家族旅行で利用しました。7歳と4歳の子連れのため、プールやキッズルームがあるこちらのホテルに決めました。最寄りのBTSの駅から、4歳の足で10分ちょっとでした。近くにコンビニや飲食店があり、便利です。マッサージ店もあり、疲れたら夫婦で交代しながら滞在中通っていました。ホテルのスタッフもチャイルドフレンドリーな方が多く、子供たちも懐いていたくらいです。また、利用したいなと思えるホテルです。街中にあるからか、面した大通りは渋滞してしまうため、タクシー利用の際はタイミングをみたほうが良さそうです。

Good location with plenty of massage options downstairs. 10 mins walk or less to Platinum mall but the hotel did not tell us they had a side door to the main road which would have saved us 5 mins - we found this out on the last day. There’s free drinks at that side door too (provided by the hotel - coffee tea what not). The massage downstairs are plenty and well priced. 7-11 just round the corner. Rooms are newly renovated and huge. My only two issues are one that while the hotel was renovated recently the towels are still old and you can see loose threads at corners, material is hard and towel is not white. And two, the wait for the lift in the morning is soooo long! They only have 3 lifts to service 30 or so floors so I’ll advise to avoid going out during popular timings. Apart from that - this hotel is good for families esp the kids club is a perk!

歩いてショッピングモールへ行けます。ピンクと緑のカオマンガイ屋さんも徒歩圏内で、ロケーションが素晴らしいです。ホテルは古いですが広さがあり、子供連れでも大丈夫でした。プールも子供を遊ばせるプレイルームもあります。 28階の部屋から、年末の花火が見れて感動しました。また利用したいです。

It is a pleasant stay. Moderately tall building with city view. The rooms are fantastic for family size with a connecting door. It is in the heart of Pratunam with all soughts of food within the vacinity. Convenient to get taxi/grab/tuktuk just outside the hotel. The only gripe I have was, during asking for room service, the floor was not well vacuumed. Bedsheet was changed but blanket was not. Overall great place to stay, but hope that house keeping can do better.

シャワー室から下水の匂いがして部屋が常に変な匂いだった。掃除が入っても解消されなかったので建物の構造だと思う。部屋自体は広くて使いやすかっただけに残念。アクセスはまあまあ、10分程度の歩ける距離にマーケットやセントラルワールドはあるが、暑いためとても便利というほどではない。エレベーターが改修中なようで、連れの友人が一度エレベーターの扉が開かなくなり閉じ込められかけたと言っていたため設備は全体的に古い。部屋の掃除もタオルが足りなかったりバスローブが足りなかったり日々何かしら不足があった。とても悪かったわけではないが次回はもう使わないだろう。

A nice renovated hotel. It's clean, spacious and comfortable. The surrounding is lively and vibrant full of shops. There are convenient stores, cafes, restaurants, massage place and many more! We stayed on level 20, our bath area was always flooded. The toilet is extremely tiny, completely different from the photos. The towels were stained, and floor mat even had blood stain. Luckily I brought extra disposable towels for my toddler so it wasn’t so gross. Other than these, their staff are really friendly and helpful. They’re also very swift in bringing the missing toiletries to us upon request. Bedrooms are huge. Breakfast was decent, and the street has all the massage shops theatre very cheap. Away from the crowd yet not too far from where we want to be. Will still come back as I reckon these issues would be fixed, and the other two rooms that my family booked had decent sized toilets without any flooding.

came back from shopping at 10pm and found out the room has been cleaned but did not replaced soiled floor mat/ face towel/bathrobe…called room service…no one picked up the call…call front desk twice say will deliver but never come..next day morning tell to front desk…she called room service but when we back to the room…still not fully replaced…service was damn lousy and unfriendly front desk…but bellhop is very good and friendly

The hotel was located near a couple of large shopping centers. The rooms were oddly very large and the windows did not keep out the noise from the city below. The Breakfast was one of the best with a large selection to choose from.

Like almost everything about this hotel but.. This is my first visit after their recent renovation, got a room with bathtub, no partition or shower curtain so the bathroom is wet and slippery after each shower. The location was great very convenient easy access to mall. The hotel room was very spacious and is clean with amenities. The only thing to improve is the toilet a bit too small, the gap of the shower door is not tight, and water leak out when you shower and making the floor wet. But overall is good, this is my 4th time staying in this hotel. Recommended!

We booked the Presidential Suite (Room 3005) with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for 5 nights, but upon arrival, we were shocked to find that the suite only had 1 bathroom. With 4 ladies staying together, sharing just one bathroom was highly inconvenient. When we raised this issue with the reception, they offered to change our booking to 2 connecting rooms with 2 bathrooms—which we accepted—but they made us sign a letter confirming there will not be any refund for this arrangement. While we appreciated the room change, the lack of flexibility on their part left a bad impression. It felt like they were more concerned about securing their revenue than ensuring a comfortable stay for their guests. To make matters worse, on the second night, we were informed that we had to move again on the third day because the rooms we were assigned (2608, 2609) were scheduled for renovations. This was completely unacceptable. They should have properly checked room availability before reassigning us. After a lot of back and forth, we managed to get them to postpone the renovations until after our checkout, but this entire situation could have been avoided with better planning. Overall, the hotel failed in service recovery—they provided incorrect information on Expedia, did not take full accountability for their mistake, and seemed more focused on protecting themselves from refunds rather than rather than prioritizing guest satisfaction. This experience was frustrating and disappointing.

Ny oppusset og stor rom,veldig bra senger og bad. Heisen er altfor treig og det er fortsatt oppussing ute (står ikke på nettsiden). Resepsjonist er grei, lite oppfølging, aldri noen ved resepsjonen hvis du ikke ringer for noen, og kan bli bedre ved innsjekk og utsjekk. Housekeeping og bellman er fantastisk, alltid blid og hjelpsom.

Hotel reception is rude n arrogant. Families with young kids pls check rates before booking. When ask for additional umbrella they say no. Even when we offer to buy from them. At the end one of us is wet n have to go to shopping mall to buy. Will not book with them again. For the rates they charge me at the end. I can easily get a 5 star hotel near them with extremely good services which I stay b4.

Location is convenient, there are ample massage stores around & the side exit leads to Pratunam area, within walking distance to Platinum Fashion Mall. Ample Food around. Rooms are rather large with ample space & a table provided if you wish to do work or eat in. There is a fridge & Microwave in room as well
