Dieses Hotel ermöglicht alles für einen traumhaften Aufenthalt. Wir haben ein Zimmer für eine Woche gebucht, und wir haben echt jeden Tag davon genossen. Im ersten Blick sieht man eine sehr große und schöne Lobby mit ganz schicken Möbeln. Das Zimmer selbst war auch groß und hell, mit einem wunderschönen Sea-View. Das Hotel verfügt über einen riesigen wunderschönen Garten, mehrere Pools, einen privaten Strand, mehrere Bars und Cafés usw. Man könnte behaupten, alle Mitarbeiter dieses Hotels sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Gäste fühlen sich dort sicher voll respektiert und perfekt behandelt. Wir bedanken uns vielmals bei der Managerin von "Gust Relationa" Frau Sana Doalti. Sie liebt ihren Job, verhält total professionell und ist super freundlich. Wir bedanken uns ebenfalls bei den anderen Mitarbeitern, wie Negin, Ayse. Bugra, Onur, Bülent, Esra, Gülsum, Bathuan und Cekin. Dankeschön für alles :) Wir würden auf jeden Fall dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Great location - close to the city and the airport (no disturbance from the passing planes though), friendly staff (although looking tired sometimes - probably due to huge number of multi-national and multi-cultural visitors), amazing decor (reminiscent of 90-s and sometimes dated but striking nonetheless), excellent food options including two a-la-carte restaurants (breakfast choices could be less diverse but more refined though), fantastic sea and beach (beware that sun umbrellas can be in short supply so better get up early to secure one), great entertainment and great after-sea facilities (shame that the indoor swimming pool was empty and that the spa centre closing at 7pm). Without being too picky, overall - excellent value for money. Enjoyed my stay and would recommend to everyone!

Friendly and helpful staff and a good variety of fresh food at the buffets were the highlight of this hotel. The 4 optional a la carte restaurants we were offered were worth a visit, although we found the Mexican and Italian were poor; the Sushi and Mongolian restaurants were very enjoyable. We also enjoyed the variety of pools and locations to relax around the hotel make it ideal for couples. Also has a great view of the arriving and departing aircraft from the nearby airport :)

The amenities advertised were nice, but the entertainment floor was closed our entire stay, as well as the Mexican restaurant, which I was looking forward to. However the charisma and cheering smile of Yasemin in the Lobby made my trips through very neat! The beach, salon and spa were well worth the stay. Thanks

Genel olarak güzel, odaya ilk geçtiğimizde kötü bir koku vardı, onun dışında temizlik açısından bir sorun yoktu. 3 havuzu var fakat havuzlar biraz küçük. Yine de kalabalık değildi, bu yüzden yüzmek için bir sorun oluşturması Personeller biraz daha güler yüzlü olabilir Bar kısmında çalışanlar çok iyiydi

This is a great hotel, friendly staff and great facilities

Mi è piaciuto tutto sinceramente cibo tantissimo e buono per tutti diciamo tutto aperto sempre...si mangia si beve a fiume...unica cosa che ti dovevi svegliare presto per prendere i posti più belli al mare se no era solo in piscina libero , struttura molto grande ti puoi perdere,tre piscine, personale molto gentile.

This hotel was a hidden gem, I assumed with the price I had paid this would be a decent 3 star at best however I stand corrected. Hotel and the gardeners have done a fantastic job with the gardens and landscaping. The buildings are lovely and ornate with the reception area having a very opulent vibe. Food was of good quality and the staff are so wonderful. I enjoyed how they care for the local animals.

This hotel is a nightmare! Stay away! They have a roach infestation roaches crawling all around food, rooms, luggage, furniture and your body when asleep. We paid for all inclusive and didn’t eat a thing in the hotel. We didn’t sleep nor did we enjoy it. It was the worse experience I have ever had in all countries I’ve traveled in the world. When issue was brought up to hotel management they said their not surprised from roaches employees are demotivated and simply don’t care. They have been reported to official departments with photos and videos.

Hotel was excellent in regards to facilities and food. Huge selection of food, tasty. However the service from staff was very unwelcoming and poor and lets the hotel down. Staff seemed rude and unfriendly and we felt this was more so towards south asian individuals. The young male at the reception Mert was the only friendly staff member along with the waiters. Hotel is dusty and could do with a renovation, looks old and outdated. Bed bugs in the bed, woke up with severe bites and itching, we had to change rooms due to this. Very poor standards from a 5 star hotel. Overall the service from staff and the uncleanliness was disappointing and we will not be returning on this basis.

Tror jeg så en eneste håndsptitdispenser på hele hotellets område. Renholdet i felles så ok ut, men overflater og dører samt dusj på rom var skittent. Jeg fikk ikke nye håndkler hver dag og det var ingen plass å henge håndkle jeg hadde benyttet meg av for tørk. På stranden var det mye avføring etter hund og katt. Som dey for øvrig kryr av på hotellet. Pels på bord og stoler ute. Servicen var dårlig, personalet var ikke mye behjelpelig og kunne så vidt engelsk. Russisk snakker de flytende. Maten var ingenting å skryte av.

Sehr kinderfreundlich mit dem Mini Club für Kinder ab 4 Jahren. Jüngere Kinder sind aber mit ein Elternteil auch sehr willkommen. Im gesamten Hotel war es sehr sauber aber unsere Zimmer war jetzt nicht immer geputzt nur mit neuen Handtücher ausgestattet.

Lunch good if they are serving leftovers from dinner. Otherwise below average. Breakfast OK. Coffee good. Tea OK. Wine terrible. Other drinks not good. One annoying detail: When they cut watermelons, they cut out the best/juiciest part in the centre and serve the guests the rests. The good parts probably save for themselves. Beach OK. Piers good. Pools OK.

Great value resort for the price. Contrary to other reviews, the WiFi worked great everywhere on the grounds, the beds were clean, the food tasted great and had lots of variety. The resort does show it's age at times but that is reflected in the price. Overall, this is a great place to stay in Antalya.

Unique atmosphere, beautiful ottoman palace design, the most welcoming personnel, especially at reception, - Negin and Mustafa, excellent food, live piano music at the lunch time and in the lobby, close distance to the shops and to the airport, very good Wi-Fi. Beautiful rooms, comfy beds.

Nothing special to be honest. Food is very mediocre, especially at the ala carte restaurant. Pool and jacuzzi was cold the whole time. Also boring. They had karaoke one evening, i wish they had more fun things to do, at least once a day. Room was nice, but no one came to clean it within my 5 night stay

Our first stay in Antalya, meeting with friends who had used the hotel on a number of occasions, previously. Very impressed with the plush decor, the comfort, great choice of food in the main dining area & also the a la carte restaurant. The bedroom was spacious & comfortable on the 9th floor. We had spectacular views of the sea, the mountains & the Duden waterfall. Our room was serviced daily, the towels & toiletries replaced & the complimentary mini-bar restocked with bottled water & soft drinks. All the staff were very friendly, many speaking English & also patient when I tried a few words & phrases in Turkish. It was apparent that quite a few of the younger members of staff were new to the hotel & undergoing training, which left some aspects of service a little lacking, but overall we have no complaints. Arriving in the last week of February, it was quiet, which suited us, but meant that quite a few areas of the hotel were closed for pre-season work. Plenty of space & amenities on site, with a small private beach. Just as we left (3rd March) the outside coffee & beach bars were opening up. Something to bear in mind for future visits. There are bus stops near to the hotel with regular services into Antalya. Bus travel is cheap (28 TKL each way) & easy to buy a pass & top it up. The hotel provides details of the buses to catch). There are shops, pharmacy, restaurants, beach bars & a sand sculpture museum close to the hotel. Very little not to like. We will return!

The staff is what makes this hotel. They are so friendly and accommodating. The restaurants are great and so are the cocktails. I would recommend the sushi restaurant and the evening shows. They have a live band that plays and were good. There are a few animals which you will see when you stay there (cats, dogs, turtles and hedgehogs). We hired a car at the airport and the location of the hotel could not be better for sightseeing. You are roughly 30 minutes from the airport and within 30 minutes from the main attractions. You are walking distance from the main beach and market. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will definitely be back.

Personel çok ilgili, yemek harika, o kadar ilgililer ki odamızı up grade yaptılar, olanaklar gayet başarılı

2 Yetişkin 1 çocuk olarak konakladık otelde düğün vardı ve düğün misafirleri lobide ahlaksızca şeyler yaptı. Otel çalışanları buna müdahalede bulunmadı ancak biz ayağımızı sehpaya uzattık diye gelip bize uyarıda bulunuldu. Ayak uzatmak yanlış bir hareketse lobide düğün misafirlerinin otelde konaklayan bayanlara sarkıntılık yapması çok daha yanlıştır diye düşünüyorum. Çalışanların bu konulara da dikkat etmesi gerekir. Ayrıca yemekleri çok kötüydü köftenin kıyması resmen uzuyordu ama restoran kısmının personeli çok iyiydi ilgili ve güleryüzlü.

When we approached employees for assistance, it was clear we were seen as an inconvenience. More often than not, we were met with unhelpful responses or redirected without getting the support we needed.

My stay at Club Hotel Sera was like staying in a palace. I stayed there for 4 nights and it had a regal ambience right from the lobby to the guest rooms. I loved the decor and layout of the hotel. Hotel staff were super attentive and dedicated to guest needs, always smiling, saying hello and finding ways to help. I give the staff an A all around, from the front desk, to the bartenders, waiters and housekeeping. My room was clean and the food selection throughout the hotel was excellent. I arrived late in the evening and I like that I had the option to eat at the Soup hall that night because I was quite famished on arrival. I will stay at this hotel again the next time I visit Antalya.

Super Personal aber das Essen ist für mich als Türkin eine Beleidigung. Hat nichts mit der Türkischen Küche zutun. Am Pool hat man kaum eine Möglichkeit etwas zu snacken da alles eine begrenzte Uhrzeit hatte. Ohne ein Mietwagen ist man dort verloren. Wer gerne sein komplettes Geld in ein Taxi stecken will um etwas sehen zu können wird einen teuren Urlaub haben.

Cok güzel bir Otel. Iyi bakilmis. Personeli güler yüzlü. Bilhassa Lobi-Bar. Yemekler de gayet güzel. Plaji var. Tek negatif yani, hava alanindan kalkan ve inen ucaklarin gürültüsü. Ama bu sadece plajdan duyuluyor.

Şehir merkezinde tatil köyü konseptinde güzel bir konaklama yaptık. Hem iş hemde tatil için mükemmel bir tesis. Peyzajı ve tatil imkanları çok güzeldi. Yemek çeşidi çok değildi ancak yeterliydi.çalışanlar ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü.

Kış döneminde oteli ziyaret etmemize rağmen hizmetlerden çok memnun kaldık. Antalya'nin en eski deniz kenarı otellerinden biri olan Club Sera, temiz ve bakımlı bir otel. Klasik ve gösterişli bir dekorasyonu olan otelin yiyecek ce icecek kalitesi de iyi

The food is tasteless, the hotel is outdated, there is a shortage of staff, and the chefs handle the food without wearing gloves. I saw one chef wipe his nose and then touch the food with the same hands. The hotel shares a beach with a public beach, and people from outside come in and disturb the guests. This was the worst 5-star hotel I have ever seen — absolutely terrible.
