Parfaitement situé, avec un grand parking accessible depuis l'intérieur de l'hôtel, cet établissement se distingue par la qualité de son accueil. Le personnel de la réception (particulièrement 2 jeunes femmes) et le personnel du petit-déjeuner (essentiellement féminin) a été d'un professionnalisme, d'une compétence et d'une amabilité remarquables. Nous avons apprécié le confort et le calme des chambres sur rue, même s'il manquait beaucoup d'ampoules dans la chambre et malgré la présence d'une baignoire avec rideau de douche (pas très hygiénique!) dans la salle de bains pas vraiment récente... Par contre, très mauvais point pour le changement quotidien des serviettes! Le monde change! Petit déjeuner excellent et varié (excellents oeufs brouillés, myrtilles, etc.) sauf des confitures inexistantes ou insipides, dommage!

A due passi dal centro storico questo bell'hotel rappresenta la soluzione ideale per una visita della città.Due parking nelle immediate vicinanze(uno però chiuso alla domenica),bella stanza con comodo letto e bagno funzionale.Molto buona la colazione a buffet e molto accogliente la haĺl con molti divani e poltrone.Consigliato!!!

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, Auto 3 Tage in der Parkgarage abgestellt und nicht gebraucht. Es ist alles in unmittelbarer Nähe, Essen, Shopping und Ausgang. Das Hotel selber ist schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr sauber und die Zimmer hatten eine gute Grösse, nebst den Betten noch eine kleine Sitzgruppe mit Tisch. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr überzeugend und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und schnell.

Overall really good. Clean and comfortable. Quiet large room, only thing is that rooms are tired and a bit run down. Could use a refresh in the room I was staying in. Overall really good experience. Not 4 star, closer to 3 but good value for money.

Hotel was exactly what we needed, central, next to a car park with a family room with plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teens. Room was clean, functional, cool. Only minor issue was the shower door was broken and would not close, it was late when we returned to the room after a day exploring Antwerp so just had quick showers and baths not to flood the room.

5min to shopping street and 7min to tram by walk. There were markets at right outside of the hotel over the weekend It was very convenient to go around. Staff were very nice. Room was big and clean. Definitely recommend.

We were in Room 112. Perhaps this review only applies to this particular room. Our suite (family of 3) was dated, but it did seem to suit the overall feel of the hotel. It was located RIGHT beside the elevator and we heard each time it was used. Outside our window was a parking lot. Luckily it wasn't used by too many cars because we could have reached out our window and touch them. Our beds were uncomfortable. The shower drain was clogged so we had fix it so we didn't flood the bathroom. It was in a walkable area and the staff were nice.

Great service and friendly staff. Quiet room on a higher floor, as requested. Excellent breakfast, offering value for money. - Weird lighting plan without a master switch. TV channels not set up logically. Shower takes a lot of time to heat up, with a leaking hose as well. Curtains do not close completely, quite impractical.

The hotel has an ideal location and friendly staff. Late check in wasn’t a problem. The rooms are spacious and clean, but a tad worn out (for example there was a large tear/crack in my bathroom sink). I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast though. There’s a lot of options, that wasn’t the issue. But I have to admit for a hotel in this price range I would for example expect freshly squeezed fruit juice and a coffee/espresso machine with options instead of a thermos with coffee and juice that clearly comes out of a bottle/package. Also, the interior of the breakfast room doesn’t look like it belongs to a 4 star hotel.

5min to shopping street and 7min to tram by walk. There were markets at right outside of the hotel over the weekend It was very convenient to go around. Staff were very nice. Room was big and clean. Definitely recommend.

Parfaitement situé, avec un grand parking accessible depuis l'intérieur de l'hôtel, cet établissement se distingue par la qualité de son accueil. Le personnel de la réception (particulièrement 2 jeunes femmes) et le personnel du petit-déjeuner (essentiellement féminin) a été d'un professionnalisme, d'une compétence et d'une amabilité remarquables. Nous avons apprécié le confort et le calme des chambres sur rue, même s'il manquait beaucoup d'ampoules dans la chambre et malgré la présence d'une baignoire avec rideau de douche (pas très hygiénique!) dans la salle de bains pas vraiment récente... Par contre, très mauvais point pour le changement quotidien des serviettes! Le monde change! Petit déjeuner excellent et varié (excellents oeufs brouillés, myrtilles, etc.) sauf des confitures inexistantes ou insipides, dommage!

Great service and friendly staff. Quiet room on a higher floor, as requested. Excellent breakfast, offering value for money. - Weird lighting plan without a master switch. TV channels not set up logically. Shower takes a lot of time to heat up, with a leaking hose as well. Curtains do not close completely, quite impractical.

The hotel has an ideal location and friendly staff. Late check in wasn’t a problem. The rooms are spacious and clean, but a tad worn out (for example there was a large tear/crack in my bathroom sink). I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast though. There’s a lot of options, that wasn’t the issue. But I have to admit for a hotel in this price range I would for example expect freshly squeezed fruit juice and a coffee/espresso machine with options instead of a thermos with coffee and juice that clearly comes out of a bottle/package. Also, the interior of the breakfast room doesn’t look like it belongs to a 4 star hotel.
