The hotel is shabby and in need of major refurbishment The reception staff were welcoming snd very helpful. We arrived at 21:30 but the restaurent was closed despite being advertised on the web as open until 22:00 Reception very helpfully ordered us brought in pizza We bought drinks waited in the bar for our pizza (all beer pumps were marked “defekt” !) But when the pizzas arrived the barman told us we could not eat third party food in the bar even though they had closed the restaurant early and despite we had travelled 9 hours and had not eaten dinner. So very bad service attitude. I cannot recommend this hotel and will not book any Tulip hotel in future.

The location and the free self parking suited us well for our quick stopover on our way to Dinant.

We enjoyed our stay at the Tulip Inn. A clean and comfortable hotel. The only issue was the lift not working

Fikk parkert på hotelley som var meget viktig. Helt kurrant hotell, fikk ikke alt som forespeilet.

Lovely short stay right in the centre of Antwerp. Hotel staff welcoming and efficient. Room was clean and had everything you could need. Free parking on site. This was our second stay at this hotel and we will will be back again, for sure.

Chambre propre, mais forte odeur d'égouts venant de la douche dans salle de bains Clean room, but strong smell of drains coming from the shower in the bathroom.

Nicht hygienisch genug. Geruch vom Abfluss.

The first room , stank terribly of sewage. The replacement room thankfully did not smell. The carpets in the corridors had stains everywhere and were very dirty. There was a black Friday deal, so I was able to book the room very cheaply but from Tulip Inn you expect something better.

État extérieur de Hotel pas beau ,mériterai un coup de peinture , intérieur c est pareil les couloirs mérité un rafraîchissement aussi . Personnel à accueil très bien . Restaurant fermé le soir où nous avons dormi donc on a du trouver un autre endroit pour manger . La décoration de la chambre été sobre mais correct. Insonorisation des chambres pas vraiment pas au top on entendait le voisin de la chambre d’à coté ronfler et l ascenseur et Le pire été l odeur nauséabonde de remonter égouts de la salle de bain qui été insupportable. Nous avons pas pris de petit déjeuner car trop cher à notre goût

Wir haben abends im Hotel eingecheckt. Als wir unser Zimmer betraten, waren mein Mann und ich wirklich schockiert. Zunächst sahen wir direkt am Boden zwei Kakerlaken. Als ich dann versuchte, die Vorhänge zu öffnen, entdeckte ich rote Flecken darauf. Wie Sie auf den Fotos sehen können: Der Mülleimer ist kaputt, der Nachttisch neben dem Bett ist schmutzig und klebrig, und die Lüftung im Badezimmer ist mit schwarzem Schmutz überzogen. Doch das Schlimmste – und ich konnte es kaum glauben – waren die Handtücher im Badezimmer. Sie waren benutzt und voller Schmutz. Auf dem Badetuch waren Haare, und aus dem Handtuch kamen benutzte Wattepads und Haare zum Vorschein. Einfach ekelhaft! In meinem ganzen Leben habe ich noch nie in einem so schlechten Zimmer übernachtet. Wie können Sie solche dreckigen Handtücher sauber zusammenlegen und dort platzieren? Außerdem sind die Betten eine Katastrophe, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Sie sind unglaublich unbequem, vermutlich 20–30 Jahre alte Federkernmatratzen, ohne jegliche Schutzbezüge oder hygienische Abdeckungen. Es gibt nur ein dünnes Laken darauf, auf dem man schlafen soll. Das ist extrem unkomfortabel und unhygienisch. Die Zimmertüren sind extrem hellhörig und schlagen sehr laut zu. Ein so schlechtes Hotel passt überhaupt nicht zu einer so großen Hotelkette. Ich hoffe, dass dieses Hotel so bald wie möglich überprüft wird und die nötige Reinigung durchgeführt wird. Ein absolutes No-Go!

les chambres sont nettoyées, mais les couloirs, escaliers, portes et en générale demandent un grand nettoyage car en manque depuis longue temps.

Unfortunately the room was worn out and only moderately clean. The bathroom was well cleaned.

Het gebouw is oud en toe aan een upgrade. Tapijt in de gangen super smerig. Op de muren van de kamer allemaal kapot geslagen muggen met bloed. Degene achter de receptie keek ons sochtends niet eens aan bij het inleveren van de sleutel.

Ikke særlig imødekommende personale ved in-check. Fin størrelse boksmadras, men ingen topmadras så man sover direkte på fjedre. Gulvtæpper på gangareal er meget beskidte og plettede. Skidt op ad vægge på værelset - men ellers okay rengøring. Dørene til værelserne smækker højt, og larm kan høres fra gangen. Hotellet ligger lige op ad motorvejen, hvilket medfører meget larm på værelset ved udluftning.

Si l’hôtel est facile d’accès et propose un parking gratuit… Le reste de l’expérience peut altérer le séjour: Check-in plutôt expéditif (ne parlais pas français), propreté des chambres à revoir (poussière, taches…), WIFI qui ne marche pas, 4/5 chaînes de télé uniquement, pas de climatisation ni de ventilation (et difficile d’ouvrir la fenêtre avec la proximité de l’autoroute), hôtel adapté pour une étape mais pas pour un long séjour

Decent for a short stay. Beds were of average comfort, nothing exceptional but fine for a night or two.

Für 1-2 Übernachtungen völlig ausreichend. Kleine, saubere Zimmer. Leider konnte man das Fenster nicht kippen. Das Bett war bequem und die Parkplätze kostenlos.

Hotel was quickly selected for a one night stop. It did the job. Room needs attention as it felt very basic. White scuffed walls, bedding white, felt like a dorm. One twin bed you could feel the springs and was very uncomfortable. Beside the highway with road noise, earplugs fixed that. Accessible to highway with free parking.

Prima hotel voor de prijs. Goed bed en goed ontbijt. Neem wel oordoppen mee, want in de kamers aan de snelwegkant kun je het geluid van de snelweg erg goed horen.

Free parking at the hotel site great bonus and still pretty close to city center. Highway near hotel might distúrb you a bit but I wore ear plugs:-) Room was pretty hot in the summer and no AC. Bed was too bouncy and difficult to sleep. TV wouldnt turn on, not from the remote control nor from the switch behind the TV. Lamp next to the bed wouldnt turn off, always all. Reception offer an equal room quickly which had electrical issue OK

The hotel was not as advertised, rooms and corridors where poor quality of decoration, advertised as soundproof rooms but was no where near soundproof heard people walking past talking and kids playing in the corridor. Best part of the hotel was the the bar maid Alexa who was really friendly

Nice enough. But very warm rooms. Plus lots of noise from banging doors all night.

Small rooms, cleaning okay. You can stay ıf you re not looking more servicer hotel. Go and just sleep

Receptionist refused to give me double room which I especially choose. 3 times i had to go and come back to room they gave me due to card malfunction! After driving 10+ hours thats the reward ! Was completely unnecessary to upset customer Im staying at least 120 night/year in hotels this one one of the worst ! Paid hell of money didnt get anything in return Thanks Tulip Inn!

The hotel staff is extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. The location of the hotel is very convenient, close by grocery stores, places to eat, transportation and a beautiful park. It is also very quiet and peaceful. I really enjoyed my stay at the Tulip Hotel and would definitely return if needed.

Could not order dinner in the restaurant because the kitchen 'were dealing with a group order'. Was told to wait 30 mins, then 1hr and eventually gave up and ordered takeaway. Very poor customer service, staff were unhelpful and generally didn't seem to care. Seemed to prioritise a relatively small group (<10 people) order over guests staying at the hotel. I will not be back

Prima verblijf gehad. Enige gekke vonden wij met het uitchecken. We leverde ons pasje in en kregen ‘oké dankjewel is prima zo’ Verder geen vragen hoe we het hebben gehad. Misschien was het niet bewust dat het personeel die er op dat moment stond, omdat hij verder vriendelijk was.

The staff was quite helpful and the amenities are as stated. But the bartenders were very engaged and insightful in regards to where to and where not to. I would stay here again.

Personeel in de lokale Primark heeft nog meer gevoel voor gastvrijheid en vriendelijkheid dan het personeel van dit hotel. Behulpzaamheid wordt vervangen door laksheid als ik kijk naar de nachtportier. De dame van de bar kijkt geïrriteerd naar een kapotte longdrink en zegt op een nog meer geïrriteerde toon dat het glas echt betaald moet worden. Lachen kunnen ze niet in dit hotel. Wat mij betreft geen 3 maar 2 sterren hotel.

Voor een zakelijke trip een echte aanrader. Perfecte ligging aan de ring van Antwerpen, rustige omgeving, vrij parkeren supergezellige bar restaurant met een mooie styling. Kamer was functioneel/basic, maar goed. Alles was schoon en werkte. Prijs/kwaliteit staat in verhouding. Personeel was top! Zeer behulpzaam & vriendelijk. Kom hier graag een keer weer.

Prima hotel voor 1 nacht. Dichtbij centrum. De bedden waren wel wat aan de harde kant. Verder goed.

Top locatie, gratis parkeren en dichtbij het openbaar vervoer wat je in 10 minuten in de stad brengt

Bon hôtel, j'étais sceptique par rapport aux avis négatifs, mais aucun soucis, rien a redire a part le petit déjeuner qui est à mon goût beaucoup trop cher par rapport à ce qui est proposé. Bon séjour.

De hotelkamer was netjes, maar had geen airco. Er was gratis parkeergelegenheid. Vriendelijk personeel. Net restaurant. Ontbijt was simpel, maar prima.

Excellent stop after a long days driving. Safe car park, cold beers and tasty food. Staff were really friendly and helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable. Would stay again

Het enige goede was het ontbijt. Hotel is oud en vies, zaken ontbreken of zijn kapot en dat tegenover een bizar hoge kamerprijs (180euro voor 3prs kamer). Nooit meer.

A hotel with clean rooms, friendly staff, and limited parking spaces. The dining area is lovely, the food looked fresh and was promptly served. The bathroom appliances are slightly old, and there was an odd smell of disuse.
