Has been my go to hotel in BKK for many years due to the great bars but this time found them so overpriced, minimum of $300 for a bottle of wine and $56 for a single cocktail. Hotel is great but not much in walking distance but before the hotel bars made up for it. Next time I’d try a new hotel

A great hotel that is in desperate need of a refresh. I heard some construction going on, so maybe they are aware and doing something about it. The restaurants and bars are top notch but VERY expensive. Two glasses of champagne and an appetizer at Flute was over $200. I've had drinks and appetizers in Beverly Hills and didnt pay near as much. I guess the ambience is what I paid. Having said these things, Inwoukd definitely go back with the hope the hope the rooms and hallways, especially of the Tower Club, have been refreshed.

Lebua Tower Club ist nach wie vor eine Topaddresse aber die Lage ist etwas abseits. Für Tagesausflüge ist die dezentrale Lage von Vorteil, weil weniger Stau war als im Zentrum Ein Highlight ist natürlich die Aussicht. Die Bar ist natürlich deutlich teuerer als andere Rooftopbars und ohne Happy Hour. Ich finde die Aussicht am schönsten, wenn bei Dunkelheit ein Gewitter in der Ferne vorbeizieht. Das Frühstück ist reichlich und sehr umfassend. Es wird vieles frisch zubereitet, was natürlich etwas dauert. Der Fitnessraum ist eher klein aber ausreichend um bei tollem Ausblick eine Übungen zu machen Das Personal insbesondere am Checkin und in der Lounge war wie immer sehr nett und zuvorkommend. An die Tatsache, dass einem auch in diesem Hotel zuerst die teuerste Option bei Transfers genannt wird, habe ich mich schon gewöhnt. Insgesamt war ich sehr zufrieden.

Im Großen und Ganzen ein schönes Hotel , welches leider zum großen Teil von Hang Over II profitiert. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und das Frühstück sehr abwechslungsreich . Das gesamte Hotel bräuchte dringend ein Grundrenovierung. Was uns überhaupt nicht gefallen hat war das Gehabe um die Sky Bar mit völlig überzogenen Preisen. Ja, es ist ein atemberaubende Aussicht und ja , man zahlt dafür auch gerne ein paar Taler mehr , aber nicht auf diese Art und Weise

I had booked a suite with a balcony which was huge and had an amazing view though there was no furniture on the balcony so you really just went out there to look. The room was spotless and the staff were amazing. The bed was very comfortable. The only downside was one night I did have noisy neighbours and there loud voices did carry through. The breakfast was extensive which was great. The hotel is in need a some refurbishment the rooms are dated although comfortable. The hotel is noted for its skybar and restaurants - however they have to be the most expensive bar in Asia. 1500 baht for a cocktail although you do have an amazing view.

Fabulous destination hotel, in a great location. breakfast was amazing with so much choice. The gym is a bit small and there are no spa facilities/ treatments. Dining options are also very limited - there a number of restaurants but exorbitant prices.

One Night in Famous Lebua Tower! Excellent Service, really good experience - even got a shower room for before a late night flight. Unfortunately the accomodation is a bit used now - there could be more attention on bringing the rooms to top notch condition. Silikon in the Bathroom was really not what I expected. Also the rooms seem to have seen a lot of people. Ultra high prices for example a beer on the rooftop costs 750bht which is unbelievably expensive for local price range. Claiming to be one of the most iconic rooftops in bkk, but not taking care of the accomodation seems like a conflict for me. Everything has extra fees for example the direct spots at the pool are beeing charged extra. Breakfast was ok, but there is lots of headroom. Unfortunately everything was way under the standart im used to when it comes to similar priced accomodations in bkk. Service 5 Stars though!

Lebau is going down fast. This is at best a 3.5 star. They have old unrenovated rooms, mold infested wood with ticks and I had bed bugs which they confirmed and had to change my room. I had to go to a doctor and seek help and missed 2 days in bed. Despite this, they did not want to refund me and only offered me a cheap dinner. I suggest you see the other reviews as the Hangover gimmick as this hotel tries to play their 5 stars due to that movie but in reality have no more money to upkeep this hotel. Nightmare stay - Thanks Lebua!

Das Personal im Hotel ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich von Anfang an willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Auch das Frühstück war wirklich gut und bot eine große Auswahl an verschiedenen Speisen. Leider wirken die Zimmer jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen und machen keinen besonders sauberen Eindruck. Hier wäre eine Renovierung und gründlichere Reinigung wünschenswert. Insgesamt empfinde ich das Hotel daher als etwas überbewertet. Wir hatten zudem einen Gutschein für zwei Getränke, von dem ich zunächst dachte, er gelte für die Rooftop Bar. Tatsächlich war er jedoch nur für zwei Biere im Zimmer einlösbar, das fand ich etwas enttäuschend. Im Hotel gibt es außerdem ein kleines Center, das allerdings renovierungsbedürftig wirkt. Besonders empfehlen möchte ich jedoch den kleinen Massagesalon dort. Die Massage war ausgezeichnet und sehr entspannend.

Hotel room was very outdated please be aware that not because the images look good the rooms are the same shower has no slip mats in place making it a huge hazard for guests! Amenities in room do not even include an iron. Carpets inside room are filthy and it seems like housekeeping enjoys keeping cleanliness around the hotel at a very minimum! Hotels on Nana Plaza might be a better option considering you are receiving almost the same amount in value.

Loved the hotel very nice! Room overall was clean, but the shower had mold, and there was actually a roach in our bed, which I have a video of it, but didn’t make a big deal about it since we were only in the room at night time. Breakfast was amazing! A lot of options.

Ive stayed at Lebua a few times. It was a quality hotel. It still is but needs to upgrade the room interior. Especially in the suites. A kitchen with no plates or silverware is useless. Also needs to modernize the electronics. My room did not have a USB plug. Had to use an adapter. Will see about other choices next time I come to BKK if the rooms are not updated by the time I return to Bangkok.

Our room was very spacious but had an unusual lay out. When entering the room there was a lounge room with tables and chairs, very comfortable but no TV. Next was the bathroom and short hallway leading to the bedroom which was really good, huge bed with desk and chair and a TV and a balcony.

The room was very spacious and clean. The staff were very helpful. The problem was that it was extremely noisy. You could hear the person in the next room's conversation, the airconditioner on the balcony had a sound that sounded like metal scraping on metal and even though we were not close to the elevator you could hear the people talking when they got off.

Excellent hotel all round except we was next to 3 family rooms altogether causing mass noise and disruption all night. Credit to the hotel they moved us the next day with an upgraded room but this still was disapointing after ruining our firat day in Bangkok.

We enjoyed our stay. Good location, nice pool, amazing buffet breakfast. The rooms were nice and bathrooms were good. The service staff were disappointing. They did not answer any of our questions and most of them treated us as if we had snuck into the hotel and did not belong there. The welcome staff member was also not helpful, she handed us forms in Thai and told us to sign them without explaining them, she then rushed us into the elevator and said goodbye. We were expected to find our room and all the building facilities ourselves.

Disappointed that our room was not ready at 2.00 pm check-in time. For a 5 Star rated hotel the room was tired and in need of updating. The 'Please Clean Room' and 'Do Not Disturb' buttons did not work. We came back early evening and had to request to have the room cleaned. On the upside we could not fault the Staff they were very courteous and helpful. The location is ideal for sightseeing and the view from our balcony was lovely. Food and service at the Tower Club Lounge excellent. We enjoyed our stay.

Disappointed, gave me a room ibdidnt book, then rearranged to a twin room. The rooms smelt a bit damp. It was our 10th year anniversary and they were not prepared for us at all. They tried to make up for it with a free transfer to the airport which was a nice gesture but not enough to make up for the inconvenience

BTSの駅からは数分程度で途中にはレストランや大きめのスーパーもあり、便利な立地。大人だけの滞在なら高層階でもバルコニーを開けてもらい、絶景をより楽しむ事が出来るのが最大の魅力。冷蔵庫も大き目で冷凍庫もあったので、氷を買っておいて毎日の持ち歩き水筒に氷補充出来たのが良かった。本ホテルが入っているビルの低層階が少し寂れた感じなのが少しマイナスだが、スタッフは常に親切丁寧で快適に過ごす事が出来た。

We stayed at lebua for a week exploring Bangkok. The hotel is situated in a lively are with all amenities nearby. If you want to do public transportation there is a station nearby but we opted to use Grab the whole time. Our tower suite was on the 51st floor and very spacious. The kitchenette provided a nice touch with a coffee maker (Nespresso) and a standard size fridge with ice compartment/ freezer. Drinks in the fridge are complimentary and are refilled every day. Overall, the suite was well kept with the usual wear and tear. However, cigarette wholes in the decorative pillows can be avoided. One downside was that there are no chairs on the balcony. We thought we could hang out there and have a drink. Nope. In addition it is also quite loud as the air cons sit there. But you don’t hear them inside. The maids are very attentive! They even closed our safe one day as we had forgotten before we left the room. The took pictures of contents and we could reopen it with a new code received by the manager. Very much appreciated! Breakfast is buffet style and very good! So many options to choose from: Japanese, Indian, European, Thai, pastries, omelette station, juices, smoothies, fruit…. Yummy! Pool is nice and relaxing. Even big enough to swim a few laps. If you want good cocktails, don’t do the bars at the hotel. Yes, the views are nice but the cocktails and other drinks are overpriced. Do it once for the view, then go to the Red Rose Bar in China town for example.

Always a great choice for hotel accommodation in Bangkok. The lobby is nicely decorated and boast a friendly atmosphere. Staff is genuinely helpful to assist with any needs. Breakfast at Mozu is delicious and very well maintained to the highest standards. The views from the top floor lounge are stunning and showcases the full brightness of Bangkok day or night. I really enjoyed my stay here at Lebua and I will keep coming back for future holidays.

The bed is very comfortable, the breakfast was amazing. They have at least 5 restaurants and a couple two Star Michelin Restaurants. I ate at Mezzaluna French cuisine with a Japanese twist. The eight course plus meal was spectacular ! I bar also eaten at Sirocco, where Hangover III was filmed .. awesome with amazing view as you sit on the 64th floor outside with a live band in the background! This is my second time stay, Lebua has never felled me. The staff was superb, and a true pleasure. When in Bangkok I most definitely will stay there again.

The rooms were beautifully incredible very nicely done. We had dinner at Mesa Luna the two star Michelin Restuarant and it was off the chart. The food was very tasty delectable with a flourish of flavours.

The buffet breakfast was great with many options and freshly baked pastries. I would not recommend making dinner reservations to their French restaurant. It's extremely expensive and what they serve doesn't match their prices. Not worthy it.
