Good stay, no concierge service surprise

Great location in old town. The hotel is generally lovely and you can tell they have put the effort into the lobby. The rooms were nice but not as nice as other Hiltons. Restaurant and bar really good

Appreciated large bathrooms and towels. Housekeeping staff was wonderful, friendly, considerate and efficient. Loved the fresh flowers.

This is a beautiful hotel. The room was spotless, the staff friendly and helpful and the breakfast choices were excellent. When in Brussels, this is an amazing hotel to stay in.

Paid extra to have club access…just not worth it. Breakfast consisted of some so danish, croissants, fruit salad and yogurt. Nothing added to midday …even saw the fruit salad still there. We had a suite…fridge empty, not even a bottle of water. Bedroom very sparse .. broken window shade and electrical outlet under window didn’t work….found out the next day when I was sightseeing and my battery was dead.
