Stayed 2 nights

This was a terrible hotel, there was absolutely no atmosphere. The room was in grey, black, white with PVC floor, too small, to small place for your suitcase, no place for my small toiletterie-bag near the sink than on the floor, a winterblanket on the bed in July, very, very hard pillows filled with feathers, grey! scratching towels the climatisation was the loudest one I ever heard, the premium room ist the same as standard but with use of two bathrobes, a coffeemaschine with two (really only two capsules!!! for premium room), the Minibar for free ( 2 lemonades and two beer). The people at the reception were absolutely unprofessional on sunday our arrivingday, we payed a lot for this room, much more than we pay normally, we will never come again! Because the room was sooo terrible, we avoided to take the breakfast (which is 26€ per person and night, so 52€ for two), this also is the highest price we ever heard of. This "hotel" is in reality a youth hostel and this are the people who had given all the stars of evaluation. But it's clean, Germany. All in all I feeled deceived, from hotel and especially the price for this hotel. The only highlight was the woman at the reception on Tuesday morning, 21 of July.

Stayed 1 night

Five negative things in 1 night stay: 1. During check-in I was asked to sign a contact. Standing tired af a reception, that’s no way to greet new guests - to have them sign things to cover your hotels responsibilities. 2. The waiter at the restaurant didn’t greet us nicely. She seemed very tired and just threw a QR code on the table and left us there. When scanned it was only drinks menu. We had to wait and ask her for a menu, and then she flipped it over in an arrogant way, and didn’t say a word. 3. We had food, it was good, but we wanted to order nachos and have a drink. It was not possible. Two minutes before the kitchen closed. Nachos come on. 4. The fitness room was embarrassing small and unequipped for strength training. There were nice apples and water in there but no weights. It went from 1-10kg in handbells, and there were only one multi-purpose cable pull machine for the rest. 5. The AC for the room was not regulated. It was very noisy or off. “An average hotel pretending to be more than it is.”
