Honestly the best stay I’ve had in Banff. They are so accommodating to dogs, it was refreshing. We did 0 research on the property prior to booking a weekend stay and were so impressed with everything 100 times over.

Check in was quick and easy. Staff polite and helpful. The free shuttle was a plus. We stayed in the 2 bedroom wolf condo. The bedrooms were very small and storage space was tight. We had to leave one suitcase packed in the hallway landing. Since the bedrooms are upstairs it got stuffy and called the front desk and were told there was no air conditioning. They said to open the windows and use the portable fans. One night was unpleasant because of the wildfire smoke coming inside. Wish there was bottled water or drinking water other than from the tap. Although we had a kitchen, we didn’t cook but only used the refrigerator to keep items cold. Didn’t get to use the pool or spa during our stay.
