Rooms were very nice, however, the elevator was out when we arrived and they acted like it was no big deal. All main floor rooms were occupied so we got rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor. That's a pretty big thing that guests should have been notified about before arrival. Very disappointing from that standpoint.

We had 2 rooms, our first room had major electrical issues; The bathroom outlets were completely unusable, the outlet by the large lamp by the couch was unusable , the lamp on the table flickered, the outlets under the the mirror by that lamp sparked , the outlets by the bed were so loose our chargers fell out. The lamps by the bed only one worked. One bed is jammed next to the AC unit and that is both inefficient and unsafe. In the second room the same with the AC Unit bed was jammed next to it , there were plastic bags over outlets and the smoke detector. We had a correct person count , but not enough towels or wash cloths , I asked for more , but was told I had to turn in what we had to get .ore towels...what ?? Anyway , the location was great staff was kind , on the surface it looks great and by no means a slummy place but this hotel needs some serious repairs. The biggest issue is a MAJOR saftey issue. The pool area has a tile floor not meant for a pool area . It is so slick we witnessed two peolle fall and our 2 year old granddaughter fell , had I not had her hand she would have seriously slammed her head. The slip carpet and small slippery when wet sign offer fiercly inadequate representation and mitigation.

The hotel was nice, breakfast was good. I would have gave a batter rating if the hot tub wasnt out of service. I booked this hotwl for the hot tub so disappointment as i could have saved money im sure

Great customer service, staff is friendly and helpful. Every time we visit there's always something broken. This visit it was the Jacuzzi

Needs improvement

The face blast of chlorine when you first walk through the lobby door should be your first indication to turn around. The room was damaged and dirty. We tried to brave the pool because thats the one thing my children look forward to, big mistake the we had to leave within 15 minutes. Between the lack of ventilation the heat and the dangerous amounts of chlorine we probably stayed too long even then. To top it off the damage to the hot tub chunks missing lights with exposed wires. DANGEROUS ☠️

The pool and hot tub need serious maintenance. The lining of the hot tub is peeling and my kids cut themselves on it. We got bandages from the front desk.

The front desk employees were so kind and welcoming. The 1st room we were given didn’t lock so they moved us. The rooms were large but just not super clean. Stains on the comforters, there was something on the wall (housekeeping obviously ignored it, it was big), the bottom of the tub was brown and the curtains were filthy. The hot tub was broken. The pool was good size but also dirty (looked like sand in the bottom but obviously no sand anywhere near). Be careful the floor around the pool is also a so slippery. Breakfast was your average continental breakfast and the ladies cleaning kept it very clean. Location is good, you are close to a lot of food and shops.

The elevator did not work and we were on the third floor, with a toddler. They said it would be fixed the next day. I had surgery that morning and the elevator wasn’t fixed. They were not able to move us to the first floor and since I could not climb stairs, I had to make reservations at a different hotel. They only refunded one out of three nights even though I only stayed there one night! And it was completely one them that I had to find another hotel. What a rip off. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Also, the bathroom in our room was nasty and all patched up all over the shower. There was water damage in the pool area and the pool wasn’t warm. I also don’t recommend orbitz and they didn’t do anything to take care of their customer.

Decent Stay but the Broken Elevator Was a Hassle. It was quite inconvenient, especially since I was staying on a higher floor and had heavy luggage.

Or room smelled horrible, lots of bugs. Ants in bathroom and big spiders in room. When we were getting ready to leave we stripped the bed and found bugs under the sheet

Before even reaching the room, everything smelled like cat litter, and cat piss along with weed and trash. Then as soon as we got to our room, I checked the blankets and the pillows and just looked around me and everything was dirty. Stains on the walls, stains on the mattresses and the pillows. The carpet wasn’t even vacuumed. The bedsheets weren’t changed from the couch mattress, and it seemed like the bedsheets weren’t changed either because of all the hair and other stuff that was on the blankets. There was mold in the restroom on the ceiling on the walls on the tub on the floor. There is water damage that you could clearly see. There was rust on the bars where they held the towels, the waterline was broke on the toilet. There was sticky orange stuff on the floor, popcorn kernels, and other food and magazines and Lego pieces underneath the couch. And there was a tear in the curtains, and when I woke up along with my three kids and my husband, our faces were swollen because we all have bad allergies. And there was about a third of toilet paper left in the restroom. And the phone that was already in the room didn’t have any cables connected to it, So obviously, it didn’t work. Also, I have plenty more photos, but I can only upload eight.

Bathroom was nasty, hair all over the tub. Huge blood stain on mattress.

Stained sheet. Bed looked slept in. Tub stained. Bathroom vent caked with dust and cover falling off. Bathroom floor corners black with built up dirt. Sofa stained. Cleaning staff very nice and approachable.

This hotel was dirty and unsatisfactory. The room was dusty, dirty, the screen in the window was broken,which made it unsafe for my kids.

I think the staff does very well. The hotel is just old and I’m not sure deep cleaning would help. Bathtub was very stained, what looked like blood on side of mattress etc….

The room was disgusting. There was feces left on the toilet. It looked like all they did was make the beds.

The floors were not vacuumed at all. There were crumbs and dirt all over. The shower had what looked to be mold on the floor. The bed and couch seemed to be clean but

The check in was fine. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. We had fruit loops behimd the door in the bedroom and the sheets fell.off the bed multiple times. The barhroom wasnt very clean either. Wont stay there again.

The location was the only thing worth it for me on this hotel. Nice restaurants and bars nearby which was great. Breakfast was also good. the room however was very questionable. Room 200 had a stain on the couch, stains on the shower floor and some of the plugs next to the bed did not work. strike one, the fridge would not work I had to force it to work in which it froze all my food. but when I turned the thermostat down, it refused to work for the remainder of the trip. strike two. The jacuzzi worked but man was it super loud that I didn't use the jets on the fear that I would be making too much noise for the other guest, strike 3. This place has potential but the owner has got to remodel and stop being so cheap.

French. Doors. For about $70 a night. The room was bigger than we expected, had more TVs than we expected, the bed was nice...yeah, everything was good. And french doors. The only thing missing for us was Kleenex in the bathroom.

Hotel is showing its age and the rooms need some TLC. The biggest issue was that the heater thermostat was not working well. Set at 71, the room was cold. Set to 72, it just kept running making the room unbearably hot. Other issues with the rooms: the usb outlets did not work reliably, the bathtub was dirty, the tissue paper holder was broken, there were cracks in the walls, the faucet hot & cold supply lines were reversed, there was trash under the couch, the comforter/blanket is very thin, the tv remote was missing the battery cover (tape was used to keep the batteries in). Also, the hot tub was closed (until November) which was one of the big reasons I booked this hotel.

The hotel was great. The problem we had was noise. The room above us had really loud squeaky floors and a guest who stomped around like a rhino. He was up at 5 a.m. and stayed up late. Miserable..But the rooms are nice.

The room and building was clean and maintained well for just traveling through, but the AC in the room was terrible. It didn't stay on very long, which made it uncomfortably warm for sleeping.

Clean and big hotel but our room smelled so bad like tobacco even thought they say it’s a “non smoking hotel”.

Room was not cleaned 3 days. and I asked I day for it to be cleaned. Staff was RUDE ! Never again would I Stay here.

The front desk staff were SO nice and helpful! We arrived late due to flight delays and our booking was cancelled. They worked to find us a new booking and were incredibly kind and understanding.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean. Breakfast was good. Night clerk was very helpful when we got a flat tire.

Check in took 2 hours. Asking for towels took an hour. Hailey the front desk lady was not knowledgable, she was constantly calling her supervisor for every question and customer. Tried double charging my stay. She would not let me cancel my booking but did it for others. She kept saying she was having technical difficulties but she just didn't know what to do. Pool and hot tube had way to much chlorine now my kids don't feel good at all. Room was dirty and no towels and the window had mold all over it. I wanted to cancel my room and get a refund but was told I wasn't going to get it. I will be getting ahold of corporate to let them know. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH EVERYTHING. This was the worst experience my family and I have ever had with any hotel. I want a refund on this stay, this was a horrible hotel and staff.

The receptionist on our day 2 i.e on 05/10 has very bad behavior. I officialy complain for her at expedia helpdesk.

The lady at the front desk was aweful. Rude and was never out where she could help you. She left a note saying to ring the bell for service it was like she was watching tv back there and we were interrupting her

Staff is everything when staying at hotels. And this staff is amazing, polite, understanding, helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and all the above. Great stay, will be back there in February because they were so accommodating.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights because of the reviews. The 2 ladies at check in were rude, never smiled and their actions definitely showed they did NOT like their job. How hard is it to smile and be pleasant?? I asked for a Manager but they did not know when he’d be back. In the room the desk lamp didn’t work and in bathroom the hairdryer didn’t work. A nice helpful friendly maintenance guy (Effren) switched out the lamp and hairdryer for me. Thank you Effren! Today was the only day I went down to breakfast which was hot and good. However the breakfast attendants were rude and I am not even sure they spoke English. Upon checking out this morning 5/15/23 there was a different girl at the front desk who could hardly speak English. I asked her how her day was going and she didn’t answer. I asked her for a printout of my receipt and her reaction was as if I asked her to save the world. She definitely belongs in a job where she does NOT deal with the public. The room, breakfast was good but the front reception staff needs to be gone! Never again!

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Building was clean and rooms were awesome. The breakfast was amazing with great choices.

The location was very convenient!

I liked that the property is secluded. But at the same time, not a lot of parking. There were 2 vehicles towing a trailer. They took up 5 parking spots each. As they parked horizontal prevented others from parking. Also the indoor pool is right across from the elevator. Thus the people exit the pool area, directly into the elevator. Which is always wet floors from people not drying off first.

We aren't high-rollers, so we try our best to get the best value and hope for the best. If that sounds like you, don't waste your time looking for another hotel. This one is FANtastic. Right on the interstate, train station a short walk away, and there really isn't much difference between it and one that costs twice as much. If I could figure out how to add a sixth star I would.

Exceptional staff and easily accessible to the area which is why I picked this hotel. Less than three miles away to concert my family and I were attending, also just a quick off shoot from the interstate and easy access to shopping and restaurants.

This property was a really good stay! It was in a nice location and everything was in driving distance to what we wanted for shopping, dining, top golf, krispe kremes, Dutch bros and so much more! Family friendly as well!

State here mid February for a few days to visit a friend at the hospital there New is perfect, probably about a 15 minute drive but close to the freeway and easy enough to get around. Nice and quiet,killer pool can’t complain.

Water in the tub drained really slow, standing in shower water up to your calves. Outlets in bathroom didn't work. Breakfast lady was so quick to remove breakfast items 10 min before breakfast was over and many things were out. Front desk was awesome though,very nice and helpful.

The room was beat up, broken cabinet doors, klenex dispenser was busted, piant in poor shape, tub was clean but discolored, hair dryer didn't work. Just beat up. Breakfast sucked. Bana or orange and a sweetened yogurt was the healthy choices. Scrambled Eggs were not eggs. Microwaved yellow soybeans or something. Not sure but ive never spit out scrambled eggs on the first fork. It was always (4 Days) had something that looked like a sausage link. I dont think it was sausage. Nasty. They did have waffles with high fructose corn syrup. Yumm. Not. 2 types of Cerial, insant oatmeat even the bread was subpar. We went to king sooper deli and got egg salad and put it on toast.

The pictures online make the hotel look nicer than it is. Overall, very run down. Included breakfast was horrible with few options.

This has been my go to place for a few years. However, the quality is slowly becoming worse. On this trip the hot tub was cool. The omelets were hot on top, but ice cold on the bottom. The orange juice was bitter, and there wasn't any apple juice available.

Nice rooms, clean and spacious. Great breakfast.
