This place is super clean! The breakfast area was fantastic with lots of fresh fruit along with hot options. The back porch area was really cool with lots of seating options and a beautiful view of the mountains. Highly recommend.

There was no warning—even by the front desk—that the pool was closed. Sucked because we had planned the room for the pool. A small sign on the door to pool (while standing in our suits) said construction.

Pool is closed! I guess their pool has been “under construction” for a while. If you want to swim they will send you to a hotel down the road. Not ideal with kids.

No Pool , No hot tub as advertised. Son was liked out after taking his dog out for several hours. No one there!!!What if there was an emergency? Not letting people know about the pool and no hot tub is Fraud!!! Advertising something that is not there??? I am going to call the General manager and request a refund!!! Stayed for 5 nights Had hip surgery and needed both!! Had to pay and use a gym.

Excellent hotel with outstanding staff. It is immaculate inside and outside. Spacious, comfortable rooms. The breakfast is similar to the offerings on a cruise ship! They even have a social gathering Mon-Wed from 5:30-7:00 pm. They provide wine, beer and different snack items each night. We had meatballs and delicious homemade bread.

One of the reasons i love staying here is that the suites have a bedroom door, which keeps the bedroom area pretty isolated from noise in the hallway when youre trying to sleep. It's a comfy space, and the porch has a firepit with stunning views.

Checking in was super easy. The room was what I wanted. The kitchen was a bit dirty and plates seemed to have a residue. I prefer hand washing to the dishwasher. Both sitting areas has a television. Pull out sofa bed was decently comfortable. Plenty of towels and more for the pool if needed. Good enough fitness room to work up a sweat. Staff very pleasant and courteous. I am liking the Stay Bridge brand across the country so far! Will be looking for more when traveling, thank you Stay Bridge!

We chose this hotel because it had a kitchen and a pool for the kids. When we arrived, after putting on our bathingsuits and walking to the pool we found out that the pool was under construction for the next couple of years!! I told the front desk that we were not informed of this, and he said it was on the website. I went back and searched the entire website and nowhere did it say that the pool was out of order! We ended up checking out and going to a different hotel. I'm still waiting for my refund!

Very comfortable and quiet hotel, with great views of the Rockies (if facing west). Nice breakfast, as well as an occasional happy hour with a free glass of wine. Free laundry on site, gym and indoor pool.

This is such a nice place to stay. The staff was amazing, the rooms were spotless, the breakfast was more than I expected. I can't say enough great things about this property.

Breakfast was phenomenal each day! Room could have been cleaner--carpets worn & need a deep clean, floors in bathroom vanity area needed deep clean, bed skirt had stains on it. The mattresses are pretty soft & worn, probably time for new ones.

The odor of the cleaning supplies was overwhelming. (That said, the room was clean but we had to prop the door open and turn the fan on.). No maid service on Sundays. Breakfast bar was poorly attended on Sunday, fine on Monday.

Hotel is very clean including the breakfast and reception area. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The whole place reeked of bug spray. Staff was indifferent. Toilet wasn't firmly attached to the floor. Was not very clean..carpet was dirty, crumbs and sticky on the floors, box spring skirt dirty, stained. Ugh. Never again. Tried to leave a night early and was told I'd not get a refund for that night due to hotels.com booking and no cancellation policy.

My stay was fine, staff was great, the room was great, but the shelf in the shower was full of razor hairs, and the water had a faint sewage smell to it.

I have never had a worse experience staying in a hotel. I am very allergic to mold, and the entire hotel was filled with it. I was supposed to stay for 7 days...in that span I had to switch rooms multiple times, and stayed in three separate rooms. Each one of the rooms has black mold in the room or in the air conditioning unit. As well there was mold in the 3rd floor hallway and possibly in the building's central air conditioning system. In one of the rooms, any time the air conditioning/heater was on, I suffered terrible headaches and nausea. In two of the other rooms there was visible mold in the bathrooms, which I captured photos of. One bathroom had pink mold/mildew all over the toilet, part of the tub, and baseboard tiles. While the first floor hallway was better, I immediately got headaches stepping out of the elevator on the third floor and could smell mold. The second room I was moved to had black mold so bad it was literally hanging from the rim on the inside of the toilet bowl (see photos). After vomiting, having one of the worst headaches of my life, and overpaying for Benadryl, I was forced to check out early after 4 nights. Hotels.com only refunded me the nights I did not stay (200 of 700 dollars), so I essentially paid 500 dollars to become incredibly ill. It took 4 days for me to recover and start to feel normal. I nearly had to go to urgent care. Unacceptable service from both the hotel and hotels.com really should have refunded the whole trip. Terrible.

Super mediocre. Room was musty. The breakfast has a good selection but the Gen Z person allegedly in charge couldn’t be bothered to take her earphones out to refresh the coffee urns, the yogurt and fruit buffet or to even clean the dishes and utensils. Convenient location but needs TLC or staff that cares even a little bit. Guy at the front desk was helpful…on the plus side.

There was a very dense chemical smell that caused me to have a headache. It was so bad that I would have left if I could have found another hotel.

First time staying at a Staybridge Suites hotel. I will definitely be staying there again. Room was spacious, clean and well-appoiinted. Highly recommend.

I stayed for 7 nights at his hotel with my two kids. The staff was very courteous and promptly attended to requests to my satisfaction. Very clean and well managed. Very convenient laundry room free to use (buy your own detergent). Comfortable beds, good quality and clean lining. Excellent staff make this place outstanding for families. Great location to drive to main attractions in the area. Good breakfast items and offer a social with snacks and drinks Mon-Wed.

Nice large rooms

It was very comfortable and clean. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. Lots of room. The kitchen was great with full size fridge. It was quiet

First off, no real complaints. Comfortable bed, couch, desk, and kitchenette all fine. I've stayed here before so I knew what I was in for. Relatively quiet, too. I suppose the desk, kitchen, and couch qualify it as a suite. And the kitchen is legit with an oven and a 2-burner stove. But the fact that there is no way to separate the bed area from the rest of the suite make it more of a big room to me. If I needed to get some work done while my spouse wanted to sleep in then I would take my stuff down to the business area and do it there. The pool area is indoors and nice. The workout area is very basic. The outdoor common area is also nice. All that said, I'd stay there again.

Very comfortable room and bed. Appreciated the couch as well as the large refrigerator, bowls, glasses, cups, silverware, dishwasher, etc. Also had a desk for catching up on work. We had everything we needed for a “night in” with some carry-out Thai food. Very pleasant and welcoming staff. Clean. Great breakfast with more options than most “free b’fast “ hotels. Beautiful view in dining area.

I liked everything about our stay except the quality of the bed. The mattress was uneven, and I kept listing from the bed's left side toward the middle.

The room was huge, the bed was very comfy, and close to some fishing spots.

Upon check in clerk wasnt nicest. Fridge was poor quality. Ice maker did not work. Asked where we could get ice and was told, "in your room, in your freezer." Fire dept was called as elevators broke down twice with people in them. Used stairs from 4th floor with all luggage. Finally, received bill to CC after date of check out. When called they said for pantry purchase. Not us. Was told to call back next week to handle it. Think twice before reserving!

Check in was great/ The room was great too. The people sharing the rooms near me were pretty loud and slamming doors in the early morning hours.I know you can't control people. When I left the oriental person at the front desk was sound asleep. I left my door cards and left. I didn't need a receipt.

All staff are friendly and welcoming. Beds are comfortable. Mini kitchen has all that a person needs to prepare a meal.

Nice place and convenient to The Magic of the Jack-o-Lanterns. Arrived at 210 for check in and asked to see if by chance they had 2 beds instead of one and she was like you should be glad that I was able to check in at that time since it wasn’t 3 yet. I worked at a hotel for 7 years and if the room is ready what is the problem checking in early. Other than that it was a great stay!

This was our home base while staying in Denver. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The shower door was a little squeaky but the rest of the room and kitchen was wonderful. Breakfast was very nice. We would book a stay here again.

Upon arrival the front desk attendant was unbelievably rude and uncooperative to any requests. Blatantly expressed his unintentional attitude at attempting to accommodate our 5 day stay. The housekeeper was extremely polite and helpful and her going above and beyond made our stay comfortable.

This property was centrally located for all the things we wanted... Red Rocks, hiking, brewery, waterfalls. The happy hour was fantastic! The bed was really uncomfortable, but is over looked bc of the 5 stars in every category.

Overall, it is a great place to stay. Continental breakfast is excellent and fresh. My room was clean. The staff was courteous and friendly. Even though the facility doesn't have a restaurant within walking distance, you can hop in a car, and everything is relatively close. From a business standpoint, its location is pretty centric. Definitely staying again.

Perfect location for our travel

Felt like we were in a mountain lodge with the views. Easily access to restaurants, shopping, etc.

I’ve always liked this hotel mainly due to its location and proximity to some of our plans, but it’s worth noting that the housekeeping service always uses waaaaay too many chemicals in cleaning the room. (I’m talking about burning nostrils, throat and eyes…) The front desk attendants are usually well-trained but somewhat indifferent to our presence. The breakfast is not particularly healthy but is serviceable (if you don’t care what you’re putting into your body). They were doing construction when we were there, apparently adding on a pool. The bedroom, bathroom and kitchen were clean, but there were crumbs under and around the couch in the sitting area that our dog unfortunately and easily discovered.

King suite was amazing with a great view of the mountains. Clean and quiet halls. Breakfast was top notch with healthy but tasteful options. Not much to walk to for dinner, but grub hub makes it even easier.
