The staff were very friendly, comfortable beds, and the breakfast was good. The pool was gross, bugs everywhere, a hole in the ceiling, and in general bad repair. The room also needed some maintenance work, doors wouldn't close without serious force, faucet designed to leak, possible mold in the corner. Not a horrible stopping place for the night, but I would not stay longer and probably chose a different spot next time.

Clean. Safe area. Nice walking trail just outside the hotel. No parking fees and free breakfast provided. Has a pool and gym. Gym only has done cardio and free weights. No pulley equipment. Breakfast was pretty basic. Would like to see more fresh fruit and non pork meat options. But it was provided in a clean environment.

The bathroom floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. There were a lot of first stains that had been there a while. The gentleman at check in was friendly though. We stayed her a few times before and never saw this before.

Hotel stay would have been fine except the room we were given did not appear to have been properly cleaned. The sheets on the bed had definitely been used by the previous guest, as well as some of the towels in the bathroom. We requested a fresh change of sheets and when stripping the bed to change them, saw that the mattress was definitely heavily stained, as well as the pillows. The bathroom also had various spots of dirt (hair on the counter, toilet seat unclean). The TV also did not work, it just hung forever on boot. The room was properly stocked with the regular amenities (coffee, tea). Breakfast was okay, but it definitely appeared that they were short-staffed and only had one person working working breakfast the first two days we were there. AC worked great. Free coffee in the lobby was always well-stocked at all hours of the day.

Bathroom and room could have been cleaner. Ring and dirt on the floor in the bathroom. Carpet was sticky so wore out shoes. Fire alarm went off in the middle of showering, light for desk wouldn’t stop being a stove light had to throw a towel over it. People upstairs banging around from 11:30pm - 3am. During breakfast employee in a back room playing music loud enough to an annoyance. Don’t mind ANY music but probably shouldn’t be playing what they were playing.

When you enter the premises, it doesn’t smell clean. Besides, the rooms(At least the one I was staying at) don’t get clean in a daily basis, didn’t get clean towels or toilet paper, unless we go to the front desk and ask for them. The breakfast was cold and I had to take it to my room to warm it up on the Microwave.In the past I’ve stayed in a Holiday Inn Express and I had a wonderful experience. I hope it’s just this location cause I love staying at this hotels chain.

I really excited in anticipation for our upcoming trip to celebrate my friends wedding. It was late at night when we checked in and we were eager to get to sleep. Once we entered our room and turned down the comforter, we were shocked and disgusted to see streaks of fecal matter across our sheets. Totally shocked, we have traveled all around the world and never had anything like this happen. We returned to the front desk where the staff helped change our sheets but we could never shake the feeling of disgust from that first experience. Since booking through hotels.com we were told we could not be issued a refund. We were offered “to choose anything from the snack shack” or IHG loyalty points.. to say we were disappointed is an understatement.

I’m torn on this hotel. It had gotten good reviews, but I believe it is an older hotel that has been remodeled. It still had the fuse box on the wall next to the bed that had been painted the same color as the wall. Pros: looks nice from outside, first impression of the room looked okay, good breakfast- biscuit and gravy was awesome, fresh water with fruit in the lobby, room was quiet and bed was comfortable. Cons: carpet in the room was worn out where it meets the laminate flooring, fuse box on the wall, smoke alarm green light flashed all night, no vent fan in the bathroom, mold under the caulking in the shower, and toilet paper holder falling off the wall in the bathroom. No restaurants close.

The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was small and the door couldn't be opened all the way making it difficult to use the mirror without being closed inside. The shower got warm but not hot which made for a decent shower. The room was adjoining and we could hear the neighbors talking at times. Didn't bother us but might bother others.

The insulation in this hotel is to low. People who stay in upstairs of my room start to moving around 5 AM. I hear them every steps for about an hour. Can't fall in sleep again. No fan in the bathroom. Also there is a dust hanging on the coner of celling that is ignoring

Chose this hotel because of the reviews but they probably were not reviewing the room I got. Bathroom was so small the door hit the sink and did not open all the way. Door to room itself seems wonky (had to push to open and close) so much space but no space for a closet with hangers and bigger bathroom? Something weird on the toilet. Hard to find in the dark, situated in an obscure area with no restaurants but one.

Good breakfast. Clean property. Stayed 3 nights, our room was not cleaned during our stay despite asking twice the same day. We asked for our trash to be removed and get celan towels. Housekeeping did not clean our room. The front desk provided trash bags for us and clean towels

We stayed here for a convention in Denver. The drive wasn't too bad as we are used to commuting 30 minutes or less to everything. The property was located in a business area so it felt very safe as only people who needed to be at the property were there and it was tucked away. Lots of shopping and dining located nearby so that made it easy to find places to go for our meals. Hotel staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to help us whenever we asked for anything (towels and updates on laundry machine use). Great service and if we were to be back in the area, we would definitely look into again.

The reception ladies were EXTREMELY personable - friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. They greeted us when we arrived, wished us well when we left, and greeted us again when we returned. They gave us information about local dining options and shared personal experiences. They asked us to let them know if there was anything more they could do to make our stay comfortable, to just let them know. They were OUTSTANDING! Thank you.

Newer property. Our room was clean and comfortable. That said, management needs to get it together. First issue, the morning of our reservation, they called to change my room. Not a huge deal, actually upgraded to a suite at standard rate, but makes me wonder why. Second issue, on arrival there were at least 5 parties waiting to check in. Not sure what the issue was. The desk clerk was very apologetic and was doing her very best to resolve, but she could have used some help. Third issue, kitchen staff seemed to have a hard time keeping the breakfast area stocked. On top of that, no juice (the dispenser was out of order) for 2 of 3 days we stayed. So you could either drink milk or coffee. The first morning that it was out of order I attempted to buy a bottle of water, they were out. Fourth issue, the last morning of our stay, fire alarm (kitchen?) at 5:48 A.M. No explanation, communication, or apology from anyone. Overall a nice property, but there are too many other options in the area for me to consider it when I'm in the area again.

7 night stay while visiting family near by. Quiet business park. Safe and ample parking. Easy in and out. Breakfast was included, hot and cold items. We were regulars at breakfast, very good! If we didn’t put the card on the door, they would lightly knock and ask if we wanted the room serviced. Nice size 2 queen bed room. The wife liked the Dove liquid body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Blow dryer in the room. Also in room coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge. Coffee and tea available near reception desk 24/7. We also used on sight washer and dryer. Outstanding Staff!!! Every interaction from check in to check out, reception staff, breakfast staff and housekeeping!! Overall great stay!!

We wanted to go to both Boulder and pikes peak, this location was quiet but very close to the highway and close to the midpoint between the two. Place was basic but we weren’t looking for fancy extras so perfect for a budget family vacation. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was a great way to keep costs down on our trip. Pool was ice cold so the kids didnt utilize it like we thought we would but that’s ok. The area was a business park and was very quiet. Dining options close but not close enough to walk, except one bougie Mexican restaurant. The bed was ok, I have an excellent bed at home that is hard to beat, so I personally didn’t like the hotel bed as much, but it was ok…my kids were fine with it. The bathroom doesn’t have an exhaust fan, which caused lingering odors when someone used the toilet. Also, the sink was too tall for my 5yo to reach so I had to lift her to wash her hands/brush teeth. Overall is was a fine stay, and I will be seeking out holiday inn express for further trips.

The room was a good size and clean. On Sunday the breakfast was supposed to start at 7:00. The basics were out ( cereal, fruit, juice) but the hot food didn’t start until 7:30 which threw us off our schedule. Again the pancake maker was on the Fritz. Bring the waffle maker back!

If you're like me...you look at the reviews for the breakfast 411! Breakfast was great here. A hot station with b&g, eggs/omelets, sausage, potatoes. There was warm cinnamon rolls, lots of bread and fruit options, a pancake maker, juices, coffee.

Great place to stay. Bed was comfy, and it had large pilows. The breakfast was great!! They had biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, tater tots, pancakes, cinnamon rolls, cereal and yogurt. Front desk gal was very friendly. Will stay again next time I go to Denver.

Bathroom door doesn’t open all of the way, it hits the counter. Standing water in our bathroom multiple times during visit. Bag for dryer hanging on an hook in the bathroom, top screw fully outside of the drywall, drywall anchor visible and a hole in the wall. Onsite breakfast was inconsistent and frequently out of coffee. Staff were receptive when problems came up, not the level of quality / room condition that I’ve come to expect when staying at a holiday inn.
