Air did not work well, bathroom not cleaned well, awkward layout in the bathroom, it you turned off the light it turned off all the lights, cute set up though and good water pressure and hot water, breakfast was through their bar area but they always seemed closed due to an event.

Het personeel was altijd netjes en vriendelijk. Het Hotel was stil, en oogde schoon. Wij vonden de kamer wel wat aan de kleine kant, en dan met name de badkamer. Er is gewoon vrijwel geen ruimte om normaal op de wc te zitten. Deze is letterlijk naast de rechthoekige wastafel geplaatst, en dus heb je aan 1 kant constant de ijzeren poten tegen je lijf. Niet fijn. De 3 liften zijn niet heel snel, 1 was vaak buiten gebruik. Wil je de trap nemen dan moet je dat vragen want je kan niet standaard het trappenhuis in. Lijkt mij wijs dat het Hotel dit verbetert. Verder was het prima. Ontbijt was uitgebreid, en lekker.

The staff are good and the accommodations are decent (if expensive) but I give them a “poor” rating based on terrible lack of accessibility. If you’re in a wheelchair forget about it but even if you have minor mobility issues this place can be a challenge. The attached restaurants in particular have no ramps and it is extremely difficult to access lobby bathrooms.

We were smitten by the photos of the hotel when booking and the reality didn’t disappoint. Quirky and distinctive style using plants wherever possible. We found the water fountain by the lift lobby on each floor particularly useful to refill our water bottles and the seating in those areas was fun with birdsong playing and scents diffused. Our room was spacious and styled really well. Staff were all helpful and positive.

Everything about the hotel was ok except for the poor air conditioning. The hotel advertises it has AC but during our stay, the AC was supposedly on but was blowing room temperature air and it was very humid in the hotel. Even the lobby was not cool so it was not comfortable. I would come during the cooler months to avoid having an issue with the AC otherwise will be very uncomfortable.

Lage: 15 Minuten mit der Bahn vom Flughafen entfernt und 20 Minuten Fußweg zum Grand Place. Metro, Straßenbahn und Bus direkt vor dem Hotel. Frühstück: sehr gute Auswahl. Alles schmackhaft Zimmer: sehr gemütlich, sauber, gutes Design. Die Fenster sind sehr geräuschdurchlässig. Man sollte mit Ohropax schlafen, da der Verkehrslärm und die Züge des nahen Bahnhofs deutlich zu hören sind. Ein Kleiderschrank war nicht vorhanden. Die Ablagemöglichkeiten für Kleidung waren eher beschränkt.

Stayed for two nights - the room was tiny as was the shower room, difficult to get in and out of the shower due to room size. Decor was dark and depressing and my coffee supplies were not replenished after use. One of the “fresh” towels also had marks on it. The location is in an area which is undergoing building works in a busy part of town so traffic noise and sirens are constant.

Funky decoration in the hotel and rooms, amazing breakfast. The self service check-in machines let it down, could not find my booking for ages, then charged my card, even though it had been pre-paid. I definitly prefer the welcome of a friendly receptionist human! The room I had was funkily decorated but was definitely on the small side. I could hardly get into the shower as the bathroom was so narrow. Also, out of the window we just saw a wall and another window which made it feel a bit dark and cramped. There are probabaly bigger rooms with a view of the outside world available!

Excellent service all around. Our room was ready before check in, which was great because we had an overnight flight. Staff were super friendly. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was really good. The hotel was only a few steps away from the train station and most attractions were a short walk away.

Fantastisk vistelse, men hotellet lovade mer än vad de höll! Vi fick ett väldigt lyhört rum på 5:e våningen. Vi bad då om att få byta rum. Vilket hotellet lovade att vi skulle få så fort de hade städat ut ett annat rum. Men vi skulle få vänta ett par timmar. Bra tänkte vi och gick ut i Bryssel. När vi sedan kom tillbaka så var det annan personal i receptionen och de kände inte till något om byte... Så där fanns det ingen möjlighet till detta!!! Det var fräscha rum, men som sagt lyhörda och dåligt städade under tiden vi var där. Hyfsad frukost och trevlig personal i matsalen.

Its such a shame when you book a hotel for a very short break. But nothing went smoothly. Hardly got to enjoy the hotel as we had to leave by 8.30am due to an annual hoilday "car free sunday" we drove to this hotel as we was advised by the hotel via email that we could leave brussels whenever as we are using a hotel. On arrival we asked again to make sure as we had to leave brussels at 4pm. We was told no and that we had to move the car out of the city by 9.30am. This made the whole weekend break a nightmare as plans had to be changed due to the hotel informing us wrong information. If information was given correctly we could of changed parking locations or made different plans alltogether. I personally wont use this hotel for this reason in the future. Its very poor customer service and by far the worse ive been treated. In all i had very little time here and unable to use the hotels facilities.

The hotel and stay there were amazing but what makes this place so good is the staff there. The front desk staff ( from check-in to check-out and everyone in between), every one of them were helpful and accommodating whenever we needed them. Thank you for making our stay so peaceful and excellent. The hotel is next to a metro station and most tourist spots are easily accessible. Hotel has all the ameneties and more.

The property itself was fantastic and had an amazing vibe. Great decor and wonderful, helpful staff. The area around the hotel was a little noisy and somewhat dirty. This might just be Brussels in general, or that we were right near one of the subway stations. It didn’t have a negative impact on our stay—just noting it.

Hotel itself was lovely, room rather small. It was more the location, whilst a good spot, 5 minutes from train station and 15 minute walk to the main areas. A lot of homeless begging for money and got quite aggressive at times when you do not give or try and walk past, but this is not the hotels fault. Long as not having to walk alone I would recommend.

Polite and courteous both in reception and dining room. Breakfast hot food was pretty poor, otherwise good. The standard queen is quite tight for two people to open cases etc. Altogether it was a very pleasant stay, just tweak the breakfast and advise not to take a standard queen room, go for the larger one.

Broken bathroom door upon arrival, one of the lifts out of order. Curtains don’t block out light - there was a piece of tape to try and stick the curtain to the wall to block som3 light! Bedding was wet/damp on arrival. Breakfast was a chore - they have most things but you nearly always have to ask for it and or wait for it because they don’t seem to restock unless asked. Milk situation is just unsafe bottles of different milks with metal plates on counter top in front. People were placing them back in wrong place etc, seeing as at least one milk was a nut based one I worry around the potential allergy impacts of this approach. All in all a poor hotel that just happens to have some pretty decoration and smell nice in the lift foyer. They also seem to have a big dislike for customers book8ng through Expedia - it was mentioned as a negative at least 3 times at check in and check out

This hotel is really stylish and clean. I stayed in a premium room for 3 with my two teenagers and it was nice and big and nicely decorated. It was a nice base for the three nights. The air con is great and the WiFi was brilliant. I have dropped a star because: • The location is not great, I didn't realise at the time of booking, but the north area is a bit dodgy. From reading on, they have a bit of a problem with drugs and illegal immigrants in the area, so much that the police have admitted that they can't police it. My recommendation is to get a cab to the hotel and not to use Brussels Nord for any journeys if you have children with you. • The staff I dealt with were a bit... Flat... I don't know how else to describe it. Also, one person said we would be charged city tax at the end of our stay, but then I noticed payments going on my card at 1/2pm every day. When I asked, they said it was city tax. Then, they tried to charge me again when I left! • The garden bar wasn't open, and the main bar was not a nice place to sit in the day, especially with children (clean and nice decor, but really dark) Another tip, the fridge is a bit useless, so don't expect to get cold drinks from it.

Great experience! Loved the vibe. The only negative was the doors not being soundproof. Asked for a quiet room and got put next to the elevators, which is not a quiet room… But that was fine for one night!
