Das Hotel hat für mich eine super Lage …. Direkt vor der Haustür ca.100m weg ist eine Metro Station und eine Bushaltestelle von der aus man so gut wie überall hinkommt … (Metro Linie 6 zum Atomium) ca.1,5km zu Fuß zum Grand Palace und Hard Rock Cafe …. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es keine , was etwas schade ist …Das Zimmer war völlig okay , aber da hat ja jeder auch seine persönlichen Ansprüche…ich würde es wieder Buchen

Actually give the property 2 1/2 stars. I was early for check-in but the front door was locked and I did not see anyone. I think Hotel is CLOSED, out of business. Go to hotel next door and the man tells me to use the intercom on side. They should post that information on the Front Door! The Good, breakfast is included, shared with other hotel. Lots of BAD. 1. Mattress too soft and sinks in, needs new mattress. 2.Temperature control was disconnected on first night after reconnection the control did not work well. 3. Unable to shower well. Hand held shower is attached to the corner, could not get shower over my head, so took bath often. 4. Broken sink that was glued together at multiple points. 5. Smelled urine around the toilet, I think it was coming from toilet bowl brush? 6. Funky night stand switch. Switch is on the cord, not installed on the wall. Probably, after thought-didn't want to spend the money to install on the wall. The reason they keep the door locked is maybe that the Hotel is close to major train station. That is good, I choose this hotel for that reason. But, by the train station there are many homeless and the undesirables? The Front Desk personals seems to service 2-3 hotels simultaneously.

Convenient location near North Station and place Rogier, all the necessary amenities... and breakfast buffet was included for a very competitive rate. Staff competent and helpful

Room was comfortable and a nice bed. Ok for a B&B / guest house but not a Hotel. No restaurant for dinner and no parking. Check in good check out was poor.The Hotel was very hard to find- when eventually we did we had to pay 23 euros to park locally.

[ Good ] Great location with 5mins walks from Noord station. Very safe cuz you need the key to enter the lobby & elevator. Big space in the room that we can open two 26- luggage. Strong wind of hairdryer. Nice staff to let us get into the room before 12:00. [ Bad ] Water pressure of the shower was so weak that I had to use the sink to wash my hair, dunno if it because we were in 2rd floor. I would still recommend this hotel to stay!

À 200 m du métro et des grandes artères commerciales. Hôtel très propre, sûr. Je recommande vivement.

It is a good hotel, very clean and quiet. The only problem was a breakfast without special vegan options. Although it was requested, only tomatoes and cucumbers were offered, while champignons were served from the same dish and with the same spoon as the sausages.

Dirty rooms, front door was closed every time so you need to bell the ring and wait sometimes more than 5 mins. And it's not 4-star hotel, 2-stars maximum

Relatively quiet for a central city hotel. Room cleaning excellent. Close to ERC offices for reviewers. Shower was weak but didn’t leak.

Zentral in der Stadt gelegen, gut erreichbar vom Bahnhof aus. Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig.

Property smelled like actual poop and the air conditioning was terrible. The staff went into our room and turned off the ac on a 35 degree day. Lots of stains everywhere, staff was not helpful

Spacious..clean..welcoming...room was spacious and modern... Breakfast was awesome...

Room very noisy. Windows are not sound proof, and we heard every airplane. The cold water tap and AC / Heating didn’t work. We rent for 1 night because is close to the train station. We regretted. Hotel is way overpriced and need maintenance! I hope it helps, Gabriel

The bed is very soft and has only one bedsheet. To cover myself with the bedsheet I had to sleep on the mattress. The termostat does not work. I set it at 25 C but the room temperature was never above 16C and colder at night. There is no furniture to store clothing. THe room is made for European tourists who travel for a few days and NOT for North-American tourists who travel for several consecutive weeks or months..

Hotel ist für eine Städtetour ganz gut. Es ist sehr zentral und hat alles was man braucht. Leider istswjr hellhörig und etwas heruntergekommen

Le chauffage/climatisation était très bruyant. Il faisait très chaud dans la chambre et impossible de changer la température. En ouvrant la fenêtre c’était très bruyant.

Chambre propre, hôtel tout à fait convenable mais chambre (140) un peu vieillotte (moquette abîmée, plinthes cassées, lampe de bureau ne fonctionnant pas). Un peu dommage car l'hôtel est bien en général... mais pour un 4* pourrait mieux faire...

Sehr freundliches Personal.

Reason for poor rating - I left an airpod in the hotel room. Tracking shows it is there and the time matches when I left. Numerous emails to multiple addresses within the hotel have gone unanswered. This is unacceptable.

I have stayed at this hotel over many years, and the staff are always so friendly and helpful. It's a lot cheaper than the posh hotels

Very good in a safe location and close to metro, gare du nord and shopping area. A hair dryer would be a good option to add in the toilet

Ok hotel at a very good location. Close to transport, restaurant and shops. Good choice for a budget weekend trip.

My daughter and I found this hotel perfect for our stay all amenities were close by and location was excellent.
