Very nice hotel and very nice location in city center. Very charming old decoration, rooms etc. We had a junior suite and the sofa and the stereo was broken. If by car, you have to parc in public parking area.

Good sized room with plenty of storage space. Friendly staff. Great breakfast - lovely waitress. We were in the new wing which did mean having to go outside briefly to cross the tiny courtyard but once inside it was warm enough that we never needed to put the heating on although it was December.

Elevator did not work. Hard to handle suitcases without it

Elegant boutique hotel in a great location. Room was very quiet and comfortable. Hotel decor was very nice. The service amenities could be better. Tried getting a drink after dinner in the lobby lounge and told it was closed. The brochure stated it was open till midnight.

This is a really nice hotel which unfortunately was ruined by the staff approach and attitude. The first night of staying my son went to get some water from the gym prior to going back to use it and was accused of taking water he was not allowed to take (there is none provided in the room). On day 2 I went to use the gym and stretch as I have had back surgery. There is a sauna which I turned on to use. After 2 minutes the lights went off and a different member of staff approached me aggressively saying I had to reserve the sauna an hour before and you had to tell them if you were using the gym. There is no sign or notification and the treatment was absolutely disgusting. This is the first negative review I have ever had to write about staff and it happened twice - I would skip this hotel on that basis. My wife used the gym in the morning and had no such issue so even the messaging is not consistent

歴史や世界遺産を感じる事ができるホテルです。 レトロなホテルがお好きな方にお勧めです！ 昔の貴重な建物なので古さはありますが、毎日ベットメイキングをして下さりますし（タオル類も毎日交換）清潔さがありました。 ホテルのスタッフの方も笑顔で優しく親切に対応してくださいました。 駅から５分もかからず、グランプラス広場までも徒歩６分ぐらい、かなり立地が良いと思います。 （お土産を買いすぎてもホテルに置きに行ける距離感です）ホテル付近にはレストランも立ち並んでいて本当に便利な場所でした。 苦戦した点をあげると、ステイしたお部屋が２階にありエレベーターを利用したのですが、利用階で降りても数段階段を下ったり上ったりする必要があり、重たいスーツケースを持っての階段に苦労しました。 力に自信がない方や腰が悪い方は１階をおすすめします。

2 night city stop over, great location and suite room. Staff friendly and helpful. Can’t fault it. Just be aware that there is no hotel parking- use public car parking near by.

We loved the location and the convenience. The apartment was big, with a big living room and comfortable bathroom and kitchen. No silverware or fridge though. That was odd. However the elevator kept breaking down and we were on the 3rd floor which wasn't convenient to drag our suitcases. I have bad knees so that wasn't very easy to climb 3 flights of stairs. However everything else was great! Staff was helpful and being within walking distance to the train station made it so easy!

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. The hotel is in a great location, a few minutes from the main station and a few minutes from Grand Place. However our room was at the front of the hotel and it was very loud. I could hear music and people outside until the early hours every night. Also the lifts weren’t working so had to carry baby buggy up stairs.

Room was adequate but had mold in the bathroom shower - very noisy as you can hear every sound. Service was friendly and convenient location.

I booked Hotel Le Dixseptième for a touch of European luxury after four months overseas and missing Christmas with my family. The location was excellent, and the hotel was quiet—exactly what I was looking for in a boutique stay. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations. Our room was not as clean as it should have been, with stains on the curtains, damaged bed sheets, and a previous guest’s socks by the bed. However, the real issue was the lack of hot water. For our entire stay, the water in our room was ice-cold. In February, this meant no showering and forced us to cancel activities like running and using the gym. Any sense of luxury was lost. We reported the issue at 6 PM, yet by checkout at 10:30 AM, no plumber had arrived. While other rooms had hot water, we weren’t offered an alternative. The hotel’s compensation? A €10 per person discount—a disgraceful 10% off for such a fundamental failure. I understand that problems happen, but the lack of urgency and inadequate response made this frustrating. A four-star hotel should offer more than a good location—it should provide basic comforts and proper service. Instead of feeling refreshed, we were relieved to go home.

We had a wonderful stay- the hotel was so convenient to the the central station, but still in a really cute area (sometimes close to train stations is a little sketchy). The staff were lovely, the room was great and had plenty of space.

Charming and spacious room. Fantastic location- easy walk to bars, restaurants and historical sites.

Beautiful property and wonderful staff. I think we may have booked a room that just did not suit us so not the hotel’s fault. While the room was gorgeous, it just proved impractical for our use. It was a duplex with semi spiral wooden stairs. The extra three steps in the hallway creaked loudly and the stairs in our room and the floors also creaked very loudly making it difficult not to wake others. The deal breaker is the completely unusable WiFi. I wanted to love this property but I feel that the property is not a good fit for our needs. Love the staff and again, this is a beautiful hotel.

The location is great! It's right by the Central station which is very good to know if you're traveling by train. It's a block and a half from the station at most. Our room was on the third floor. It was huge, which was great. There is an elevator, however there are a couple of stairs you need to negotiate to get to this particular room and a couple of stairs after the door is open to the room. This could be the case with other rooms, I'm not sure. The bad part for us was there are huge wooden beams in front of the doorways once inside the main room. The beams train you to duck, however sometimes you forget and bam you bang your head. I would not use this suite again. I would insist on a room without beams. We were there for only two nights so we didn't change. Also there was the smell of gas in the kitchen area. I mentioned it to the person at the desk via phone he said there's no gas in the building. I still smelled the gas the next day, the person at the desk at checkout said the gas was turned off for the season. Go figure!

Very spacious and clean room. Comfortable bed. Staff was helpful with suggestions and the location was central. Lots of restaurants within a couple of blocks.

The room at Hotel le Dixseptième was lovely. My main issue was that the doors, like many in Europe, do not have a means of locking that can only be unlocked from in the room. Someone from the hotel opened our door and briefly entered at 11:30 pm without knocking or announcing themselves. When I called out to them, they said something about being room service and left. We didn’t order room service and nothing was left. When I told the staff the following morning, they did not appear apologetic and nothing was done. The whole experience made for a very poor nights sleep.

Location is excellent, right close to main square, close to action, restaurants etc. Cleanliness was as good as it gets. So why two stars? We had booked a junior suite. It did not match what was shown in pictures. It was one full story above where elevator reaches. We had to carry our heavy bags up the steep stairs with no help. The surprise did not end there. When we entered the junior suite, it was at two levels; with flight of six to seven steps between the levels. No handrail to hold on while going up or down the stairs. BTW, the bed was right next to these stairs. If you get up in the middle of night to go to bathroom, there was nothing to prevent a fall on these stairs. (Also the view of inside of a court was nothing to speak of.) Well, some of this can be excused due to historic nature of the property. However, two stars are mainly due to rude behavior of the staff, mainly front desk manager. He bluntly told us, we can leave if we don’t like the room; knowing fully well that last minute hotel changes are not a possibility in a packed tour itinerary. Front desk also told us many other suits are similar i.e. steep stairs between bedroom and living room. We did not get to check any other suits but this was the staff’s statement. We felt for the price we paid and 3 night stay, it was a bad deal. If you are older or not able carry your baggage up the steep stairs, don’t book this hotel. There are plenty of modern, high quality options right in the neighborhood.

Hotel le Dixseptieme was a perfect choice for our short stay in Brussels. Although very close to both the Grand Place and Galleries St Hubert, the hotel was a calm and quiet respite from the throngs of tourists and bustle of Belgium's capital city. It definitely reflected the 17th Century charm of its name. And, it was the first hotel where we left our bags before we could check in that had already delivered them to our room when we did. Excellent service!

The hotel is about 2 blocks from the Central Train Station and about 3 blocks from the Grand Place, making its location perfect. The staff was very helpful. And the shower was great.

Excellent hotel in the heart of old Brussels. Only a few steps from Central station, so really easy to get to, and 5 minutes walk from the central square and all the sights. Comfortable large rooms and really quiet despite being so central.

This is a difficult review to write. Hotel Dixseptieme is lovely. I have only good things to say about the hotel itself. The problem is that central Brussels is anything but lovely. Garbage everywhere. Beggars. Homeless. Not my idea of a vacation spot. Instead of spending two days in Brussels, we hopped on a train and went to Bruges on day 2. The bottom line is that is you need or want to stay in central Brussels, Hotel Dixseptieme is great. But I won't be going back.

ブリュッセル中央駅のすぐ近くで、周りに店もたくさんあります。場所がとても良いです。部屋は番号でなく、アーティストの名前になっています。一部屋一部屋がとても広々としていて、古いながらも快適に過ごすことができました。ただ朝食があまりよくありませんでした。朝食を食べる部屋は素敵ですが、種類も少なくここで食べるなら、外でコーヒーとワッフルでも食べたほうがいいと思います。

Schönes, zentral gelegenes Hotel. Große Zimmer, sehr sauber. Sehr nettes Personal. Nur das Frühstück für 22 Euro pp entspricht nicht die Erwartungen

Well located. Poor breakfast for $28. AC made a noise all night and the worse, the staff. Lady at the front desk with very short hair coundt help with suitcases and vey very nasty. Unfortunately for a nice hotel.

O hotel é bem localizado, próximo à estação Bruxelas Central e à Grand Place. O quarto é bonito, limpo, silencioso espaçoso, tendo uma área de tv com sofá e mesinha. A tv poderia ser maior. Para a ducha, é preciso entrar na banheira. Para acessar o quarto, é preciso passar por um pátio. Se estiver chovendo ou nevando, não tem como escapar. Há ainda alguns degraus e não oferecem auxílio com as malas. O café da manhã, pelo preço, nos desapontou. O que é há é saboroso, mas são poucas opções.
