Fangen wir mit dem Positiven an: Personal freundlich und bemüht, Frühstück in Ordnung. Negatv: absolut keine Parkmöglichkeiten am Hotel oder in der Nähe, dafür aber eine Tiefgarage, ein finsteres Loch, ungeeignet für größere Fahrzeuge (siehe Spuren an den Wänden). Allerdings: der Preis ist heiß: 19 € aber für EINE Nacht. Zimmer: Alt, gammlig, klein , das Fenster lässt sich nicht schließen und das, wo das Zimmer zur Straße ging ( mit einer lauten Baustelle direkt darunter). Ein sehr gutes Hotel für den Preis. Wir waren zwei Nächte über Silvester dort und waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Das Zimmer war groß und geräumig, von der Einrichtung nicht das Neuste aber ausreichend. Man kann zu Fuß super die Innenstadt und den wunderschönen Bahnhof erreichen (5-10min). Das Tiefgarage ist für große Autos schon eine Herausforderung, aber machbar. Alles in allem hat das Hotel gut gepasst und ich würde es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist rund um die Uhr da und immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

De accommodatie komt niet overeen met de huidige staat. De slaapkamer was slecht onderhouden. De kast waar ooit een deur in heeft gezeten, het bad waar de verf vanaf bladert, de vieze voegen in de badkamer. Het smerige tapijt. Al met al een deceptie. Ik verbleef hier met mijn dochter van 2 maar het was enorm rumoerig en gehorig in het hotel tot laat in de avond was er luide muziek en geschreeuw. De parking was te smal onder het hotel voor een fatsoenlijke plek en de volgende ochtend hoorde ik pas dat mij dit ook nog eens 19 euro kostte. Nooit meer hier heen dus.

Guter Ausgangspunkt um Antwerpen zu erkunden! Ruhiges, kleines, etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Wir hatten uns dafür entschieden, weil man über ein kurzes Stück zu Fuß gut in die Einkaufsstraße kommt, über die man dann in die schöne Altstadt gelangt. Der Rückweg ist dann halt etwas länger. Außerdem hatten wir auf einen Parkplatz gehofft. Dieser Wunsch konnte zwar nicht erfüllt werden, aber es gibt nur wenige Minuten entfernt ein Parkhaus, das genau so viel gekostet hat (Obacht: ein sehr enges Parkhaus). Solides Frühstück gab es auch. Außerdem Zimmer mit Balkon, um der Sucht nachkommen zu können ;-) Wir werden es weiterempfehlen!

A great hotel, friendly staff. Location was spot of for the coty, easy walkable to main historic area. Breakfast room huge and everything usual available. Nice spread. Car park very secure (we were on a motorbike, so a requirement) Lifts to all floors even from garage.

We were greeted nicely and the check in was really good. The offered parking spots are a bit narrow, so it’s a little inconvenient. The beds were just alright, other than that a nice hotel to spend a night at. You can enjoy Antwerpen by walking easily.

Ein in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel mit sehr netten Angestellten, wir wurden herzlich empfangen! Das Parkhaus ist direkt neben dem Hotel, war aber leider bei unserer Anreise voll, sodass wir ein weiter entferntes nehmen mussten, was nicht wirklich vertrauenswürdig wirkte. Es war allgemein relativ ruhig in den Zimmern. Der Teppichboden im Zimmer war stark verschmutzt, die Toilette nicht richtig sauber. Die Dusche defekt und der Duschvorhang schimmelte. Im Zimmer gab es eine Durchgangstür ins Nachbarzimmer, die nicht abgeschlossen war, ich weiß nicht wie einfach es demnach ist von Zimmer zu Zimmer zu gehen. Wir stellten unseren Tisch und Stuhl sicherheitshalber davor. Die Straßen vor dem Hotel waren komplett zugemüllt, dafür war man aber in 5 Minuten direkt im Zentrum und konnte alle Orte zu Fuß erreichen (Shoppen, Bars, Restaurants, Supermarkt, etc.)

La chambre une catastrophe. La lumiere de la salle de bain ne s'éteint pas manque les serviette de toilette la propriété horrible le mitigeurs casser porte completement gondoles. Pour les matelas deux hauteurs differentes a ressort qu'ont sentait pour dormir. Manque des abat-jour dans la chambres. Tres bruillant bagare dans le couloir a 2h du matin impossibles de dormir. Dehors on se fait alpaguer devant l'hôtel. Je ne recommande pas cette hotel et demande un remboursements de cette nuits horrible ou un geste commercial.

Die Mitarbeiter erwecken nicht den Eindruck, das man willkommen ist. Bei Reklamationen scheint es so, als wenn dies schon länger bekannt ist. Im Bad gab es erhebliche Schimmelbildung, der Duschvorhang war spakig. Nach der Reklamation wurde das untere Ende des Duschvorhanges abgeschnitten, auch ein No Go Die Nachttischlampe war so defekt, das der Lampenschirm schon bei Brührung entgegenkam. Das TV zeigte zwar mehr als 25 Programme an, letztendlich waren aber nur 6 Kanäle vorhanden. Aus unserer Sicht muss hier viel getan werden, damit wir noch einmal zu Gast sind. Aktuell gibt es für uns keine Wiederholung!!

It's a nice hotel but could be much better with small fixes. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good value.The rooms are spacious, tea and coffee supplied.. The negative things - The matrases needs replacing. I knew in advance as it was mentioned many times in the comments. The mould around the bath could be cleaned with bleach or replaced Would givea much better impression of cleanliness.

The door closers are insufficient as every door slams shut and most guests on my floor didn’t guide the door shut so this led to being woken up repeatedly, with on day being at 5.45. Apart from this all else was great. But the lack of sleep impacted my holiday.

Personeel bij inchecken was vrij fel. Sterk verouderd hotel, tapijtvloer vol vlekken. Bad aan afvoerdop helemaal roest. Ontbijt was oké, keuze genoeg en daar was het personeelslid zeer vriendelijk. Heel lekkere koffie.

The staff were friendly and efficient, and allowed us to leave our bags after checkout for free. The room was large and very clean, with virtually no noise from outside or other rooms. Great value, we'd definitely stay again.

Mystical hotel! When we arrived late at night, there was no receptionist at the front desk, we waited for some minutes and then a guy showed up, he didn’t looked like he actually worked at the hotel. The room was used and old. The lights on the nightstand didn’t worked. The carpet in the room was really dirty, I don’t think it have ever been deep cleaned. When we checked out the next morning, there again was nobody at the front desk, we waited for about 5 minutes, then we walked into the restaurant and nobody there as well, so we had to leave the keycard at the counter and leave. So it was not a pleasant experience.

The host at reception was very friendly and accommodating. Bed was comfortable to sleep in. Only complaint was each morning was woken up early by housekeeping outside in hallway cleaning other rooms. I understand this needs done however the level of noise before 10am was unpleasant. On the second morning we were once again woken by housekeeping cleaning the hallway. Then also knocking on our door despite having the do no disturb sign up. When I answered they asked had we been smoking in the room. Neither of us smoke and I informed them of this and that we were both still sleeping. Other than the housekeeping issues the stay was good. Breakfast had a good Continental selection and some eggs. The host at reception was very friendly and accommodating. Bed was comfortable to sleep in. Only complaint was each morning was woken up early by housekeeping outside in hallway cleaning other rooms. I understand this needs done however the level of noise before 10am was unpleasant. On the second morning we were once again woken by housekeeping cleaning the hallway. Then also knocking on our door despite having the do no disturb sign up. When I answered they asked had we been smoking in the room. Neither of us smoke and I informed them of this and that we were both still sleeping. Other than the housekeeping issues the stay was good. Breakfast had a good Continental selection and some eggs. Staff at reception very friendly and helpful with any requests.

A great hotel, friendly staff. Location was spot of for the coty, easy walkable to main historic area. Breakfast room huge and everything usual available. Nice spread. Car park very secure (we were on a motorbike, so a requirement) Lifts to all floors even from garage.

We were greeted nicely and the check in was really good. The offered parking spots are a bit narrow, so it’s a little inconvenient. The beds were just alright, other than that a nice hotel to spend a night at. You can enjoy Antwerpen by walking easily.

Decent hotel about 10 mins walk from the train station. It’s less convenient than hotels located directly in the centre but Antwerp is small enough that this isn’t a big issue. Otherwise no complaints, the room is clean and staff polite.

Prima hotel. Prima kamer alleen de buurt waar het hotel ligt is het niet heel netjes en ligt voor sommige faciliteiten in de stad net even te ver maar even verderop zijn wel weer heel veel trams die je kan pakken. Maar het is voor de rest het een prima hotel voor een weekendje weg.

It's a nice hotel but could be much better with small fixes. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good value.The rooms are spacious, tea and coffee supplied.. The negative things - The matrases needs replacing. I knew in advance as it was mentioned many times in the comments. The mould around the bath could be cleaned with bleach or replaced Would givea much better impression of cleanliness.

Prima verblijf voor één nacht. Bedden goed, sanitair schoon, maar wel verouderd. Toilet bleef lopen. Douche was echt teleurstellend, weinig waterdruk. Ontbijt goed verzorgd.

Hotel situado junto a la estación, por tanto una opción perfecta para visitar la ciudad y moverte cómodamente caminando. Habitación amplia y silenciosa, se nota que en otra época fue un gran hotel, hoy día ya un poco desactualizado con camas antiguas, moqueta y baño desfasado, además apareció una cucaracha. El desayuno muy bueno y variado.

Very close to the central station (6min), nice 20 min walk to the historic district, and the hotel it self is in the Jewish district which is in itself interesting. Hotel is no-frills but very decent and comfortable. There is a Carffoure (supermarket) just around the corner so very convenient.
