This felt like a motel not a hotel. Cars out the front of rooms were noisy, especially when they are doing very early checkouts, or running their engines for ages! Also housekeeping trolleys running up and down on the road outside your door / window were very noisy… the sauna wasn’t working and the spa was cold… which was a disappointment. Hotel prices - motel experience sadly.

Nice big rooms with parking out the front. Lots of room standards to choose from. Good option for family gatherings with some larger multi bedroom options for large families. Great pool and BBQ area and kids play rooms. Staff were good but a couple good be just a tad more outgoing and welcoming.

Hi Folks, Loved the room. Food was delicious. Pool area nice BUT please CLEAN the tiles in the pool and clean and repair the spa. Pool dirty and spa filthy with yellow scum and hair and ??? Yuk on its surface at 7.30 am on 22 Sept 24

This is a great venue, with a nice indoor pool and spa, a bar and restaurant, gaming room, plenty of parking, and good service. It is a ways out of town, but with all these services, it is convenient to not have to go anywhere. Rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. Parking can be a little tight around rooms, but plenty of other options in the wider carpark. My advice for meals is get there early as it gets busy! Worth becoming a member for F&B discounts too.

Wish i got to stay longer to enjoy all the great facilities they had to offer. Next time. Even had a shuttle bus take us to the house party we came up for.

Room was very clean and fresh. Staff very welcoming and polite.Some updating required to bathrooms especially tile grouting. Pool and spa tiling needs repair and tiles to be cleaned of green scumming. Otherwise a great place to stay.

We stay at this resort hotel everytime we visit Bendigo. Lovely hotel and staff. Love the restaurant and pool facilities on site. Place has been renovated since our last visit, so rooms were like new and very clean. Special call out to Lucy at Reception, we checked in after 8pm after a long day and checkin was fast, professional and stressfree. Thanks Lucy!

All i can say is fantastic.from the reception staff to the bar staff ,Were all professional. We stayed in the spa suites. Well worth the extra few dollars. The room was huge and spa was large and worked well. Showers were hot. Clean room. The best bed we have slept in for a long time. Walk into the main section to the bistro and friendly service and fantastic food. We spoke and cant find anything we didmt like. Will be returning.

The ease and friendliness checked in. Justina patiently helped me to get the right rooms. She makes sure the connecting door is open for us. The pool is excellent for the family, boy have so much fun. And the breakfast is awesome. Thank you for the pleasant stay and all the lovely staff.

Iv stayed at this motel centre several times and always been happy. Upon arrival and check-in i was not greeted by a woman behind service counter, She continued to talk to her colleague complaining about another person( guest im assuming) did not say hello or I will be with you shortly .. but rather made me wait. And then when she decided to communicate with me she was very abrupt and rude . She was not pleasant or helpful whatsover. Dissapointing in that area ,but otherwise the stay was covenient , rooms are fine

Staff at Reception are very friendly and responsive. We stayed one last Saturday, my wife forgot and left some clothes in the hotel room when checkout, which were posted to our home soon by the responsible staff. Thank you for your excellent service!!

Extremely disappointed. Still waiting for my security deposit after checking out 14 days ago. Reception staff stated it was the banks who determine when refunds are made which was just a red herring. Never again will I book here

The staff we had help us during an issue with our room were unbelievably helpful! They took care of the problem despite it being afterhours on a saturday. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Thank you, we will definitely be staying again

Staff were so helpful when our son had an asthma attack and needed an ambulance. They were efficient and organised during our emergency, and even checked on us after returning from the hospital. We appreciate all their help and will definitely stay again, hopefully with less drama.

From start to finish, our stay was fantastic. Staff were amazing. Rooms fantastic. Everything was clean & tidy. Meals were awesome. Close enough to everything, but far enough not to be bothered by anything. Would definitely recommend this resort.

This property had everything we needed on site. Food, pokies. Staff are super friendly and the place has a great vibe. Close to city centre but far enough away to be a quiet stay. Second time staying there, worth the trip.

Overpriced i think. Ordered meals at 7.45. Received cold meals at 8.30. Sent them back...Kitchen closed but got 1 dish..didnt receive entree.. Manager was very good ..got money back and was very sorry but no thanks from me..not again there..eeerrrfff

Very clean rooms, stayed in Spa suite but didn’t use spa but it looked very clean. Excellent in room facilities and room service, great size TV with built in chromecast, we had dinner at the bistro, nothing to rave about but good size. Will definitely stay again, very lovely reception team :)

The accommodation and staff were fine. The restaurant however failed dismally at a simple roast lamb which could not have been more overcooked with setting it on fire. It would have been disappointing at $10 let alone the over $20 charged.
