Centrally located to many venues and restaurants. Soacious and clean. Very helful and friendly staff. When my clothes dryer broke down, the staff member dried my clothes in another dryer and delivered back to my room. No fuss. I will stay again. Highly recommended.

The apartment was clean and modern . We were able to book a parking space at the back of the hotel Quest administration .Other wise street parking difficult .You need to do this well before your stay as spaces are limited . Variety of resteraunts close by .

Our room was lovely with a balcony and full kitchen. There was parking across the road for $15 a day. Very central to everything.

Cafe’s shops and parks all good. The Quest itself had spacious rooms and it was clean. It stated the room was going to be serviced each day excluding Sunday (reasonable) I had to request tissues, tea bags and coffee pods. I asked for a soap dish as it was a soggy soapy mess all the time but I’m still waiting for it. Home now. The reception staff are lovely but I think they are let down by room servicing staff.

This place is in need of maintenance. The elevator made horrible noises and panels had been removed. It was quite unnerving. The tap in the kitchen was really loose. The windowsill in the bathroom was very dusty and an ugly bamboo blind that had broken pieces was covering the window.

Sehr gute Lage! Parkplätze direkt hinter dem Hotel. Viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zimmer war mehr oder weniger sauber. Die Fensterrahmen müssten dringend abgestaubt werden. Die Dusche: eher schmuddelig! Fugen gelb/schwarz (Schimmel?). Der Boden fleckig. Das WC: gröber venachlässigt. Schwarzer Schimmel! Siehe Foto!

Everything worked well. Room was very spacious with a lovely large covered balcony. Old-worldly, it looks like it's from the same vintage as the old parliament house. Reception team were great. No room servicing on Sunday we discovered but that was no big deal. Kitchen facilities in room were good. Very comfy bed. Basic but modern bathroom.

The staff were helpful and nice. The room was in average condition, the bathroom and kitchen in sore need of an update with a temperamental shower. I stayed in an executive apartment which was spacious and airy with a balcony. It was expensive for the quality of accomodation. The area is very convenient with plenty of bars and restaurants but with single glazing the property is not for the light sleeper.

Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I appreciated being able to control the air conditioning myself. Several staff members were friendly, which made a good impression. Some aspects might depend on personal sensitivity — for example, the early morning noise from the garbage collection truck, the ventilation sound from the ground-floor restaurant until around 11:30 p.m., the shower temperature adjustment, an unexpected fire alarm, and the Wi-Fi connection. I stayed only one night, checking out the following morning. The room and building felt tired and in need of a fresh coat of paint, but were otherwise warm and comfortable. Unfortunately, in the morning there was no hot water for a shower. I tried calling reception from the room phone, but no one answered. As I was in a rush to attend a function, I had to wash as best I could over the sink — which was also partially blocked and drained very slowly. I reported these issues to reception on check-out and was told someone would get back to me, but no one did. Sadly, I can’t give this stay a good rating.

Crappy room Nothing like the images listed! Noisy - pub underneath some rooms, and not-advised earthworks & roadworks was happening outside upon booking which would be nice to know before 6am. Small double bed - stiff uncomfortable lounge. Dirty balcony, actually filthy balcony and crappy chair & table out there. Unusable. Paid extra for balcony option. Severely dissatisfied- checked out after first night, that’s how dissatisfied we were. (2 nights booked)
