The staff were friendly. Nice breakfast. Provision of free laundry services was much appreciated. Close to shopping centre and Park Beach Plaza. Fun and games working out activation of power and TV (should have read room info folder lol). Overall an enjoyable experience for us.

Hosts Dan and Jacki were fabulous, friendly, helpful and Sven supplied BBQ equipment for 2 of our 6 day stay. Room and bed immaculate and comfortable. Couldn’t recommend this place more highly.

Great location, some food outlets (Chinese and Pizza) 50m away. Check in, very friendly, Mark was very professional. Room was nice, bed comfortable and air con (heat) worked great. Shower, hot and good water pressure. Parking ok, it was full and a little crowded, but off the street. Room #17, upstairs was my room.

Staff was kind on arrival. The room itself was very clean at first glance with good amenities. I only stayed for one night but eventually throughout the evening I kept finding baby cockroaches all over the place - cupboard, bathroom, bin, mini fridge, as well as a dead insect stuck in one of the towels provided. While i understand that challenges with a room on the ground floor and rains, it would be nice if management could take some action on the insect invasion.

This was advertised as four and a half stars, and we paid accordingly. Have stayed in other motels, much cheaper with better more modern facilities , shower base was grubby, shower dripped constantly, would not recommend Royal Palms to anyone. Extremely noisy, very disappointing.

Quite often stay in Coffs, always stay at royal palm it is clean and comfortable, rooms are tight but perfect for 1 night. Have stayed in some poor quality motels, but royal palm is predictable good, front reception was very helpful

It is a shame the brick walls are thin as the sound of showers and toilets are loud through the walls from other rooms. The room itself is large with a super comfortable bed and pillows. Complete with a microwave, kettle, fridge and toaster is a bonus. Another great thing is that they make up your room and change the towels everyday which this all went downhill with most motels after the horrible C Virus But the Royal Palms Motor Inn crew did a wonderful job running this motel.

We had a great stay at Royal Palms Motor Inn. Booking was very easy and the staff were very helpful in organising a late check-in. Our check-in was a breeze and the staff even reserved a parking spot for us (which was very appreciated as we had our 8 month old with us). Everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

This was our first time staying here & we were honestly surprised at the level of service we received. We contacted the property on booking to request ground floor accommodation, as our youngest daughter has a disability and has trouble negotiating stairs. We received an almost instantaneous reply stating this was no trouble. Without asking, they offered to reserve us a parking space right outside our room, so our daughter didn’t have to walk far. The thoughtfulness was wonderful and gratefully appreciated! We found the room very quiet, comfortable and very clean, we all slept well. Loved the shower! Very quiet for a property so centrally located. We are also staying on our return journey. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

The room was lovely and check in staff friendly. However the lack of any water for drinking or washing on our check out morning was a nightmare. We realise this was not the fault of the property, but the offhand attitude and lack of any support in dealing with no water was disappointing

One of the better properties I've stayed at in Coffs. The managers were both extremely nice & helpful to me including providing me with a cereal bowl for breakfast. The rooms were nice and very quiet with little noise. All the basic essentials provided in the room with an area for me to work on my laptop. The WiFi worked well. It was nice to have a complimentary guest laundry very handy to clean clothes on the go without having to leave the motel. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This was our second stay here, having stayed for a night on our way from Sydney to the Gold Coast. We had contacted the property on booking, asking to be allocated to a ground floor room, as our youngest daughter has a disability. Reply received very quickly that this was no problem. Without asking, they allocated us a parking space right outside the room so our daughter didn’t have far to walk. It’s things like this that rate highly to us. Very warmly greeted on arrival. This is an older style property, but it’s spotlessly clean and comfortable. The shower was amazing after a day of travelling! Beds very comfortable, had a good nights sleep. It is well located, just down the road from Park Beach Plaza and close to many different dining options. We didn’t get to try the pool due to weather. This place is very quiet for somewhere so conveniently located. We would happily stay here again next time we are in Coffs

THE Managers were very accomodating and I witnessed a very irate gentleman yelling and abusive and the manager handled the situation with aplomb, we in fact tried to book for our return trip from the Gold Coast but unfortunately they were booked out

The welcome on arrival was warm and friendly. The room was easy to access with good facilities, including a microwave. There was a good supply of toiletries including shower cap, soap and 4 little shampoos (but no conditioner). The bed was comfortable. The location was very convenient. It's 600 metres to a large shopping centre (Woolworths, Big W, etc). The beach is also walking distance.

Great price and good value during school holidays within walking distance to Park Beach Plaza room was kept very clean and was summer price but better condition and amenities than another hotel. I stayed at in Coffs Harbour a week previous. Ordered breakfast to the room and it was within the required timeframe and arrived hot.
