Prima ontvangst! Staat van de kamer is voor budget prima. Helaas kon de douchekop niet verzet worden en was de toilet erg klein. Voor grote mensen is dit niet ideaal. Ontbijt was prima en parkeren op het eigen terrein is wel ideaal!

The room smelled like bathroom sewer I complained the guy told me he smells nothing, after 1 night the room humidity were high and there is no ventilation other than opening the window that has no net so mosquitos entered the room and I had to close it. It felt like a prison cell

Für die Durchreise okay, ein Zimmer war in Ordnung, allerdings hat es in dem anderen Zimmer sehr stark von der Toilette nach Urin gerochen. Das Frühstück war gut.

Very good for a budget hotel. The surroundings are not really great, but the hotel itself is fine. It looked clean. Nice staff. Rooms are very practical. Only thing I really missed was a power socket next to the bed.

Although a very cheap night, the property was poor. First off, the hotel is difficult to spot until you drive past it, the signage is not clear either. The best part of the hotel was the staff who were lovely and even gave us directions to the city centre. We stayed on the first floor, which smelt horrific, a mix between wet dog and damp. The smell was so strong I held my breathe every time I walked down the hall. The main reason though I am so disappointed, is because the property advertised on here with air conditioning. It was an uncomfortably hot night and I turned on the air conditioner, but no difference? I left it for an hour but still no difference. I went to reception and asked for a new room or the AC to be fixed. I was informed that it was not AC, but instead pulls in air from outside and fans it around, and does not cool it. I specifically booked the hotel because of the AC, as I hate a hot room at night. The receptionist had a bad attitude about it with the approach of “well it’s not AC, soooo?”

Comfortable enough, adequate accommodation, but some small issues- toilet roll holder falling off wall and flickering light in the shower. Shower cubicle is in the room so not ideal if sharing with a friend. Toilet door has no lock, and a large gap above the top of the door- so make sure you’re very comfortable with who you’re sharing with!! Decent selection at breakfast. Overall good value for money.

Basic accommodation, tea and coffee machine charges almost 3 euros for a brew, rock hard bed, woke early not by choice - it's on a noisy industrial estate, out of town, continental breakfast was ok. Raam kan niet open. Zelfs geen luchtrooster. Erg benauwd op de kamer. Geen badkamer maar toilet en douche in de kamer zonder ventilatie mogelijkheid. Beter om in de auto te slapen.

the fucxxing cleaner came knocking on my door at 4 different times during the morning, waking me up every time. She insisted on knocking every time because she wanted to start cleaning. I told her that checkout was not until 12, but she still came back and woke me up. There was no 'do not disturb' sign available either in the room to hang on the door handle. Catastrophe!!! I am never coming back here and I will tell everyone to never choose this hotel

Very nice people are working in the hotel, especially Amen from the reception, this fine young man cannot be topped. The cleaning woman are nice too and they do a very good job to clean the hotel rooms. The hotel is very quiet and safe, the cars are parking safe too, because the (gratis) parking area is closed for the night. If we would again take a trip to Antwerpen, I know which hotel I would choose.

Very friendly staff. Check-in is at noon. (excellent). They have ample parking, if you travel by car. We reserved 2 rooms. In our room everything was very good. In my family's room the water overflowed from the shower, the receptionist changed their room and in the other one the mattress smelled of pee.

Tout s est bien passé. Mais attention,quelquefois ,lors de coup de téléphone,ce même personnel si on ne parle pas flamand ou anglais vous raccroche au nez par un "bye bye" sans faire plus d effort. C est dommage,car l hotel est bien idem en règle générale,pour le personnel.

Das Personal war top. Das Zimmer war kalt, der Waschbeckenabfluss war verstopft, die Brause konnte bmnicht an der Wand befestigt werde sondern musste zum Duschen in einer Hand gehalten werden. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Perfect hotel voor ons doel (concert Rammstein in Brussel). Na alle drukte en kabaal heerlijk rustig geslapen bij Ibis Antwerpen. Zeer vriendelijk personeel en (net als wij) meertalig, een pluim! 's Morgens heerlijk uitgebreid ontbeten om daarna de lange reis huiswaarts te kunnen doen. Absoluut een aanrader.

Meget lille værelse. Toalettet bag en skab låge, bruseren for sig. Morgenmaden var god, begrænset udvalg af pålæg, ingen grovbrød ej heller alternativ til normal mælk altså laktosefri el. l.

Für die Durchreise okay, ein Zimmer war in Ordnung, allerdings hat es in dem anderen Zimmer sehr stark von der Toilette nach Urin gerochen. Das Frühstück war gut.

Ontbijt was minder, de croissants waren oud en taai de eitjes koud en slecht pelbaar De hoeveelheid van het ontbijt slecht aangevuld moest vragen om aanvulling van brood en croissant. Koffieautomaat sputterde koffie volgens mij was het automaat stuk of zo. Geboekt voor 3 personnen in de 3 persoonskamer was de kamer alleen opgemaakt voor 2 personen. Moest vragen om extra dekbed en kussens en voor handdoeken Tv werkte bij aankomst niet moest wederom vragen om een monteur te laten komen. Monteur was erg vriendelijk en tv direct gemaakt. Van de lieve housekeeping dekbed kussen en handdoeken gekregen. Deze ware eveneens zeer vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam.

The Asian restaurant close to the hotel is really good in terms of services, numerous food proposed, food quality, for 35 euros. The breakfast was nice. Nothing to say about the room it was clean. We are just 30 min from the city center. If you can catch up with buses, it will be okay, if not you would need a taxi to get to the center

My stay was ruined by a severe bedbug infestation. I counted more than twenty itchy and infected bedbug bites across my body. I sent a message to the staff informing them about the problem, but they never responded. I stayed in room 110. This was an extremely uncomfortable and disgusting experience, and I have never seen anything similar at a hotel. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

One of the worst stays we've ever had. We couldn't sleep because of the heat in the room. The air conditioning didn't work, possibly because of the dirt it had on the air vents. Basic hygiene was missing. They provided two fans because they said it was normal for the room to be like this because the air system was like this. However, at the reception, in the area where it was being serviced, the coffee was very cold, with the optimal temperature. On top of everything, when we plugged the fans into the socket, it dropped the power in the room. More than frustrating experience. I sent an email with photos to the call center. Wait to see if we have any answer.
