Room was tired and needs a refresh. Bed was uncomfortable. It was noisy through the night with sound of doors opening. Stayed 7 days and no servicing for the whole time.

Staff were friendly, welcoming and courteous, and very helpful. Liked the balcony and good waterfront view; especially liked the location - with easy walking distance to everything, and great restaurants close by. Good to know that staff can assist with bookings to local tours and attractions, greatly appreciate this convenience.
