Nice solid brick quiet clean with a nice small pool which we greatly appreciated. Lovely management. Opposite a very tasty thai restaurant. Wifi good.

Room was clean and comfortable enough with plenty of extra pillows and blankets. Smoking area is the driveway entry. Would be better in side of carpark with a park bench, small cover and butt bin. Some extra maintenance needs doing in rooms like electrical faults with lamp and mould smell in bathroom from cupboard. Cleaners do a great job though. No chairs to sit on outside at all. Overall, not a bad place to sleep in.

Had a quick stopover after a 10 hour drive. Was easy to find being on a main road and well lit up signage. Bed was comfy and room was clean. There was a Microwave in room which was great to heat up something quick but it was also right across the road from “amazing Thai restaurant” (maybe just ok and not amazing😃) and a short walk to many other eating options. Being on a main road started to get noisy with trucks etc very early in the morning but expected.

The beds were comfy and room a decent size but the bathroom is full of black mould and the shower screen wasn’t cleaned properly. Floor in bathroom was always dirty.

I have stayed at this establishment previously and it still has that same feeling after all these years. Check in was a breeze and I felt so welcomed. This made the whole stay that much more enjoyable. The room was big, with the amenities that I needed and the bed was comfortable. No issues with the accomodation but it is on the main road of Dubbo so it was a bit noisy at times. The good thing about that is that it is close to many shops and the main shopping area is close by. My only criticism was the internet to the room was quite slow and not usable at some occasion when I was trying to complete some work. Other than that, this is definitely a place to consider if you are staying in Dubbo.

Receptionist was lovely and friendly. The room had all the usual ammenities and was clean. On a more negative note the furniture is old. The sofa and bed sagged. The front of the “wall banger” air conditioner fell off in the middle of the night and when I opened the window for fresh air, there was an absence of a fly screen. A bit of a re-vamp wouldn’t go astray. Also, I’d suggest a room not parallel to the main road if you don’t like traffic noise.
