This is my go-to hotel in Brussels. The upgrade to the bar area is nice. The menu upgrade in the restaurant from a few years ago is still being maintained. It is an excellent Italian style restaurant. Room and other prices are up significantly in the last 2 years.

This is an amazing hotel. The room was very nice, comfortable, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect for walking just about anywhere. I would recommend this to anyone but especially if you are a first time visitor to Brussels. There is a nice bar and restaurant but just about anything you desire is right out the door

This hotel met and exceeded our expectations! It was most definately a 5 star experience for a great value! Every team member treated us like we were royalty! The hotel is beyond beautiful and sits in a perfect location just a block from the Grand Place and 10 min walk from the train station. The hotel Bar Margritte is amazing!! The bartenders are true artists - watching them explain and create the cocktails was a treat! The hotel restaurant Bocconi was a fabulous Italian delight! We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Our stay at this hotel was wonderful. Everything about it was luxurious (i.e.,The location was great (it's located maybe two mins walk from the Grand Palace, and maybe 5-10 minutes from the regular shopping area). Even though it's basically right in the middle of the tourist area, the atmosphere inside is calm and quiet. It was like walking into a spa. It was the perfect place for us to relax and recharge after all the various and crowded activities outside. The staff were all VERY attentive (Madel at breakfast ensured that we wanted for nothing during our meals). The room was absolutely beautiful and clean, with a great view of the tower. It was always well-stocked with high quality products (e.g., flat and sparkling water, all the bathroom amenities you would need, and delicious chocolates with turn down service). We wish we could've stayed longer. If I'm ever back in Brussels, this is where I would stay for sure. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Our Hotel Amigo stay was a sheer pleasure. The staff deserves such high praise for their impeccable service and helpfulness-- from the doormen/porters, to the concierge, the front desk staff, and the fantastic housekeeping crew who anticipated our needs before we even recognized the need ourselves. For instance, they gave us an extra small toothpaste tube as they noted the toothpaste tube we brought with us was running low! Another example was our luggage porter re-arranging the furniture in our room so we could best fit our luggage. We were made to feel pampered and well-cared for during our stay. Rocco Forte Hotel Amigo is perhaps one of the best hotel stays we've ever experienced!

The lobby is nice but the room i was in needs updating. Furniture well worn and miss matched. Shower was very hard to turn of, to stiff, needed a towel and 2 hands to turn it off. Very expensive for food and drinks, tea, coffee 8 euros. Food not worth the price.

This was a difficult review to write because the hotel is amazing. The staff (with one exception) was delightful and beyond expectations. The location is the best, and nothing even comes close. The design was classic with beautiful modern accents. The restaurant just reopened and is beautiful. Manual provided 3-Michelin-quality service. The food was the best meal we have had in Brussels. Our room window view was perfect with the back of the square. One issue pushed me to write this review. At the time of checkout, an agent said my card was declined. I knew this was incorrect because I have the credit! Also, I was sitting at the bar and was receiving text updates on transactions while I traveled in Europe. I called the credit card company and they confirmed what I already knew - it had to be a mistake. The credit card company said that the hotel was trying to run multiple transactions over and over including the whole room stay twice. I even gave the hotel agent the phone with the credit card company so they could resolve it and that the transactions did go through. I even showed them my transactions on the cc app. They had authorized and held all the charges but they needed to stop running them. The hotel agent kept saying "IT DECLINED" loudly (which was embarrassing when I knew it was wrong) and printing receipts. I just paid with another CC and got confirmation that the original fees will be reversed. She was rude and tainted what would have been a flawless 5-star stay.

This is a wonderful property with great staff. Everyone who works for the hotel is welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel has a nice ambiance as do the rooms. The beds were very comfortable. The location is central to everything in Brussels for walking, though driving to the hotel from outside the city can be a bit tricky. I do wish they had coffee in the room, but the room service was fast and reasonably priced for a pot of Java. We will certainly stay here again next time we visit Brussels.
