It was difficult to find. Then getting in the parking area was terrible. Underground parking was ok when you finally found it. But no elevator. For a handicapped person difficult to walk the stairs. Nobody told us how to get in front of building. Did see cars parked there.

Het hotel zag er netjes uit en was schoon, zo ook de kamers. Goede bedden, een waterkoker op de kamer met koffie en thee met toebehoren. Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Aan de buitenkant wat kaal, maar voor de winter een prima verblijf.

Wij ( 2 personen) zijn hier 4 nachtjes geweest, Op zich zijn de kamers ruim en de bedden goed maar de schoonmaak is echt niet geweldig ,wij vonden nog pillen van een vorige gast.Niet echt goed schoongemaakt.We hadden een douche waarvan de kop steeds verschoof,dus je stond tegen de muur aan. Het zou ook echt fijn zijn als er meer opties zouden zijn van eten,pizza was lekker maar er is echt maar 1 ding.Ook ontbijt was redelijk ,broodjes goed maar net te weinig keus.Ondanks dit is de lokatie best fijn ,maar of we nog een keer zouden gaan dat weet ik niet.

Wij ( 2 personen) zijn hier 4 nachtjes geweest, Op zich zijn de kamers ruim en de bedden goed maar de schoonmaak is echt niet geweldig ,wij vonden nog pillen van een vorige gast.Niet echt goed schoongemaakt.We hadden een douche waarvan de kop steeds verschoof,dus je stond tegen de muur aan. The rooms at this hotel were as expected from the description and pictures online. Rooms are a bit dated but very clean. There is a tram stop right outside the hotel to let you get to the central part of the city fast. Because this hotel is a distance from the city center there are few restaurants near by and the hotel has no food service. The included breakfast was standard for a holiday inn express in Europe. The A/C was not working because it’s winter, which makes no sense. Windows to the room would only open 10cm. If you want any sort of air flow or fresh air your options are to listen to the noise from the street with the window open or nothing. It’s not unrealistic to expect a working air system no matter what time of the year it is. Internet was fast and reliable. No problems streaming videos or having zoom calls.

It is wholly unhelpful to have a shift change over at the same time as check-in opens. You do not have to be a genius to work that out. We arrived a few minutes before check-in and were asked to take a seat and wait. A group of people enter immediately after us and we're checked strait in. Tables in the reception area remained littered in rubbish for several hours. The facilities are good but the staff not great.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Besonders gut: Das Frühstück ist im Preis enthalten gewesen und war sehr vielfältig. Die Lage an einer vierspurigen Straße mit 3 Straßenbahngleisen ist jetzt nicht so positiv, aber mit der Straßenbahn ist man in 5 Minuten im Zentrum.

Het verblijf was goed, maar het ontbijt viel me tegen. Het ontbijt was ontzettend simpel en niet zo uitgebreid als verwacht. Het gesneden fruit was van dat typische ingemaakte hotelfruit dat heel zuur smaakt. De cruesli opties vond ik goedkoop. Geen lekkere granola of nootjes voor door de yoghurt helaas. De gezonde keuzes mogen beter gepromoot worden.

Cooked beacon during my four breakfast there was not available. I had a room at the four floor and road side. Ambulance were a bit noisy. I did like my stay.

The rooms at this hotel were as expected from the description and pictures online. Rooms are a bit dated but very clean. There is a tram stop right outside the hotel to let you get to the central part of the city fast. Because this hotel is a distance from the city center there are few restaurants near by and the hotel has no food service. The included breakfast was standard for a holiday inn express in Europe. The A/C was not working because it’s winter, which makes no sense. Windows to the room would only open 10cm. If you want any sort of air flow or fresh air your options are to listen to the noise from the street with the window open or nothing. It’s not unrealistic to expect a working air system no matter what time of the year it is. Internet was fast and reliable. No problems streaming videos or having zoom calls.

Welcoming staff, early checkin possible, good location with excellent access to public transport (tram), Nice and large room, very clean, air conditioned, great bed. Some noice from neighboors with kids, breakfast was very basic and can be improved. But other than than, a great experience.

It was easy to get to by taking Train 1 from Central Antwerp Station from the Opera bus stand. I felt like lunch/restaurants was a 15 minute walk south. Breakfast at the hotel was very nice. Overall, a good, quiet stay.
