Wonderful affordable hotel with everything you need. Centrally located and extremely helpful reception staff. Cleaning staff in the hallways were friendly. The breakfast was great and plentiful along with variety. Loved the terrace area and the coffee station open all day.

Once you understand the lobby is actually on the top floor for a reason (great view and upper patio all attached to the lobby and bar) it makes sense. Entrance to the hotel is by buzzer. Once I saw a strange woman buzzed in to simply use the lobby washroom… it was 5:45am so she was out all night which didn’t give the impression of much safety.

Clean room, spacious bathroom. The room itself was not the largest, but perfectly fine for us. There is a bar upstairs where you can purchase a drink, or you can make your own hot drink using the coffee machine/tea facilities in the upstairs area near reception. The place seemed to be very conscious of the environment, and even rewarded you for being so (e.g. skipping the clean). Would definitely stay here again.

Pros: 1.Great location, close to Centraal Station (5min walk), assessable to the commercial street with plenty of restaurants cafes and shops, and even attractions such as Cathedral of Our Lady, Sint-Pauluskerk and the MAS museum (20min walk). 2.Clean room. I like the timber flooring which is clean and easier to maintain than carpet, 3. Comfy mattress 4. Great Breakfast Cons: Minimal provisions inside the room, user unfriendly design : 1. Inadequate hooks, ledge or shelf in both bathroom and guest room to stove our own accessories such as make up, shavers, jackets etc 2. ⁠only one very soft pillow and is uncomfortable for sleeping, 3. ⁠Shower floor is very slippery, pls be mindful. 4. ⁠no fridge in room 5. ⁠no cups provided for drinking, you need to upto 6/F to get them. A lot of guests take these cups to their room. 6. The security touch pad system in my opinion is not ideal, it should be installed inside the lifts instead of the main entrance door bcoz anyone can sneak in when someone exit/enter the hotel anyway. 7. The bathroom door stop is a disaster, I kicked it accidentally a few times and my toe was hurt. 8. The check in time is rather slow, we could not have our room at 3pm and need to wait till 5pm.

5 dagen (24-29 Juni) verbleven in het B&B Hotel Antwerpen. En het was super. Midden in het centrum. Op korte loopafstand van het Centraal Station. Het Hotel was uitstekend. Schone en stille kamers, welke goed onderhouden zijn en worden, wat super is midden in het winkelgebied. Bed was uitstekend. Wij hadden incl Ontbijt en dat was meer dan voldoende goed. Ruime keus. Gelukkig werkte ook het weer volop mee. En zeer vriendelijk personeel, behulpzaam waar nodig. Genoten van dit hotel en Antwerpen. Als we Antwerpen weer aandoen is het B&B Hotel bekend en komen we hier zeker weer. Dank jullie alle personeelsleden.

Een zeer net verblijf. Gratis koffie/thee faciliteiten in het restaurant (geen gebruik van gemaakt). Een zeer nette/schone en ook ruime kamer. Inclusief ook een zeer schone, grote en comfortable douche. Het enige minpuntje was dat een van de “schone” handdoeken, niet bepaald fris rook. Verder een zeer positieve ervaring bij het hotel.

The staff was very friendly when we checked in. The room was a bit small, but it was very clean and modern. The hotel is in an excellent location in the center of the city, but I was pleasantly surprised that the room was very quiet despite being on a busy street. My partner complained that there weren't many TV channels, but that didn't bother me. I would stay at this place again.

Heel vriendelijk personeel. Fijne nette kamer. Heerlijke douche. Ligging heel centraal. Dicht bij station en in het centrum. Enige wat minder was is dat de kamer zo warm was. De ramen kunnen wel open maar dan heb je veel geluid van buiten. Maar misschien begrepen wij het systeem niet goed 😊

Schoon, goed gelegen hotel met ontzettend aardige medewerkers en goed ontbijt. Hotelkamers zijn echter wel warm en de airco schakelt automatisch uit in de nacht. Sowieso is de klimaatbeheersing gek in te stellen en af te lezen, niet optimaal. Hebben dus maar de ramen open gezet, maar op vrijdagnacht is het heel rumoerig op straat en dat is best vervelend als je wil slapen. Het zijn overigens harde bedden met dunne kussens, daar moet je van houden. Hebben zelf niet de beste nacht gehad, maar verder is het een fijn hotel voor een nacht.

The space has a number of design issues though (a good example is the bathroom is good size but there is no place to put own items in shower and even if you want to access them outside of the shower the door opens the wrong way to do that). The bedside tables are tiny.

The area was convenient & close to the station with good places to eat. Comfy beds. Was a bit disappointed with check in as it appeared they "forgot" about my second room. We were then given rooms on 2 separate floors! Not happy is an understatement.

The property is okie but we have a bad experienced to the hotel staff (housekeeping). We left the hotel for a tour and put the "Don't Disturb" sign and I guessed they still went into the room. To cut the story short, We lose a valuable item and we asked the front desk if they can check if someone enter our room the time we are not there but they said that they cannot review or help us to our concern. Front desk/manager said they will follow up and update me but it's been like 3 months from the time we've been there but still nothing. Even an apologize email/letter nothing. I hope they will make an action regarding this matter and will not happen again in the future.

Very convenient location, just a 10 minute walk or less from the front entrance of Antwerp's Central train station. And the front door opens out to the tram line! The hotel is very clean, rooms are comfrotably sized for Europe, and breakfast service is very good. From the hotel, it is an easy walk of 15-25 ninutes to Antwerp's amazing cathedrals and museums, plus it's excellent shopping choices. A very good value for hte money!

Great location, clean, good value for the money, professional & helpful staff. My only critique is that the coffee & tea are awful, just awful. Because of that, I don’t think the breakfast is worth the expense, I ended up buying coffee out. Despite that, I would stay at the property again and can recommend it.

De kamer was echt netjes en schoon, we werden goed geholpen met het inchecken. Ontbijt was echt super, het was ook niet druk tijdens ontbijt. Heb echt een fijne weekend gehad in het hotel in Antwerpen, en uitchecken zijn we ook snel en goed geholpen. Alles was echt top geregeld daar.

The hotel is in a great position near rail station( central) and shops. The rooms are spotless and the aircon was a blessing with the high temperatures. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and replenished all the time. Bar prices were very reasonable. Overall an excellent hotel.

L'hôtel est situé à qques minutes de la gare centrale. Le matelas est ferme, la salle de bain propre et la douche est grande. Bon éclairage de la chambre, pleins de chaînes de tv en plusieurs langues. Le petit déj est bon, il y a même une machine a pancakes! Le personnel était agréable. Je recommande cet hôtel.
