Signage to rooms located external to the main block were poor and difficult to follow; no lifts so stairs needed to be navigated to access rooms and this is not made known when checking in. Bar closed at 10:00 p.m. with last orders at 9:30, not congruent with people holidaying and wanting to wind down after dinner. Room was dated

Excellent grounds to walk around, however not close to town. Would be good if there was a footpath on the main road. Gym should be open earlier. For those ppl who rise early and need to travel it’s very inconvenient to open at 8am. 5 or 6am would be better.

We loved our stay. The golf course and putting green is very enjoyable. If the pools were heated that would have been a lot better, the water was freezing.. even the spa wasn’t warm for the kids. Besides that great spot! We will be back.. thank you

The grounds were in great condition, the pool was refreshing, the room was clean and well appointed. The only disappointment was the very limited opening hours at the cafe, bar and outdoor dining. The only other option was a sandwiches at the kiddies pool which was quite a walk from the accommodation. Nice golf course.

It was a nice cosy place to stay with lots of facilities (pool, gym, sauna etc.) Check in and out was easy and smooth. Our room was overlooking the golf course which was relaxing.

Didn’t like that we didn’t know about the building cleaning, restaurant closure for a wedding prior to booking. Aircon leaked in the room and made a terrible smell. Also happened to be the oz tag competition which meant lots of noise. Restaurant was mediocre at best, no table cloths, food was expensive but not wonderful. Not an enjoyable experience.

We stayed for a couple of nights with 2 kids. Fantastic amenities to cater for them, three pools and so close to the beach. Would stay here for a week next time.

They hadn't changed the bed sheet. There was hair everywhere from the previous guests. I had to ask them to come and change the bed sheet which they did but management weren't too apologetic about the situation. They took the safety issues very lightly. I will never be staying there again. I have shared the photos and videos to the management with no response so far.

There was a coffee machine in our penthouse. But no coffee pods. Despite asking reception twice for pods, no one brought any. Bathroom cleanliness was terrible. Rooms weren't vacuumed. Half the blinds were ripped off.

The room needs a makeover. The shower recess was yellow stained. The bench where the tv was scratched and stained and so was the coffee table.

I like the beautiful grounds around this property but the room and balcony I had was disgusting The floor of the unit was filthy and there was a portion of carpet underlay missing. The balcony was very dirty with a build up of dirt under the rusty airconditioner. This balcony has not been properly cleaned in months if not years. The shower did not drain properly and would have overflowed if I didn't have a quick shower. The room and the resort are in dire need of a makeover. Sadly I paid more for this room than I did for a deluxe suite at the Star Casino in Sydney. Do yourself a favour, Don't stay at this place. You'll regret it

We usually stay here for the convenience of being close to family, but unfortunately our last three visits have been disappointing. The rooms have not been cleaned thoroughly, and the showers consistently show visible mould. Overall, the standard of cleanliness has been poor.

I feel the property was a premium price for worn/old rooms. The TV was tiny and in a poor location, the pool hrs closing at 8pm was too early. The dishwasher leaked. Bed was comfortable and rooms clean. Staff were lovely on arrival and departure.

The grounds were really well maintained. We had a self catered apartment. Everything was a bit dated. Really expected things like a smart TV , a pod coffee machine. Only had basic equipment for self catering.

Nice property. Clean, spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Property is a bit dated without any USB outlets and not enough electrical outlets including the desk area where it is necessary to unplug the TV or desk light to plug in a laptop. The AC barley cooled the room.

Excellent stay, bed was good wwith fridge, coffee and tea in room, all good. Shame about the noisy family next door, otherwise I can highly recommend the resort, and so much to do including walkable beach.

This property is old and very tired although the room was clean and bed comfortable. Set on beautiful grounds but unfortunately I could not see it because I was looking into a brick wall. The foyer area and walkways are covered with dated terracotta tiles, not a very inviting first impression. No deadlock or chains on the room doors. Restaurant food was good and staff were very friendly. No daily house keeping service I stayed for 2 nights and would not stay there again

After a long drive from interstate arrived at reception to be greeted by receptionist who didn’t seem to happy to be at work, we all have bad days but that is your job to greet customers. Then told the Restraunt was closed for a function which was the main reason we chose to stay there so we didn’t have to drive anywhere to get dinner . Finally got our room to have a long awaited shower only for our bathroom to flood due to a blocked drain. Went back to reception to let them know and felt like I was being a pain in the arse for complaining about the issue . Thinking they were going to swap our rooms they said they would get the maintenance guy to come and fix the problem which was sorted eventually. We let our little girl out onto the balcony then realised she was picking up old cigarette buts obviously left there from a previous guest ( grub ) we ended up picking up and throwing away half a dozen butts ( disgusting ) obviously missed by the cleaners Was very disappointing

Front desk service was brilliant right from the moment of walking in through reception felt very welcome and valued as a customer. Accomodation was clean and tidy and brilliant value for money. Facilities are unreal, will definitely be back.

The check in staff gave us a mud map and sent us out in the dark to find a very difficult location for the room. The room had more dirt on the floor than the outdoors. The mirror in the bathroom was dusty. At the restaurant we ate 2 of the specials and both were very over cooked. In general we found the staff were quite unfriendly and behaved in such a manner as if they were doing us a favour.

Staff were fantastic. Very helpful since I needed to arrive late. Good spot in Coffs Harbour. Room had been updated since my last visit, but still a little dated looking. Really lacked ventilation after having a shower (late at night). The place was a bit of a maze to navigate, but fine once I found where I needed to be. Would visit again.

When we checked in and went to our room at 5pm it hadn’t been serviced! Staff were very apologetic and moved us to a room in the tower which was lovely. Other than the moving around our stay was very pleasant.

I cannot speak highly enough on how accomodating, helpful and cheerful the staff were. Nothing was a problem. Everyone, from the checkin staff to the waitresses and bar staff were so lovely. It was such a nice experience to see that they all seemed to genuinely enjoyed their work and want to make your stay a pleasant experience.

Room very ordinary. Nice view of the golf course. Staff very unfriendly. My wife first noticed when she went to reception to request more body wash for the bathroom - abrupt and arrogant response. Then on our departure two days later, it was pouring with rain and we had to take our bags to check out at reception some 50 metres or so from our apartment building. Shortly after 10.00 am reception called the room to tell us we were late to check out. We explained that we were waiting for a break in the rain. They responded that if we did not come to check out, they would charge us another night. I asked if there was a golf buggy available to get us to reception as I had seen them on site. The response was that they do not provide buggies and repeated the threat of an additional charge. We had to run through the rain with our bags to avoid the threat. No service culture there at all. How difficult would it have been to simply ask us to please come to reception as soon as we can when there is a break in the rain.

The location of the resort was right off the highway. The staff were friendly. The resort rooms are looking dated but they are in good repair. The restaurant by the main lobby was amazing. Easy walk to the beach but not recommended for people with walking or stair issues. Drive your car.

The location of this resort is superb, it is a short walk to the beach and the scenery as you walk along the coast is stunning! The facilities are fantastic, allowing nearly any sport and a great restaurant.

The grounds surrounding this property (a 9 hole golf course) are beautiful and the beach is just a short 5 minute walk away. We ordered very nice takeaway from the resort restaurant which overlooks a small lake. The room was nicely furnished and comfortable. My only criticism is that there was no toaster or microwave in the room which is fairly standard these days except of course if the accommodation also has a restaurant which this resort does.

The restaurant is excellent with catering for allergies. I have Coeliac Disease (allergic to gluten/wheat) It was wonderful to be able to dine at the resort. I would highly recommend Pacific Bay Resort Coff’s Harbour👌

Property was fantastic but small things were disappointing, like the plug for the spa bath didn’t fit the plug hole properly so the water just drained out. We had dinner at the restaurant, the food was good but the tables in the outdoor area were all wonky so we had to sit with our feet on the table feet to keep it from rocking and they were packing up around us halfway through our meal so we felt so rushed to finish we forgot we’d also ordered and paid for desert & left without getting it. Didn’t realise until later but was too late by then. The second night we drove into town and had dinner. Otherwise our room was lovely, private, quiet, clean and well presented. Would stay there again but probably wouldn’t go to the restaurant again.

Mattress in 4305 needs replacing. Pasta dish totally overpowered by chilli & pizza smothered in sauce so dining in the restaurant was a huge disappointment.

I would ever eat at the Restaurant again, as the food was appalling. I ordered Prawn and Chile sauce in Angel hair pasta, paid $38 Would have been lucky to have had 1 Prawn in the dish as they cut IT up into very tiny pieces, no chile flavour what so ever and piled on Angel pasta. Would have got better value for a $1 2 minute soup. Complained to waiter, he told manager, who didn't even both to talk to me.

it was ok. we were early and sent to the pool bar for snacks however were not allowed a towel to sit by the pool?! Restaurant was unavailable that night because they had a function. ok fine but they couldnt even sell us a bottle of wine. quite strange. but my biggest complaint is that there is a fridge in the room that is empty. there was no water avaialble and we were in near heatwave conditions. not great. very disappointed and def would not recommend.

The staff were very friendly & helpful but the place is looking very old & worn - the whole place ds a new paint job & some updating. The restraunt foor was pretty good but no room service was dissapointing. It would have been nice to be able to have (at least) a pizza delivered
