We had a wonderful time at the hotel. We enjoyed a large selection of food, great variety and quality. The beach and pool were so convenient. We loved everything but most of all the staff, lovely,lovely people.

My second time staying here, it is a very well run resort and is stunning in its design! Don’t hesitate to book! The Watersports available on the bay itself is also very convenient!

The facilities and the staff here are top quality. We were really impressed with service from all the staff here … reception, cleaners, food and bar staff … everyone we spoke to was helpful and polite … a fantastic team. I will also mention Marilena .. the onsite Hertz representative … great service and incredibly helpful with her recommendations and support. We had a garden room … inside was spacious and outside we had a shaded seating area and a patio with plenty of room for two sun loungers. I would highlight the spa as being one of the best my wife and I have experienced on our travels. The two sandy beaches were great for lounging and swimming … and service from the beach bar for food and drinks was fantastic. The complementary coach into Corfu town really added to the stay … Corfu old town is a must see! We enjoyed the wide range of breakfast options in the buffet … lots of fresh fruit and Corfiot specialties alongside standard European options. In the evenings we wandered to the marina and ate in the tavernas nearby. I’d recommend a hop over the beach wall to Natalie’s (next door to the bigger beach). Avoid the pasta and stick to Corfiot specialties … particularly the meatballs! Your shoes might get sandy but it will save you a 15min walk … our experience was the side gate was rarely open. Overall I would happily recommend this hotel as a fabulous place to stay if you just want to fly and flop. But it is also a great base to hire a car for a few days and explore.

Excellent food. Although more draught beer would be nice. Massive outdoor pool. Well appointed indoor pool and spa. Great sandy beach front with clear warm water. Lots of water sports activities at the same location. Rooms a bit dated but clean and well maintained. Only negative comment is the wifi is virtually unusable anywhere on site. Overall though we can thoroughly recommend this hotel.

I would definitely recommend booking a sea view if you can. The beds were comfortable, though I personally did not love the pillows, but that was really the only minor drawback in the whole stay. The rooms were clean, although the bathroom felt a little on the dated side. Food on site was decent overall, but the breakfast stood out. It was top tier with a huge variety of delicious options. The pool area was excellent: spacious, comfortable, and with stunning views over the sea. The beach right by the property made things even more convenient. The gym is not the most fully equipped but perfectly adequate, and the spa treatments (especially the massages) were excellent. There is also a tennis court, which is a nice bonus. The location is fantastic. It is only a short ride into Corfu town and also well situated for exploring other parts of the island. Most of all, I have to compliment the staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful, and the food and beverage team at the pool were truly outstanding. They were among the best I have ever encountered anywhere. Always smiling, attentive, and proactive in making sure we were comfortable and well looked after. All in all, a wonderful resort that I would warmly recommend to anyone visiting Corfu.

The hotel is a good 4 star property certainly not 5. Lovely bar and lobby area. Sufficient sunbeds on the private beach. Cleaning staff work very hard to keep the place in good condition. Good breakfast choices. Easy bus route to Corfu Old Town. Beach is clean and pleasant. Good sized gym and tennis courts and free use if spa is a plus. Improvements could be update the rooms they felt a tad tired. More entertainment during the day time around the hotel in general. Pool is salt water so goggles are essential. Sunbeds around the pool not 5 star quality the pool is on the small side but alot of guests use the beach to swim so never felt over crowded. We didn't do all inclusive but would have been extremely disappointed with the restaurant choices on site. 2 restaurants one beach bar would get very boring this is where the hotel lacks the 5 star rating imo. Gouvia Marina is 15 minute walk with a handful of restaurants the area around the hotel is run down but felt quite safe. Bus located on the main road into Corfu old town runs until midnight 2euro50 each way. Overall you wont be disappointed with a stay at the hotel.

We wanted to go somewhere where we could just rest and sunbathe and we had a great time at this hotel. We went for 5 nights and had one of the small bungalow rooms near the beach. For us this location was fantastic - a few minutes walk to the beach or the rest of the hotel. They have a Tennis Court and Rackets which is free (you have to play early or late on hot days); we used the heated in-door pool and the small Gym which had a reasonable amount of equipment. The hotel also has a decent outdoor pool. The staff were fantastic. The sea was clear and we had the use of 2 beaches with Sun Loungers included. The food was very good with quite a few options and there is a small Taverna just outside the hotel as an alternative. They had live entertainment every night which was really enjoyable. Overall a great stay with no complaints. Highly recommended.

However, there was one notable issue during my stay. The cleaning staff would fill their buckets with water directly from the pool, then use this water to clean the terrace. Unfortunately, some of the dirty water would drain back into the pool, which was unhygienic. Aside from this minor setback, the resort exceeded expectations in every other aspect. I would still highly recommend this destination, but I hope the management addresses this cleaning practice to ensure the private pools remain pristine for all guests.

Tolles Hotel mit schönem Strand und sehr gutem Service . Wir haben hier einen Teil unserer Corfureise gegen Ende verbracht - beim nächsten Mal bleiben wir definitiv länger - Es gibt einen täglichen Transfer nach Corfu Stadt - ca 10 Minuten entfernt . Die Spa Anwendung bei Kiki sind sehr zu empfehlen - wir kommen definitiv wieder um das Frühstück am Meer zu geniessen

Great stay here. Friendly helpful staff. Garden room 712 looking towards the marina from the balcony. 2 breakfast room options from the large dining room above reception with every possible option available and the greek style breakfast at the downstairs bar area by the beach. Free bus at 9:30 to Corfu Town daily returning at 13:30. Plenty of sunloungers on the beach and the pool. Live music every night of various types. Theres a hotel app where u can make bookings for the restaurants, see whats on, yoga bookings, coach booking and order food from your sunlounger which was great and see other hotel info. Bookings need to be made the day before. Saturday lunchtime had a buffet style food offering at the beach bar which was nice. Bar staff friendly. Didnt use either but theres a spa and gym. Beach was sandy and flat into the sea unlike the western beaches that’s steeper gradient and warmer sea so good for kids. Beds were comfortable and good bathroom/shower. Free bottle of wine which was nice. Ate at Parea restaurant once, food was decent and great service. Definitely get the orange cake! Didnt need it but theres 2 electric car charges out the front of hotel. Few friendly cats as well. Decent size car park plus overspill parking outside security barrier. Great location to travel around as we did to the north and west to White House Restaurant, 7th Heaven, Agios Georgios Beach, Ipsos & Squirrel restaurant must go to’s

It was amazing, the public spaces and sub bathing areas are fantastic, the breakfast was unusually good. Out bathroom was a bit tired and could have been cleaner but overall a great place to stay

On the surface, this resort looks nice, but once you look closer, it quickly becomes clear that it’s not a great hotel. Gym The gym was old, dirty, and honestly unpleasant. There was trash around, 3–4 wasps flying in the small room, and I kept getting bitten by bugs—especially while working out. The air conditioning barely worked, and even small details, like not having proper full-size towels, stood out as subpar. Room The room itself felt old and tired compared to others in the hotel. There was no deadbolt or lock on the door, which meant staff could walk in at any moment. The bathroom setup was terrible— the shower was basically inside the toilet area, so toilet paper and everything else got wet. There was no handle on the inside of the shower door either, another sign of poor upkeep. Beach Bar The service was really disappointing. The female waiter the first day was extremely rude, and the next day we hit the call button for drinks but no one ever showed up. Food Food at the restaurants was bland and below average across the board. For a resort of this level, the quality was really underwhelming. Private Pool Room I paid extra for a private pool room with an ocean view, but it was a waste. I was bitten by bugs so much the first day that I couldn’t even use the pool afterward. On top of that, the pool wasn’t heated. Overall, while the property presents itself nicely at first glance, the actual experience was full of issues. Cannot recommend.

Very lovely staff. Clean accommodation with a nice private beach. Everything was great. Only thing to improve would be to have a mosquito net in front of the balcony. We didn’t like the shower bathtub situation but I guess thats subjective. A separate shower would have been nice. Overall a really nice hotel.

Brilliant location, Very clean, good food

Upon arriving at the resort, I was told our room was not ready but the staff provided us with complimentary dinner and room upgrade. Check-in was easy and we were provided with a map of the resort. The cleanliness of the rooms were okay, but even though we had housekeeping there were still visible dust and dirt. The room was somewhat as pictured but it could do with an update/refresh as there were visible wears. The mini club for kids was handy to have onsite but the pool had loose and broken tiles (my wife stepped on a broken tile and her foot was bleeding). Besides this, my little one enjoyed the playground and pool. Having a private beach was nice and convenient. My only comment would be that there should be warnings of jellyfish in the area as my wife was stung. The reception staff applied a gel on the area but it would have been helpful to know what symptoms to look out for in the event it was more severe. It was handy that there were free daily shuttles to town at 9:30am and returns at 13:30pm. Overall it was a relacing stay.

Nachdem wir eine gemischte Erfahrung mit einem sogenannten 5-Sterne Hotel auf derselben Urlaubsreise gemchat haben kamen wir hier an und dachten uns spontan: "Das ist das was wir uns unter 5 Sternen vorstellen!" Alles war sauber, das Personal immer freundlich und professionell (vom Check-In, über die Restaurants bis hin zum Strandbereich). Die Zimmer schün und modern, dazu ein großer privater Hotelstrand mit einem kleinen Dock, bei dem man von einem anderen Anbieter verschiedene Wassersportaktivitäten buchen kann. Das Frühstücksbuffet war fantastisch, aber wir mochten auch sehr das Abendessen im Hotelrestaurant Parea (am Strand/Dock). Obwohl das Hotel sehr nah an Korfu Stadt ist (ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto) war der ganze Hotelbereich sehr ruhig, so dass man gut einen erholsamen Tag am Strand verbringen und dabei die alte Festung von Korfu und die Kreuzfahrtschiffe in der Ferne beobachten kann. Mit einem großen Parkplatz (für Hotelgäste kostenfrei) bietet das Hotel auch einen prima Startpunkt, um die Insel mit einem Mietwagen zu erkunden.

Staff is extremely friendly & helpful. Room was large and beautiful. The view from our deck was breathtaking. Beach was the best I've ever been to. Was easily one of the best place I have ever stayed.

This is a 4 star hotel with nice views. Wifi coverage is terrible and HB food options limited. Salt water pool perched up with views looking across to Albania. Water off the beach is nice but actually beach is average. Staff are brilliant.

We had a lovely and relaxing few days at Kontokali Bay, the staff were generally friendly snd reception was very helpful. I personally feel certain elements of the resort was 5 Star but the room itself was not 5 Star, certainly not in comparison to other 5 Star hotels I have stayed in. The resort and grounds were lovely and the private beach was great, and a godsend. We couldn’t get around the pool on any day of our stay due to guests claiming beds with their towels from early in the morning which was hugely frustrating and should be banned by the hotel really as it’s so unfair. We therefore spent every day at the beach. Although it was supposed to be a private beach there were other people on it that had walked round from the adjacent bay, and were not stopped by the staff. It wasn’t a massive problem but it can’t be called a private beach. The room was basic, nothing special in the slightest. Plain, boring and needs modernisation. We stayed in a bungalow with a private pool. The shower over the bath with a shower curtain was disappointing. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The area outside of the hotel was pretty uninteresting, near some disgusting stinking overflowing bins which you had to walk past to get to restaurants. Just a couple of small restaurants nearby to choose from.

Pros: The service staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the beach and pool are beautiful, the mini club is excellent for little kids. Cons: the bungalows are not very accessible; the resort needs to install ramps. The showers in the room are in need of some bleach. On the one occasion we ordered in, the room service took 2 hours to reach us.

We are a couple and westayed for a week in July 24. This is a lovely hotel with great facilities and the food is fantastic. The breakfasts were comprehensive and fresh, the highlight from us was the food served in Parea By The Sea. Great seafood options especially the Sea Bream which is grilled to perfection and filleted at the table by the waiters. What makes the hotel stand out is the staff. They have won an award for service and it is very well deserved. We have stayed in various hotels around the world and have never been looked after by such a friendly team 😊 We went on trips to Corfu Townon the blue bus number 7 which shows on Google maps. We also went to Paleokastritsa on a cool air conditioned "green bus" that is actually white! This Bus does not show on Google maps but the hotel have the time table. The Bus stop 500 m from hotel,

Excellent hotel with excellent service, our flight was even delayed and they let us keep the room for a late checkout free of charge and no hassle. The staff is charming and hotel is pleasant.

My husband and I recently stayed at Kontokali for our honeymoon, and overall, the experience was fantastic. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. As a lovely surprise, we were upgraded to a better room and gifted a bottle of Prosecco and strawberries to celebrate our special occasion. The room itself was spacious with an amazing view (pictured below), and we appreciated the complimentary beach bags provided. The breakfast buffet was great, with an amazing variety of options. We also visited the spa, and the experience was excellent. Last dinner was a Asterias Fine Dining restaurant and omg definitely a lovely experience and probably the best linguine I’ve ever had. However, we did encounter a small issue on the last day during lunch at the Marina restaurant. A waitress who seems to be new accidentally spilled two Aperol Spritz on me and the table, leaving me soaking wet along with my food. Another waitress, who didn’t witness the incident, brought two new drinks along with the check, she seemed confused and rude even with me asking for napkins. It wasn’t until a manager got involved that we received an apology and clarification that the drinks would be complimentary, acknowledging that the incident wasn’t our fault. One suggestion is to monitor the pool area more closely. We noticed that many guests reserve sunbeds very early in the morning by leaving their towels there, making it impossible to find available spots even when the beds were unoccupied.

Excellent hotel that has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Convenient for the airport and Corfu Town and close to Gouvia's bar's and restuarants. Excellent beach with plenty of food options for all tastes.

Had a wonderful week at Kontokali hotel. The property, the beaches, and room was top quality. I special mention to the staff working there - always friendly, helpful, and smiling. It makes a difference. The only downside was once you left the property. Walking from the gates to local restaurants didnt feel safe with limited curbs and the smell of the ditches full of plastic bottles and stagnet. But this is the only negative to a wonderful week away at Kontokali.

Very nice staff. Breakfast very good. Bit far from Corfu town but there is a shuttle that leaves every morning. Pool and beach area lovely. Along the beach to the left of hotel is a little beach bar restaurant called Natalies. Would stay again

We had a lovely and relaxing few days at Kontokali Bay, the staff were generally friendly snd reception was very helpful. I personally feel certain elements of the resort was 5 Star but the room itself was not 5 Star, certainly not in comparison to other 5 Star hotels I have stayed in. The resort and grounds were lovely and the private beach was great, and a godsend. We couldn’t get around the pool on any day of our stay due to guests claiming beds with their towels from early in the morning which was hugely frustrating and should be banned by the hotel really as it’s so unfair. We therefore spent every day at the beach. Although it was supposed to be a private beach there were other people on it that had walked round from the adjacent bay, and were not stopped by the staff. It wasn’t a massive problem but it can’t be called a private beach. The room was basic, nothing special in the slightest. Plain, boring and needs modernisation. We stayed in a bungalow with a private pool. The shower over the bath with a shower curtain was disappointing. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The area outside of the hotel was pretty uninteresting, near some disgusting stinking overflowing bins which you had to walk past to get to restaurants. Just a couple of small restaurants nearby to choose from.

We are a couple and westayed for a week in July 24. This is a lovely hotel with great facilities and the food is fantastic. The breakfasts were comprehensive and fresh, the highlight from us was the food served in Parea By The Sea. Great seafood options especially the Sea Bream which is grilled to perfection and filleted at the table by the waiters. What makes the hotel stand out is the staff. They have won an award for service and it is very well deserved. We have stayed in various hotels around the world and have never been looked after by such a friendly team 😊 We went on trips to Corfu Townon the blue bus number 7 which shows on Google maps. We also went to Paleokastritsa on a cool air conditioned "green bus" that is actually white! This Bus does not show on Google maps but the hotel have the time table. The Bus stop 500 m from hotel,

On the surface, this resort looks nice, but once you look closer, it quickly becomes clear that it’s not a great hotel. Gym The gym was old, dirty, and honestly unpleasant. There was trash around, 3–4 wasps flying in the small room, and I kept getting bitten by bugs—especially while working out. The air conditioning barely worked, and even small details, like not having proper full-size towels, stood out as subpar. Room The room itself felt old and tired compared to others in the hotel. There was no deadbolt or lock on the door, which meant staff could walk in at any moment. The bathroom setup was terrible— the shower was basically inside the toilet area, so toilet paper and everything else got wet. There was no handle on the inside of the shower door either, another sign of poor upkeep. Beach Bar The service was really disappointing. The female waiter the first day was extremely rude, and the next day we hit the call button for drinks but no one ever showed up. Food Food at the restaurants was bland and below average across the board. For a resort of this level, the quality was really underwhelming. Private Pool Room I paid extra for a private pool room with an ocean view, but it was a waste. I was bitten by bugs so much the first day that I couldn’t even use the pool afterward. On top of that, the pool wasn’t heated. Overall, while the property presents itself nicely at first glance, the actual experience was full of issues. Cannot recommend.

Fantastic beach and pool and available water activities. Short stay between business trips. Food and drink excellent if not a bit overpriced.

We had a really great experience here. From the moment we arrived, check in was smooth and welcoming. The rooms are well appointed, with a good sized balcony and an amazing view. I would definitely recommend booking a sea view if you can. The beds were comfortable, though I personally did not love the pillows, but that was really the only minor drawback in the whole stay. The rooms were clean, although the bathroom felt a little on the dated side. Food on site was decent overall, but the breakfast stood out. It was top tier with a huge variety of delicious options. The pool area was excellent: spacious, comfortable, and with stunning views over the sea. The beach right by the property made things even more convenient. The gym is not the most fully equipped but perfectly adequate, and the spa treatments (especially the massages) were excellent. There is also a tennis court, which is a nice bonus. The location is fantastic. It is only a short ride into Corfu town and also well situated for exploring other parts of the island. Most of all, I have to compliment the staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful, and the food and beverage team at the pool were truly outstanding. They were among the best I have ever encountered anywhere. Always smiling, attentive, and proactive in making sure we were comfortable and well looked after. All in all, a wonderful resort that I would warmly recommend to anyone visiting Corfu.

An amazing stay! The staff was so courteous, friendly and accommodating. The meals at all available restaurants were superb. Made the dining choice difficult as to where to eat. Each of the wait staff was there to clear away a dirty dish or refill a beverage. Both the pool and beach were clean and well maintained. Definitely a worthwhile environment.

My husband and I recently stayed at Kontokali for our honeymoon, and overall, the experience was fantastic. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. As a lovely surprise, we were upgraded to a better room and gifted a bottle of Prosecco and strawberries to celebrate our special occasion. The room itself was spacious with an amazing view (pictured below), and we appreciated the complimentary beach bags provided. The breakfast buffet was great, with an amazing variety of options. We also visited the spa, and the experience was excellent. Last dinner was a Asterias Fine Dining restaurant and omg definitely a lovely experience and probably the best linguine I’ve ever had. However, we did encounter a small issue on the last day during lunch at the Marina restaurant. A waitress who seems to be new accidentally spilled two Aperol Spritz on me and the table, leaving me soaking wet along with my food. Another waitress, who didn’t witness the incident, brought two new drinks along with the check, she seemed confused and rude even with me asking for napkins. It wasn’t until a manager got involved that we received an apology and clarification that the drinks would be complimentary, acknowledging that the incident wasn’t our fault. One suggestion is to monitor the pool area more closely. We noticed that many guests reserve sunbeds very early in the morning by leaving their towels there, making it impossible to find available spots even when the beds were unoccupied.

The resort and facilities themselves were lovely. The dining options and quality of food itself was unfortunately lacking especially given the high price charged. There are lots of hidden extra charges which are not disclosed or helpfully explained upfront to customers.

Centrally located. Not too far from old Corfu but out of the noise. Good food but limited options if you are staying more than 2/3 nights. Breakfast 5*
