Horrible experience! checked in and our room was not clean after being told no other rooms were available, they finally gave us another room but we quickly found out the door didn’t lock and could be opened without a key card so they really nice but very frustrated man at the front told us to go get dinner and he will have a room available when we got back. After dinner and walking around sightseeing we got back and they gave us another room..we opened the door to find a dirty room with toilet paper all over the floor and the bed not made so we go back and let the guy know.. we ended up having to wait awhile and we finally got our original room.. What a mess! Then to top it off we attempted to get drinks from the vending machine and it ate our money😩

Front desk staff were hard to find and came in smelling like weed. Property and hallways have a lot of trash and random litter. Parking is weirdly limited for this hotel having a fairly large lot. Strange place for the price.

A/C worked. Beds were uncomfortable, room was somewhat dirty, and took an hour for check in. I don't recommend this hotel at all. It's right off the highway so it is so loud! Motorcycles and trucks taking off right at the light down below were blaring into the night. Good luck sleeping. Room gave me the creeps since it wasn't cleaned really good, and the lady at the front desk said they were way behind. You could tell they rushed through everything. No shampoo and conditioner, coffee pot etc because it's an extended stay I guess? Doesn't have a blow dryer. No little store to buy stuff if you forget something. Just not a place i would ever recommend to anyone. Does not have the comforts of home even in the slightest. Very unprofessional. Never again.

What I like was the workers at the front desk was very attentive and was always willing to help. What I did not like was that no one after 9:00 or 10:00 was at the front desk. Just being a traveler being in different hotels. I was just always used to seeing someone at the front desk. at a certain time. No one is there. Leaving to go to work in the morning. No one was at the front desk and they could go down on the price of laundry a tad bit. It was $2.75 to wash and dry. I didn't like the fact that you have a kitchenette but you don't have no utensils. No pots, no pans. Nothing, Can you use a few more workers but my overall stay was great

The elevator breaks down every night between 9pm and 8am so everyone is forced to use the stairs. The door into the stairwell is heavy and noisy so all night long you can hear the door to the stairs slamming shut on each floor. Loud and startling, definitely not a good place to sleep

Front desk lady was really nice. But I requested a single bed and was told it was unavailable. The room smelled really bad and BOTH beds had all kinds of crumbs in the sheets. You could tell they never change them.

The room was dirty! It must be a newer hotel as it was in good shape but the room and bathroom were so dirty. There was dirt in every corner, hair all over the bathroom and the floor through out was sticky. Yuk.

Nothing to write home about. Typical budget room. Lots of steezebags hanging around in the parking lot. Gave me some trap house vibes. Comforter had a visible brown stain in the center. Shower was awesome though! Five stars for that.

Very noisy, there is no carpet anywhere so no sound deadening. Other guests did not follow the quiet hours that were posted. Looked clean, but after walking in my socks in the room they were almost black!

Room had dirty floors and bed linen with lots of long hairs. TV remote didn't work. Kitchen Faucet broken. Microwave plate missing ring. A/C noisy and grill broken. Bathroom exhaust fan not working. Whole experience was stressing and embarrassing. I was hard to process places like this exist in Denver.

We were in Denver to visit our grandson who is a spinal injury patient at Craig rehabilitation hospital. WoodSpring had. Best rates and is reasonably close to rail so we could easily go and come. Everything was as expected. Full size fridge. Two burner hote plates and kitchen madè it easy to eat in and save money. The place was clean and fresh smelling in room and hallways.

Loved that it was really clean. Even the fridge was spotless. Disappointed it had sheets only, no blanket. We had to pull the sheet off the other bed to keep warm. Also no hair dryer and its winter in Denver, brrr!

No real issues. It’s pretty basic hotel. A dog a few doors down barked both nights til midnight. Busy street, only 29 yards away (Santa fe). Hotel rate is reasonable but not sure it would be worth going back

We really enjoyed our stay. We were in town for an event and did not spend much time at the hotel. But the staff was very helpful. We were near our event and all the stores and restaurants. The hotel was pet friendly. We had a full sized refrigerator. We were very pleased.

Called ahead that we’d be checking in past 10pm. They assured that all we needed to do was call using the landline at the facility when we arrive. Called for over half an hour but nobody would pick up the phone to check in. Started to call on my cell for another half an hour before giving up. Had to find another hotel to stay for the night, and the only ones that were still open for check-in same night was another 20mins away and double the price. If they had told me when I called at late check-in that it was not possible, I would have found another hotel much cheaper and closer because there were more options available earlier in the day. So buyer beware if you expect late check-in, you should just look elsewhere before it’s too late.

Everything was great for a 2-night stay until the second morning. I got up early and at 6:15 I went down to the lobby to get a cup of coffee to have with my breakfast that I purchased at Kings Soopers. At 7:15, I went down to the lobby and nobody was at the desk, the curtain was closed and no sign that anyone was around from the hotel. At 8:00, I attempted to check out and nobody was working at the desk, and no coffee was available for the guest. Not having the desk covered for the guests is a business snafu. Even the manager should have stepped in and covered the desk if their employee didn't show up for work.
Everything was great for a 2-night stay until the second morning. I paid for a room so I could check in at 3. Wasn’t allowed in the room until 7pm! Unprofessional staff arguing with guests in the lobby in front of 10 people. Had to pay full price for a room that I was late getting into, no amenities at all, not even an ice machine! $124 a night, for the second worse hotel room I’ve ever stayed in! Not happy! Won’t stay at this name brand hotel EVER AGAIN!

I had a booking for 2 nights. I had even called prior to check in to try and check in early. We were in Denver for a wrestling tournament. We were not able to come until 7pm. I was told they did not have a room available. They didn't even have the room that I ordered in hotel..com. Some woman with pink hair was the general manager told me that it was hotel.com fault for the listing. Since they were franchised, they were not able to book me a room with a sister hotel. I had to find another hotel. When I filed a complaint for a refund, I was denied a refund. The hotel stated I never came in for my reservation! Ps: it was extremely run down as if it was more of an apartment than a hotel...

A few people were hanging around the building at night, some were loud with pets apparently visiting with a hotel guest. Glad my rental vehicle was not compromised. Overall an ok experience. I will not stay at this hotel again, too shady and over priced.

A/C worked. Beds were uncomfortable, room was somewhat dirty, and took an hour for check in. I don't recommend this hotel at all. It's right off the highway so it is so loud! Motorcycles and trucks taking off right at the light down below were blaring into the night. Good luck sleeping. Room gave me the creeps since it wasn't cleaned really good, and the lady at the front desk said they were way behind. You could tell they rushed through everything. No shampoo and conditioner, coffee pot etc because it's an extended stay I guess? Doesn't have a blow dryer. No little store to buy stuff if you forget something. Just not a place i would ever recommend to anyone. Does not have the comforts of home even in the slightest. Very unprofessional. Never again.

Overall a goodplace to stay for a night. The area is very walkable to many restaurants and breweries. The issues we had were the amount of homeless people in the area and the amount of noise at all hours of the night. It seems a large amount of the local homeless population were also staying at this hotel as they offer deeply discounted monthly rate. Which is great that they have an affordable place to stay and that they are safe. It just might not be the kind of atmosphere others are looking for when booking a hotel room.

Everything was great for a 2-night stay until the second morning. I got up early and at 6:15 I went down to the lobby to get a cup of coffee to have with my breakfast that I purchased at Kings Soopers. At 7:15, I went down to the lobby and nobody was at the desk, the curtain was closed and no sign that anyone was around from the hotel. At 8:00, I attempted to check out and nobody was working at the desk, and no coffee was available for the guest. Not having the desk covered for the guests is a business snafu. Even the manager should have stepped in and covered the desk if their employee didn't show up for work.

Very Nice overall.. Very professional staff, clean rooms, Great Breakfast, Very helpful Front desk. Great value Clear across the board!! Beds were a little soft, But Would Still highly recommend to friends and family.

As far a cleanliness, everything seemed fine in that respect. We stayed three nights and for the price of the room, $160 p/night, I would expect I wouldn't have to pay extra for clean towels, shampoo, soap and such. They said free coffee from 6am to 9am. By 645am I had to go to McDonalds for coffee, as nothing was set out yet.
As far a cleanliness, everything seemed fine in that respect. We stayed three nights and for the price of the room, $160 p/night, I would expect I wouldn't have to pay extra for clean towels, shampoo, soap and such. They said free coffee from 6am to 9am. By 645am I had to go to McDonalds for coffee, as nothing was set out yet.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were in town for an event and did not spend much time at the hotel. But the staff was very helpful. We were near our event and all the stores and restaurants. The hotel was pet friendly. We had a full sized refrigerator. We were very pleased.

This hotel is a fine new budget and extended stay hotel conveniently located just north of the Littleton restaurant district. Pluses were that is is a newer and very clean property with a very competitive price for south suburban Denver. While quite spartan, it did feature a kitchenette and 50 basic channels on television. On the minus side, there is little noise insulation. We could hear the Santa Fe highway traffic all night and doors closing in the hallway. I would definitely recommend asking for a room on the east side if the hotel.
