Das Hotel ist günstig gelegen. Metro-Anschluss direkt vor der Tür. Allerdings ist es zwar gepflegt, aber eben doch schon in die Jahre gekommen. Der einzelne winzige Lift zum 7 Stock ist Baujahr 1958, Die Zimmer sind sauber, aber eben auch sehr alt, die Matratze, zumindest in Zimmer 77 schon sehr durchgelegen. Für über 180 Euro viel zu teuer. Würde mit geringer Wahrscheinlichkeit wieder dort übernachten, habe in Brüssel aber schon wesentlich Schlimmeres erlebt, was insbesondere die Sauberkeit betrifft.

The room was at the eighth floor but the tiny elevator arrives only at the seventh floor and to reach the stairs between the seventh and eight floor you need to make all the corridor of the seventh floor. On top of this, funny enough, to access the shower you need to do some further few stairs. The room was tiny, dirty and smelly. Air conditioning was not working and when opening the window the noise is unsustainable. Clearly the pictures are far different than the reality. Won’t return.

Mooi hotel en parkeergarage zit prachtisch voor de deur (eur 25 voor 24 uur). Prima kamer met een balkon. Enige minpunten: bed was erg klein voor 2 personen en de douche lekte op de vloer. Dichtbij de Kunstberg en lekkere restaurants in de buurt (Le Trappiste).

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, dass man an einigen Ecken sieht. Es liegt Zentral und die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Personal beim Frühstück war flott und hat schnell wieder aufgefüllt. Die Zimmerreinigung war hörbar früh unterwegs und hat leider nur ein schnell Durchgang durchs Zimmer gemacht. Parkmöglichkeit am Hotel nicht, nur in der nahegelegen Tiefgarage gegen Gebühr.

Stayed on the 8th floor but lift only goes up to 7th. Shower was cold, wouldn’t warm up. Very basic room. Outside of the hotel looks very nice and does receptions, rooms are completely different and disappointing. Thin pillows. I’d stay away.

The plus is the location but that is it. Photos shown on Expedia were probably taken in 1980 it’s that dated. Furniture in room was stained but worse is the window looks onto a wall this is not mentioned on the description it’s like stay long in a cell! On complaining we were told this was a good room so beware they have worse ones!

Excellent experience. Check-in was courteous and efficient. We were quite early but coffee shops and restaurants conveniently close by. We stowed our luggage in a dedicated room near check-in. Lobby was comfortable enough fir a brief wait and had M/W restrooms. Rooms were well enough appointed, ckean and larger than some we’ve stayed in. Breakfast each day was excellent. Breakfast room was always clean and well staffed with ample variety, scrambled eggs, bacon, cold cuts, breads, pastries, fruit, coffe and tea.

Acceptable stayover facility for spending a couple of days in Brussels. Room was not great, the view on a very dark inner courtyard. Also the central heating was turned up high and the encasing of the radiator meant it was impossible to turn off. Breakfast was okay. Staff was very friendly.

Die Lage ist absolut perfekt, Marktplatz, Palais, EU Parlament etc. ganz in der Nähe. Frühstück ist nicht besonders. Das Zimmer war leider in der Nacht nicht ganz ruhig. Da war ein Geräusch von einer Maschine die ganze Nacht.

Jose, el chico de recepción español y super amable. No podemos decir lo mismo de la mujer del desayuno, súper desagradable y de malas maneras. Entramos 10 minutos antes de las 8 hora del buffet, pidiendo permiso el dia antes al recepcionista, y nos empezó hablar en frances de malas maneras, sin dejarnos explicar.

A very nice hotel, however room lacked convenient outletsc for charging electronic devices. Bathroom lacked towel bars for hanging towels after use. Complimentar breakfast was very good and dining area was spacious with view of street below. Front desk attendant nicely helped us get a taxi to train station after Uber failed us. If in Brussels again i woul stay there.
