht wert.

Ein sehr elegantes und angenehmes Hotel, luxuriös und sehr geräumig. Das Hotel zeigt stellenweise ein wenig sein Alter (die Teppiche wirken an einigen Stellen etwas abgenutzt). Unser Zimmer war sauber, mit viel Platz, einem sehr großen Badezimmer, komfortable Betten und einem Kühlschrank. Die Aussicht war allerdings nicht besonders. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kann ich wärmstens empfehlen.

Sehr schönes, elegantes Hotel mit viel Flair! Die Zimmereinrichtung ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, es ist aber alles sehr sauber. Das Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend, sehr gutes Frühstück, Abendessen auch hervorragend! Kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Personal sehr freundlich, Pool und Wellnessbereich sehr schön. Zimmer war sauber. Barte war zwar nur eine Duschwanne, aber alles sauber. Auch diverse Reinigungs und Körperlotion waren vorhanden. Am Schreibtisch war nur schwerer zugänglich eine Steckdose generell zu wenig Steckdosen um zum Beispiel Tablet oder Handy aufzuladen. Très facile d’accès et à moins de 10 min à pied de l’hypercentre. Grande chambre joliment décorée et literie confortable. Grande SDB mais bizarrement aménagée : on aurait dit la SDB d’un établissement de soin pour personnes âgées et/ou handicapées. Petit-déjeuner : bon, mais cher…Si on réserve à l’avance, c’est un peu moins cher, mais on ne nous l’a pas dit à l’enregistrement, donc le 1er jour on a payé prix plein. La salle est remplie et bruyante le dimanche matin ! Pas de frigo ni de mini-bar dans la chambre, apparemment on pouvait commander des boissons grâce à un document dans la chambre à transmettre à la réception, mais on n’avait pas ce document. On a mangé 1 fois au restaurant « Bistro », dans l’ensemble c’était très bon.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, dennoch hatte ich insgesamt einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Es gibt jedoch zahlreiche kleine Details, die nicht stimmig waren. Die Heizung/Klimaanlage war zu laut und klapperte permanent, und am Waschbecken stand ausschließlich Kaltwasser zur Verfügung. Der Spa-Bereich ist ansprechend gestaltet, doch auch hier fielen Mängel auf: Am Abend war kein Personal anwesend, es gab keine sauberen Gläser für das angebotene Wasser, und auch große Handtücher für den Spa-Bereich fehlten. Das Frühstück überzeugte zwar mit einer qualitativ hochwertigen Auswahl, doch der Service ließ zu wünschen übrig. Lange Wartezeiten, bis ein Tisch zugewiesen wurde, keine Teekannen oder heißes Wasser für Tee – viele Dinge mussten erst umständlich erfragt werden. Dadurch ging leider der Genuss verloren. Guest areas are a bit tired, but communal areas and pool are very nice. There was a conference on the day we arrived, so many places were inaccessible. Staff were very accommodating in checking us in slightly early due to a wedding and young family. Would stay again.

Absolutely wonderful hotel, in a really beautiful senior suite room. Price was reasonable however after spending €350+ for our one-night stay, I was asked to pay an extra 50 cents as they got the price wrong. Found this a bit strange since it was an error on their side and they would not look over such a small amount. Any other 5 star hotel would laugh over such a small additional charge! Other than that it was a perfect stay, wonderful swimming pool and a great breakfast. Definitely recommend and will visit again!

Très facile d’accès et à moins de 10 min à pied de l’hypercentre. Grande chambre joliment décorée et literie confortable. Grande SDB mais bizarrement aménagée : on aurait dit la SDB d’un établissement de soin pour personnes âgées et/ou handicapées. Petit-déjeuner : bon, mais cher…Si on réserve à l’avance, c’est un peu moins cher, mais on ne nous l’a pas dit à l’enregistrement, donc le 1er jour on a payé prix plein. La salle est remplie et bruyante le dimanche matin ! Pas de frigo ni de mini-bar dans la chambre, apparemment on pouvait commander des boissons grâce à un document dans la chambre à transmettre à la réception, mais on n’avait pas ce document. On a mangé 1 fois au restaurant « Bistro », dans l’ensemble c’était très bon.

Onze kamer was aan de druke weg, het was wel luid de hele nacht door het auto verkeer. Het was niet vies maar de kamer zat aan de oude kant. Wij hebben voor 3 personen gereserveerd en betaald maar moesten bij aankomst voor ons kind betalen voor het 3de bed. Zwembad was oke, niks bijzonder. Sauna en de rest was te betreden tegen extra kosten en redelijk duur. Geen fijne route richting centrum. Wij voelden ons niet super veilig richting om vanuit het hotel richting het centrum te lopen.

Keine 5 Sterne! Ein ursprünglich schönes Haus, was deutlich in die Jahre gekommen ist. Eingerissene Vorhänge, staubig, abgeschlagene und verschmutzte Türrahmen, klemmende und wackelige Balkontüren, usw. Ich war rechtschaffend enttäuscht und würde definitiv nicht wiederkommen. Auch das Frühstück für 28 € war lachhaft und das Geld nicht wert.
