Renaissance Brussels Hotel

Renaissance hotel is a very nice hotel near everything. The plaza with lots of restaurants, train station and the parliament. The rooms are big and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was good though it’s a bit crowded in the mornings. But coming to Brussels I always choose this hotel.

Only one robe and slippers in a room for two people, got charged £150 on arrival randomly and was refunded this back but it wasn’t told to us until we arrived, pool was so cold and sauna is being refurbished - again, weren’t told, online says kids until 6pm & there was kids jumping in the pool at 7, again it said it shut at 10pm and shut at 8! Very misleading rules and staff that aren’t enforcing it. Other than that, was an okay stay but probably wouldn’t return.
