Check in was simple, staff member did her job and check in swift. Overall the place was quiet, except for when the heavy entry doors slam shut in what feels like of all the rooms nearby waking me many times. Good that the carpark gates close of an evening for added security. Rooms a little more dated than photos show. Got a room with entirely opaque windows and covered in trees so no light coming through at all. Surely you would keep this room for a heavily discounted stay? Upon check out, arrived at 7.00am to check out as 2 hour drive ahead of me, sign on door says open at 7am. A different receptionist from the one at check in strolled on in at 7.12am to open reception, coffee in hand and no care in the world or apology for being late, given there were multiple clients waiting and some before me had already left after waiting too. Clearly had time to stop for a coffee instead of working leaving me arriving late to a business appointment (could not check out earlier and could not locate a safe drop for card). Made an average stay that little bit more average. Likely would not stay again.

For what it was, the property seemed a little rundown and it was a negative that the above ground rooms had to be accessed by staircase, though to be fair I was asked if we wanted to switch to a ground floor room but the bed wouldn’t have been suitable. Not bad, but it wasn’t quite up to the usual excellent standard we’ve received at previous stays at Quest accommodation.

The Quest central Bendigo was quite pleasant to stay at. The room was very clean and spacious. Although it is quite dated that wasn't an issue at all. We had a 2 bedroom apartment which had 2 bathrooms which was great. 2 comfortable king sized beds. The only issue wehad was parking as it was very limited and tight.

Easily able to walk into city to visit attractions. Plenty of close-by eateries. Rooms clean and well serviced with excellent sound insulation. Sufficient parking. Recommend.

Didn't like the fact we were unable to open a window in the room. The window we did have, had no view at all. Its great the premise has a car park, but it is extremely tight, to get in or out of.

Parking was ok but we were told there was not enough parking for everyone when fully booked. We only stayed the one night and we walked to our event/shops etc so wasn't a problem.

Stayed here recently on a short trip. This is our second stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The A/C units and the fridge were very quiet, which is a definite plus. The water pressure in the showers was great! It is only a short drive into the centre of Bendigo. Check in and check out very smooth, and the staff were lovely and easy to interact with . Overall a very satisfactory spot to stay.

The room was spotlessly clean and well appointed. Really liked the fully featured kitchenette with cook-top, fridge and microwave oven (something you don't often see in hotel rooms). Nice hot shower. Convenient parking, almost outside our door. Only a couple of minor disappointments; 1). there were no electric blankets on the bed (we didn't want to run the split-system heating all night to keep warm). 2). we had a not very romantic view of the rainwater storage tanks directly outside our window.

It's in a great location, an easy walk into the city centre and to the lake. The room was dated, the bathroom was very old and had a skinny shower. The room wasn't as clean as we would have liked and the carpet needed to be steam cleaned..

The rooms were quiet, however looked tired and worn. The paint was chipped and walls dirty. There was fluff build up on the skirting boards. Our room was not serviced totally, towels not changed and bed not made. Curtains were broken in places and not hanging properly The location is good, close to hotels and cafe. Washer and dryer in our room was really good. Staff were very friendly and helpful

The quest Bendigo is very dated and it shows in the rooms. All the amenities were good and room felt comfortable and was very clean. TV has no free to air channels so you need to have the apps on your phone to watch TV. The bed was comfortable and no walk in shower.

Two single beds were pushed together to make a king which was uncomfortable, and we had to mop the bathroom after each shower. Also, no Netflix which is unusual for a Quest.

No warning that there was no lift, parking was extremely difficult and others parked in driveway. It was Baidu like daylight in the rooms due to excess lighting outside and poor curtains

The bed was a pair of single beds pushed together. The beds were very mismatched with a hard base from one of the beds running along the middle. Very uncomfortable.

Cooktop is burning; no cool water from kitchen tap ; reception man said water tap broken; the cooktop were something wrong, he said will repair in next day, but, nobody turn up; we could not use the kitchen and cooking food; we have to bought the water to drink , because we didn’t want to get the cool water from bathroom for the cooking!

Processed payment the day before I arrived notwithstanding it was not supposed to be paid until check in. Shower door would not close properly so water went over bathroom floor Not enough parking for number of guests.

Very friendly staff and great location. I have stayed at the property a few times and this is the first time i've had a room closer to the front of the property. Unfortunately it was much louder than the other rooms with cars and people.
