Very quiet and peaceful despite current renovation.Our room 2beds with a mountanview was overall great design. Although our bathroom space was small and tight squeeze for the toilet bowl and door. Aircon worked. Love the bedsheets and firm beds. Nespresso was a great help us wake us up with great coffee as I watch from the balcony. Parking was good though small for entrance with our 2025 SUV rental. We missed the pool and spa as it was closed not to open til June 25. Kudos to the staff. Front manager Mark was super nice and accommodating from the start. He even showed me the pool under construction as was advertised in the website. He gave us our Roam bus tickets as complimentary .The Hotel was close to almost anything so the location was perfect. The fat Ox served us breakfast that was so great. I highly recommend this hotel hoping that the pool and spa opens to the guest

Stayed here for a few nights. Got a room with a mountain view. Much better price compared to other hotels in town. The building is a bit old and the decorations are out dated, but comfortable stay. We enjoyed the swimming pool, hot bath and sauna. Most hotels in town don't have sauna. It's on the uptown area so needs a little bit walking to the shopping or restaurants, but we didn't mind it. Parking was underground, which is very convenient. Definitely recommend this place

Pool was so cold it was unusable. Staff received complaints from many guests and was apathetic. There are better accommodations elsewhere for cheaper. If the pool is the reason you are booking look into The Crimson.

Room was lovely, very comfortable bed. We spent 2 hours in the pool area very clean and great having pool to ourselves. Staff very friendly dealt with all enquiries effectively and very polite. Would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

More of a motel. Our reservation was for four people yet we had 3 towels and 3 washcloths. The room was wiped down in the obvious areas but there were spiderwebs in the windows, lots of old dust near and behind the dresser. Would not stay again.

Disappointing - Staff didn\'t seem to care that the room was Sauna temp Spent two nights sleeping in a sauna! For some reason the air-conditioning was not working properly. Note the photo. Even with the air turned to cold and set all the way down the room did not get below 24C. We called three times to have someone look at it and three times the front desk person came up and poked at the thermostat but nothing changed. When we brought it up at check out it was just LAUGHED OFF as "that\'s something that happens when it gets cold". It was only about -5C so I guess this happens a lot at this hotel... in the mountains... in winter. Disappointing.

I didn't like the airconditioning. We weren't able to sleep because of how hot it is. We already lowered the temperature and the lowest it can get is 15 degrees. We woke up sweating and its 27 degrees. We had to open the door in the balcony just so we can sleep and get some cold air.

With a coffin sized bathroom like that , i wonder if you really need my opinion on the room . It was so small it kept me wondering who did this a freelance architecture student or a bad contractor because no way a true architect who knows dimensions and space usability would have ever done this . Washing basin in the room but not in the bathroom because the hotel is luxurious like that … A bathroom door that would close only if you stand in the shower that’s how tight the bathroom is. And lets not forget the noise at 2AM that would wake you up because you dont really need to sleep as they are still building the hotel and thats more important than your sleep that you have paid for.

We arrived very early to check in and so we were going to ask to leave our bags and explore Banff and come back later and check in. The receptionist was amazing and she actually checked if our room was ready and it was so we got to leave our luggage in our room and go and explore the town . Loved this hotel, very clean and big rooms . Favorite was the balcony in the room and seeing the mountains from there.

They are all mixed up in the billing a big mess still waiting to be resolved very upset. I reserved 2 rooms one for me and my spouse for 2 nights and one night for my son. I stated on arrival that I was paying for the 2 rooms as my son just had a birthday and the free room was for that.They billed him for half of my stay (one night) and billed me for all three what a mess still not fixed although on departure told me all fixed.

The staff were amazing and so helpful from the moment of arrival. We arrived early and they gave us a parking pass so we didn't have to worry about parking. They contacted us when our room became available. They also helped with tickets and transportation to the Banff Gondola sunset times.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and spacious. It was easy to find as it was located along Banff Avenue but slightly away from all the hustle and bustle. I do wish they provided at least a bottle of drinking water. Overall, it was a great experience and will definitely stay here again.

Very large room, with separate bedroom & living area. Friendly & helpful staff. No safe in the room. No dining in the hotel. Washing machines not working. A bit far to walk to downtown. Too many steps to our room, all on the 2nd floor, not the stairs from one floor to the next floor.

Hotel novíssimo, com poucas semanas de uso. Super bem localizado no melhor ponto de Banff. Instalações super confortáveis, modernas e de bom gosto. Dois pontos a melhorar: o chuveiro é ruim (sai pouca água, um sacrifício lavar cabelo longo) e o restaurante indicado pelo hotel (The Fat Ox) é péssimo (me serviram frango cru) e caro. Recomendo muito.

The hotel was undergoing a major renovation project, so there was lots of noise and activity throughout the day, but all was quiet during the evening. We missed having a restaurant available for breakfast, buy it wasn’t too far to walk downtown.
