i cannot say that our check out experience went smoothly after an excessively long wait due to a mistake by the staff at the check in who did not register our security deposit as being paid. this resulted in me having to wait over half an hour in order for their accounts to confirm it was paid. however, after all that i still had to pay for incidentals despite the fact the authorization was confirmed. to cut a long story short incompetence which the guest had to pay for in time and frustration
