Overall pleasant experience. Staff very helpful. Had room ready for early arrival. Disappointed that the bar has been closed. No complaints about accommodation, room neat and clean. However, steps to hotel entrance were very dirty with people sitting around (not guests). Not a pleasant welcome on arrival.

他の方のコメントを見て少し心配でしたが，様々な点が改善されていました。 (1)受け付け(レセプションデスク)までの階段階段だけでなく，簡易式のリフトが整備されていたので，重い荷物でも持ち運びに苦労しませんでした。車いすが余裕で乗るサイズです(スイッチの位置が大丈夫かは不明)。 (2)キッチン回り食器&調理器具も整備されていて，当然，洗い立てでした。以前のコメントでは食器洗い用スポンジが使いまわしだったというコメントがありましたが，そのようなことはなく新しいものが支給されていました。同様に食器拭き用のタオルやテーブル用付近も新品でした。 (3)部屋の臭い先客の調理等に起因する臭いはなし。調理後，換気扇を回せば全く問題なし(ただしswitchの場所に注意)。 (4)ランドリーコンタクトレス式クレジットカード決済なのでコインの準備が不要。この点，助かりました。 (5)騒音問題なし。 (6)交通の便 Perth駅から徒歩2~3分。Perth Ground駅からだと交差点渡ってすぐ。バス停も近くにあります(清潔感のあるバスで安心できました)。西オーストラリア大学行のバスが発着します。全体的に清潔感がありよかったです。 (1)改善点洗濯機の台数がもう少し多いと取り合いにならなくて済むかなと思いました(現状は2階と5階に洗濯機2台と乾燥機2台ずつ)。あとどこかの階に2台ずつあれば助かります。洗剤自動投入式だと助かります。 (2)WiFi 若干弱い。ただし有線LANがついているので問題はありませんでした。スマートフォンの電波も十分届きます。 (3)照明ベッドまわりですべてコントロールできれば助かります。

Room was roomy and well equiped. Located in nice central area of the city. Had a bit of trouble with check in, staff member in training, giving incorrect information, until manager stepped in. There is no car parking on site. Wilson operated carpark at the Raine Centre close by is used for overnight stay of $25 when your ticket is endorsed by the hotel. Overall good value and a pleasant stay

Location was great and the room was spacious enough for 3 people. It was quiet and clean. However, the carpet needs to be replaced. The service is also good. But the access to the Snap Fitness gym nearby, which is foc to all guests needs to be highlighted, as I nearly did not want to stay at Oaks because I thought it did not have access to a gym

Room service was an extra $5 for them to deliver the food in a cardboard box and a bag. I ordered a $50 scotch fillet steak mash and veg. The steak was so thin over cooked and the mash was packet DEB and the veg was the cheap frozen veg. Parking was ridiculous.

Located in the centre of the city. However limited parking to check in & the voucher I paid for for public parking was invalid so it was another 3 trips around the block to get a park anywhere near the hotel to change the voucher

Great location with good parking deal across the road. Friendly staff and nice bathroom products. Rooms large though a little bit of noise from the street ( they provide earplugs). Has cooking facility but only one dining chair which was odd for a double room. Would stay again as the price was very good.

Great location, but no pullin for checkin/checkout makes it hard to access. Also during our stay their was a bunch of old beds dumped right outside the hotel (looked like it was hotel garbage) - very messy

Old property, even in renovated rooms carpet hasn’t been replaced and has marks and stains. One level smells like sewerage, beds and pillows not great quality. Most room rates don’t include servicing. Much better options at same price point

Excellent location, steps away from Perth station and all shopping areas/grocery stores. All staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Could use a bit of updating, carpet a bit old but very minor observation.

The rooms are spacious and self contained with kitchen and microwave. However, there is no daily housekeeping included. Oaks Perth Hotel is located at a very convenient spot with some upscale shops nearby. There is a bus stop opposite the hotel. A short walk to Murray Street Mall and Hay Street Mall for food and shopping.

the bathroom tiles had grime and the room is very dated. They originally tried to put me in a room that had an aircon that sounded like helicopter taking off that was a disabled access room that was no cleaner than the room they moved me to. The headboard had significant stain and floor of kitchenette was un-mopped. definitely not what I expected for the price even if one of the most reasonably priced at about $720 for 2 nights.

Our experience was good in all aspects bar one and that one thing is probably a deal breaker, the mattress! Getting a good nights sleep is important for everyone and ours did not come up to expectations for a mid tier hotel.

Friendly staff. Good location. The room had a bit of wear and tear that needs fixing but was comfortable for one night. The main issue was with the air con unit in the room that didn’t do much on a hot day and was extremely noisy and continued to make noise even when turned off. I can see why they offer bed plugs next to the bed.

Great central location, bus and trains a few steps away. Large room, very comfortable, had everything we needed, including a small kitchenette . If I was to fault it in any way, it would the view from the window. It was facing all the air conditioning units from all rooms.

Really great location. 100m from the train station and very central. Aircon is a bit loud so might bother some people. The water pressure in the shower was the worst i have ever experienced. If you love showers i don’t recommend staying here because it was so bad we struggled washing our hair, and we were literally touching the wall standing under the water. Other than that it is a great hotel.

The apartment itself was in good order, clean and as per photos. Sadly what let the place down during this short stay was the two members of staff I sadly encountered at reception at the time (Chimi and Vivienne). I’d booked this hotel on short notice due to the cyclone delaying my travel plans to the east coast and as a solo female traveller was naturally feeling anxious and a little overwhelmed with everything going on. I’d had no instructions on how to get to the laundry room, so when my keycard didn’t work in the lift I thought I had to use the stairs? Without knowing that the doors to the stairs actually lock, and I ended up getting locked into the sweltering hot stairwell of this hotel. When I finally found the exit to reception and went to the front desk, Chimi and Vivienne literally laughed at me? Whilst seeing me visibly distressed, also making passive aggressive comments about the fact that I shouldn’t have used the stairs - when at check in they had failed to tell me I needed to get my card validated for the laundry room? It really just made the place feel childish and unwelcoming, I felt awkward even going past reception after that awful encounter. Do not recommend especially for solo female travellers unless you want a reminder of what school bullies behave like!

Terrible service at reception. Not enough staff. Faulty kettle in room. Asked for replacement and told ‘we’re too busy you’ll have to come and get it from reception.’ Room TV faulty - kept rebooting itself. The place is tired and I wouldn’t trust it to be cleaned thoroughly because they are cutting corners.

Buffet breakfast empty containers with waiting, waiting patiently for top up and lack of choice for basic items, no mushrooms, no beans. Lack of space around cereal and toast area, only the one non auto pop up toaster which only held two slices. Other than that, all good.

A very comfortable stay in the spacious and well equipped studio. Oaks is centrally located in Perth only 5 minutes walk from the train station and easy walking distance to most tourist attractions. Very good buffet breakfast with hot and cold options.
