Staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast area is well decorated, and I enjoyed sitting there and having a coffee. They have a pool table by the bar that my friend and I thoroughly enjoyed. They didn't have anymore parking available but I was able to find parking on the street.

L'HôtelIbis Chatellain est absolument à recommander dans cette catégorie. Propre et soigné, sanitaires modernes, buffet petit déjeuner avec vrai jus frais, spacieux et bel espace petit déjeuner avec vue sur grand jardin avec verdure. Seul point faible: l'uniforme très vieux et peu soigné de toute l'équipe d'accueil!

Property is in a quiet area with lots of dining options and transportation links. The room was clean and the check-in really fast. After check-out there is a possibility for free luggage storage. What I didn't like this time is that there were no hand towels provided. Maybe they stopped providing those as in previous stays I remember there were some in my room.

Heel fijn en uitstekend ontvangen. Mogelijkheid om de bagage achter te laten om later in te checken. Parkeergarage was helaas vol ondanks onze vroege aankomst, maar 50 meter verderop in de straat was een prima parkeergarage, dus prima geregeld. Hadden een feest veel verderop in de stad en de receptionist heeft aangeboden om een Taxi voor ons geregeld, dat was heel fijn.

La habitación está muy bien, la cama es cómoda, cuenta con tv con chromecast, un pequeño armario, mesa y silla, hervidor de agua con café y agua de cortesía. La calefacción funciona perfectamente y calienta la habitación en poco tiempo. La ducha es muy amplia, calienta bien y rápido el agua. Todo estaba muy limpio. El personal es amable y atento. En cuanto a la ubicación, no está muy cerca del centro, pero se tarda poco en transporte público, tranvía a 3 min del hotel y el autobús te deja casi en la puerta.

Room was clean and the air conditioning was good. The shower was really nice, with a normal head and a large shower head too. There was only two sticks of coffee, one normal and one decaffeinated which when used didn't get replenished. There was no drawer space unfortunately but we managed The only problem we had was the Friday, Saturday and Sunday night with noisy and rattling beds. After this we had a quieter time and there was no problems with the hotel. This obviously wasn't a fault of the hotel but made for a tired couple of days. Reception staff seemed nice. Overall a nice hotel in the heart of Châtelain We didn't get chance to try the breakfast .

Overall, this was a decent stay. Close to public transport - there is a bus service opposite the hotel that goes to the central station. There a few restaurants nearby and a shop open from 6pm-3am opposite the hotel. The room is spacious, modern and has A/C. I would say the amenities are very basic and they only give you 1 small pillow (had to use a cushion as well). The room did feel quite depressing as there was no decor (just a grey brick wall). On the whole, with some minor improvements to the decor and adding some more amenities, this stay would’ve been greatly improved.

Overall, this was a decent stay. Close to public transport - there is a bus service opposite the hotel that goes to the central station. I was here for only 2 nights so it was perfect. 1. The lobby is clean and inviting, check in was fast and reception staff are kind and helpful. 2. On my first night, the toilet flush wasn’t functioning and the water kept running. The receptionist immediately came over and fixed it. She must have been an engineer in her past life as she knew exactly what to do! I didn’t get her name (short hair and glasses), she was excellent. 3. The location is close to good restaurants (Green Burger, Feta, Kafei and Poh Thai) and a Carrefour express and also walkable to other neighborhoods. 4. The bed was very comfortable and there’s a kettle to make tea.

The hotel is at a very busy road which is very loud but in the centre. Also, the hotel advertises their unique service with offering adapters only to send you then to the next door shop where you have to pay for them. Also, no coffee bags, just tea which is not even replaced once you use one.

Staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast area is well decorated, and I enjoyed sitting there and having a coffee. They have a pool table by the bar that my friend and I thoroughly enjoyed. They didn't have anymore parking available but I was able to find parking on the street.

Excellent experience with a quiet and clean room. Bathroom was very clean with lovely shower. Bed was comfortable and air con was great when outside was high heat. Breakfast was lovely with lovely selections of breads and breakfast options.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Good location just a short bus trip or 30 minute stroll into city centre. Rooms very clean but very small. Fine for 1 night stay though. Really secure underground parking for €15 a night. Although car park is a little tight if you have a bigger car. Also has kettle in room. Would certainly use again if ever in Brussels
