We decided to stay in this hotel on our drive from France to Amsterdam. The website listed parking for 25 euros but there actually was no onsite parking. We got to the hotel after midnight and the hotel was surrounded by homeless people we parked right in front of the hotel and the reception told us that the hotel does not provide parking even though I showed her the Expedia booking where it said there was parking for 25 euro at the hotel and she said it was not correct but gave me an address to a garage near by that charged almost 50 Euros and said that she did not recommend us parking on the street because our car will get broke into because it’s a rental . I already did not feel safe when we were parking but she also basically confirmed to me that the area was not safe . I would have never booked that hotel if there was no parking . If you do not have a car it is located across a train station but other than that the area is very sketchy at night

Convenient for Eurostar and Belgium metro but isn't the prettiest of locations. Good breakfast. Rooms ok but a bit dated. Served what we need well and was reasonably priced. Had to pay to storage luggage after check out which wasn't great and not something that was advertised well when booking (never had to pay to leave luggage for a few hours before so was annoying to have an extra cost)

Very near to the Midi station, good facilities, sports bar with access to PL and other events. Easy access to City centre via Tram/Metro etc. Didnt have a kettle though (or tea/coffee in the room), which would've been nice. Excellent breakfast and the custom waffle maker.

I stayed at the Ibis because it's just a 3-minute walk to the Midi train station, giving me easy access to everywhere. The rooms were good. Just a heads up: if you need to store your luggage at the hotel, there's an automatic system that costs between 4 to 7 euros per day.

A great location as we were travelling by train, the hotel is right across the road from the Eurostar Brussels midi (zuid) station. The area around the station is scruffy with lots of people hanging around but we didn’t feel intimidated or worried by it. The hotel itself is fabulous inside, the staff are lovely and the room was massive, clean and very comfortable with tea/coffee making facilities. The only negative is that to leave luggage there is a locker system that costs either 6 or 9 euros depending on the size of locker (we opted for the largest and got 2 large backpacks and 2 small rucksacks in and there was spare room). It’s the first time we have ever paid to leave luggage. The main attractions of the city are about a 20 minute walk away, it is flat and an easy walk. Would recommend.

Its location is perfect for us because we were travelling by train. The hotel is right across the road from the Eurostar Brussels midi (zuid) station. The area around the station is just ok. The hotel itself is fabulous inside, the staff are lovely and the room was clean and comfortable. The only negative is that we arrived in the morning and have to check in our luggages in their locker room that costs some money. It’s the first time we have ever paid to store our luggages in hotel. The main attractions of the city are about 30 minutes walk distance. Would recommend.

Hotel was very clean and staff were helpful. Bar was nice and had a variety of drinks and snacks in the evening. The breakfast was good and had lots of variety. We did miss having tea/coffee making facilities in our room but aside from this the room was good. The hotel is opposite the train and tram station and although convenient it was a busy area.

Il y avait une très forte odeur de cigarette dans la chambre et encore plus dans la salle de bain. Les serviettes de douche étaient imprégnées de l'odeur, les draps, mes vêtements par la suite, etc. Je suis arrivée très tard à l'établissement (vers 2h du matin) et avait mon train très tôt donc je n'ai pas demandé à changer de chambre, l'hôtel était de toute façon complet, mais c'est une très mauvaise expérience. L'interdiction de fumer dans les chambres doit être respectée, et si ce n'est pas le cas il faut utiliser des désodorisants adaptés pour que les autres clients n'aient pas à pâtir de l'irrespect des autres.

Shower drain did not drain water. You were showering with at least an inch or two of water. Also noticed a spot of blood on the floor next to the bed. Would not stay here again. Only plus was close proximity to the train station.

While this hotel is convenient to the Brussels Midi Train Station, it is not in great shape. The room was fine, but the carpet was pretty dirty and in need of cleaning. It just looks like it needs an update. The breakfast was great though and very nice with plenty of options. The staff was kind and helpful.

The bed in room is too small and it is not comfortable. The room size is large enough for two person. The street noise level is very high until mid-night. The sink drain flow extremely slow, the cleaning person didn't do a thorough job while preparing the room.

The hotel is actually ok, staff is very friendly and helpful and the location is perfect and very convenient in front of Midi station. My only problem was the Internet that didn’t work at all! Neither on my phone or my Laptop! I spoke with reception and they said nothing could be done because e”it was working for them “ I tried turning on and off countless times but yet, never worked! If this was not a problem it would’ve been a great stay

Big, clean room. Some details in the bathroom were a bit worn, but nothing major. Good location, and very practical if you're travelling to/from Gare-midi. Was able to get my room already at 13:30 on arrival without any extra charge!

Seems like newly renovated. Comfy bed; bed and room size good enough for 3 pp. super convenient, located right opposite to the midi train/metro station. Could get our room right upon check-in even though we arrived early. There is a supermarket and the Tmeout restaurant round the corner which is a plus again. We will choose this hotel again if we come to Brussels next time

503 room was a lovely stay,great designed room,big size,air conditioning,big opening window with view and a blind,lots of sockets,towels,too many if anything haha,good TV I suppose? Carpeted floor was nice hehe.no kettle 😏 but always bring my own,no small fridge,good room temperature,handy bin,but room service was too often and in mornings 😔,very local tram,metro station on the left as come out hotel.also area was not too bad, as ppl make out,a telephone too. Shampoo and conditioner there.i found the long hallways of rooms.... like a maze first day.you can eat in room too,from going shops and things from days out hehe.

The hotel was lovely and clean. I stayed here at the start of my trip and again at the end since it’s across from the train station. The second stay, our room had a train station view and was quite noisy, all night. If you stay here, I would advise asking for a quiet room

L'accueil a l'hotel etait tres sympathique - nous avons recu la clef de la chambre avant l'heure du check-in pour nous reposer, ce qui est important quand on voyage avec un enfant. Le personnel est tres gentil, la proprete sans reproche et une ambiance rassurante. L'hotel est tres bien situe pour visiter la ville et d'autres endroits en Belgique. Merci pour l'accueil.

L’hôtel est très bien situé, juste à la sortie du métro, ce qui est pratique le jour. En revanche, le quartier est rempli de SDF, ce qui peut être un peu inquiétant la nuit. L’établissement est propre dans l’ensemble. Cependant, j’ai eu une très mauvaise surprise en arrivant le premier soir à minuit : on m’a attribué une chambre déjà occupée. Je suis tombé sur un client endormi à l’intérieur, ce qui a été un vrai choc pour lui comme pour moi. Depuis, je ferme toujours ma porte à clé et ajoute une chaise devant, ce qui ne m’était jamais arrivé dans mes nombreux voyages. Le réceptionniste s’est excusé en expliquant qu’il s’agissait d’un bug du système et m’a offert une boisson en compensation, mais cela reste une expérience assez traumatisante.

We got to hotel 3 hrs early and were hoping to just leave luggage until check in time, but were able to check in to room early. Had good priced drinks at bar that evening and also had a couple of pizzas were great for the price. Rooms were clean and comfortable breakfast was good value for money with a good enough spread. We stayed there just for one night on our way from Bruges to Paris and couldn’t get a better location literally across the road from the train station. All staff were amazing to deal with will definitely stay again

Very easy to reach from train station. There is always receptionist(s) there which make us feel safe. Bad smell of smoking goes to our room until mid night when the restaurant close. We request for extra hangers and it takes a whole day to deliver to our room until we remind the front desk for the third time. Overall, it is a nice hotel to stay for traveller, easy to go around the city.

Across from train station. If leaving through correct exit, hotel can be seen across road, 25 minute walk to main square, some nice bars and restaurants in centre area. Very busy area around station and hotel, so be aware especially at night although did not experience any difficulties. If visiting Brussels for 1/2 night stay or onward travel, hotel is ideal.

Hotel is good. Room was clean, good size. Bed was comfortable. If you arrive before check in time and you want them to store your luggage you have to pay 10 EUR for a locker. Breakfast is decent. Area is not the best but it’s very conveniently located across the train station. Easy walk to main plaza where you can find the best waffles and chocolate.

The hotel's in a great spot, close to everything. It's a buzzing area, so maybe not the best if you want peace and quiet. But the hotel itself is clean, the rooms are big, and there's a nice bar. Breakfast was amazing, with something for everyone. I loved it there and would totally go back. The only thing that would've made it perfect was a mini-fridge in the room.

The hotel was okay. Very convenient if you need to catch a train as central station is right opposite. But the whole locality is really unsafe to the point that the hotel authorities outrightly asked us not to park anywhere near due to thieves & break ins. Its a really unsafe neighborhood.

La atención fue muy buena, la ubicación excelente y la relación costo/beneficio es muy buena. Llegamos antes de la hora de check-in y en el mismo hotel ofrecen servicio de resguardo de equipaje a buen precio (guardamos 2 maletas de cabina y 2 mochilas por 9 €). El desayuno es bueno y variado con alimentos tanto fríos como calientes. Recomiendo encarecidamente el hotel.
