I am a return visitor so that speaks for itself. Had a different room on 6th floor and the only thing that let it down slightly was wifi connection was spotty. Other than that, breakfast was great, amazing location and offers best value for money in my opinion compared to other hotels around. The city mall is close by along with the high street so you are not far from any amenities and it is a 20 min walk to "downtown". Will be back again!

Good location & clean. Average quality breakfast. However the hotel is very dated & in need of an upgrade. No air con & only a small desk top fan provided in 38° heat. Room was far too hot for a comfortable sleep & the noise from the street below kept us awake too. Rooms at the back of the hotel may be a bit quieter.

Helpful staff, clean room and the breakfast was ok. Seems like a bit unsafe area but otherwise location is very central.

The hotel seemed a bit tired. One of my party's shower didn't work, and there was no bath plug. My aircon was noisy an ineffective. There was a big hole in a cupboard where a fridge used to be. The safe was an old one, key operated, but no key. There was only 1 lift working and didn't inspire you with confidence ! On the plus side, the bed was very comfortable and breakfast was nice.
