I like how close to Coffs it is. I like the short walk to a beautiful beach, the pools on site and the tennis courts, golf course and basketball courts. The surrounding gardens and grounds are very well kept. The restaurant is a short walk away and the meals are excellent and reasonably priced. The unit was clean, and although a little dated was a great place to spend a few days. Would be more than happy to come back again, next time for longer.

Reception team was friendly and helpful. Apartment was well appointed and spacious. Ammenities are excellent. Grounds are sprawling and very well maintained. Easy access to beach and coastal walks. Excellent value for money. Would come again.

Beautiful surroundings. A bit confusing of signage as it said Bay Resort . I thought we had the wrong place . Clean and lovely view . They have a wonderful Lap pool but the gym is owned by someone else. You could use another gym which was a 5min drive. We had a very enjoyable meal at the restaurant. Food was lovely. We walked all around the resort , beautiful.

The Pacific Bay Resort is located in a great location off the Pacific Highway and is close to the Big Banana in Coffs Harbour. It has pools, a spa and a few sporting facilities, which is close to Diggers beach and Park beach. The room was very clean & tidy with some amenities. It is surrounded by trees and some native wildlife and lots of birds. It was very peaceful and calming to stay there. Parking and the lift were an issue at times, as not many undercover spots are available (which are not allocated to guests) and therefore had to park outside the buildling in the open car park sometimes, which was not monitored by CCTV and was inconvenient. Not many food options available, so advisable to BYO food & drink.

Our room was very old and tired looking. Cockroaches overnight and the curtains we filthy, internet didn't work the whole time and we stayed 4 nights and nobody to come empty the garbage or freshen up the room and we were told that we would have to pay extra for that. The pool was nice but not heated. The bed was uncomfortable

The tap handle kept falling off in the shower. Many chips in the tiles previous to our visit. Lounge was peeling and getting caught on our clothes and the floor. Bedhead not secured causing banging in our unit and the one above I assume every time either party moved during the night! Balcony area dirty, weeds over growing ant nest on tiles bird droppings! Yuck! Air conditioner unit not level at an angle. Mat out on balcony thread bear ratty unpleasant! I have photos if you’d like them forwarded! As the previous owners of holiday let’s we understand the need to get feedback unfortunately ours is not great. Love the resort love the area have stayed previously however very disappointed on this visit. Room 4401 not up to scratch! I’d like this forwarded to management if possible!

Extremely disappointed to check in and find dirty sheets. Multiple hairs in bed and sheets were also stained with what appeared to be blue wall paint. Floors were not vacuumed. In addition, the porcelain sink was broken . And the plastic toilet seat was cracked, causing a nasty pinch when it was sat upon. Very poor water pressure in the shower. Sent an email with photos attached and have received no apologies or refund.

The property was clean and tidy. The lounge in our room needed a good clean, and there wasn’t enough blankets on the bed - we froze through the night. There is limited car spaces in the parking areas so you end up on the street or a decent walk when juggling luggage.

Nice resort with a breathtaking view and many activities for children. The old rooms would have been better if there were no carpets so it would have been more cleaner. The bathroom tiles were a bit dirty as well.

We stayed for a week and whilst the room was tidy, it was in desperate need of some upgrades. The bathroom was quite run down, the tiles all chipped and the shower mouldy. It did the job and was clean enough, but at that price point, it definitely deserves an overhaul.

It’s like a scam. The room vide was 90s and looks like never renovated. On the website the room looks newly upgraded but sadly it wasn’t. I talked to reception and he was very kind to offer to move to an another room where seemed better interior. However it wasn’t located in a same building so we decided to remain in a same room. Overall I’m so disappointed

Room I choose was supposed to have sea views, reason I paid a little more for it, unfortunately this wasn’t the case. Could change power points to include usb plug ins for people who are used to this & only take their cable now without the plug.

Located in a quiet area 5 minutes drive north of Coffs. Quiet with beautiful grounds and easy access to beach and several pools. Our room was a little dated but had a lovely big balcony and was a good size. Would definitely stay again.

Good overall; view from Level 5 was only spoilt by looking straight into the palm canopy - Levels 6 & 7 would be prime; parking is annoying at times, limited under cover, often compromised by selfish incompetence, so when it rains (& being Coffs, this can be torrential!) & you have to park outside, you’re getting wet; Wi-Fi & phone reception were frustrating

Loved the resort. Restaurant was really nice and food delicious. Lots of activities. Apartment was spacious and fully equipped. Air conditioning was cool. Was noisy with slamming of doors and people screaming at 1am .

Misleading photos online did not represent the horrendous room I was first allocated. New room was good but not what I had booked as no ocean view rooms left. I would have selected a difficult location had I been told. Room facing golf course/restaurant extremely noisy Saturday night. Texts and signage confusing and difficult to read quickly as driving in on arrival, especially when multiple businesses sharing multiple buildings.

Really nice facilities and great buffet breakfast. The express check in was also great. There is a lack of parking so makes it hard with lots of luggage, but overall a great place to stay.

I could not in good conscience say anything good about this hovel. The room stunk. There were chipped and broken tiles. We booked in late so reception was closed.The furnishings were tatty with chips and marks. Overall very poor condition. The confirmation text from the property contained an after hours contact number which i called 11 times over half an hour. No answer and the message bank was full. No call back. We packed up and left and had to book another room at the last minute. Appalling service and room. Do not stay here.

We enjoyed our stay at this Resort. Price is reasonable. Good location, close to Big Banana fun park for the kids. Lovely manicured grounds. Great looking Golf course, 3 swimming pools to choose from. Walking distance to the beach. Nice bar restaurant. Our room was very comfortable and clean. WIFI didn’t work in our room but that’s not a big issue if you are here to relax. Would stay here again

There is NO lift for a 6 level Terrace building! It was incredibly difficult to walk up and down several flights of stairs, particularly with heavy luggage. Huge issue for people with mobility issues. It was also VERY confusing trying to find our room…this must be a common issue as they sent a video to assist navigating to the room. However, on finding the room it was clean and good view and a microwave which we were happy with. Undercover Parking was limited and difficult and very tight for a SUV.

Very spacious rooms, clean and tidy. Some wear and tear in bathrooms. Tv had no reception due to technical issues but we were notifed and honestly who watches TV on holidays. Was told the lap pool was heated by stagf but it wasnt, very cold. Buffest breakfast was yum! Will return.

Gardens at resort are exceptionally beautiful, so expansive and lovely to walk around. Private beach is bonus. Rooms clean. Location close to town centre. Pools small in comparison to resort size. Food at resort restaurant good.

quiet had to go back to coffs for dinner as the restaurant only does pizza on a monday night very limited options and very expensive for a pizza parking is limited so be prepared to walk and carry your bags the top rooms are all up hill

The 3 par, 9 hole golf course is the heart of the resort. We played every day and loved the challenge. The restaurant served top food. Highly recommend staying here.
