What a lovely place to spend with young children!! Heated pool, water park was the winner! Cart hire, jumping sand, biking and just mins drive to Taronga Zoo!! Can’t ask more! It’s a revisit must!! Thank you!!

It's a holiday park so you have a mix of campers, caravans and people renting units. The pool area is nowhere near big enough when a large number of guests use it. The pool rules are also not enforced so if the others staying aren't helpful they'll be running, bombing and brining food/glass into the pool area. Also if you stay more than one night, if you want replacement bath towels it is $10. On our first stay pool towels were available, this time they werent. Reception is only open between something like 8:30am and 5:30pm. Good luck getting any staff at all outside those hours.

Overall the park is great, and does look to be currently upgrading their cabins, which is needed. Our cabin was tired, and some of the windows didnt open, and aircon wasnt really working. The jumping pillow, kids splash park, pools (included a heated option) and camp kitchen were all great, clean and we saw staff around frequently checking they were clean and neat. Water pressure in cabins was great, and plent of hot water as well. Playground was on the smaller side, but still fun for the kids.

Great place to stay with kids. They loved the waterpark and games room. Shame the jumping pillow was not in action. There was a bit of traffic noise, but you get used to it. Great place to stay for a few days!

No dish sponge, no kitchen towel hence they asked to clean and dry the dishes. The floor was very dirty seemed never mopped. Analog TV with no ways to play youtube or kids music. The best thing about the property was the pools and the water slides which kids enjoyed.

When we arrived, I noticed hair on the vanity sink from somebody shaving my one and a half year, old daughter was crawling on the floor the clothes went black from dirt on the carbon floor. Also her feet knees palms also dirty. My oldest daughter went to jump in the bank. Pull the doona back and the sheets and hair crumbs and it and have photos to prove my partner went to reception the next morning as no one would not answer any phones at night they did send cleaners in which renewed sheets and towels we think they mopped the floor but they’re was still hair on the sinks etc

Would definitely recommend to any families who are wanting to have a one or two night stay! Perfect spot for kids to entertain themselves with the pool, water park, jumping pillow or playground! We stayed in the delux safari tent and although it was an amazing experience, the noise from the highway was VERY loud! Other than that it was perfect! Would stay there again.

We didn't get much time at the property checked in late. The room heating was left on which we really appreciated as the weather was cool. The internet at the property is extremely poor. It is like living in the past with dialup. They left a note in the room explaining they have tried different providers but internet still not good. If you require internet for work or netflix I would stay elsewhere. I recommend they try again to get better internet.

We chose this location for its proximity to the Taronga Western Plains Zoo. It was well signed (to locate) and very user-friendly regarding code access. Accommodation was perfect for what we needed - two adults. Cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. A few repairs are needed (cracked tiles in the shower), but didn't hinder our experience. The accommodation is on the highway so you will hear trucks / traffic through the night. This did not hinder our stay.

Room to move, lots of space in our comfy cabin. Only complaint was that the TV promised much but only free-to-air channels were available. Great that the swimming pool was heated, but only to 24 degrees. Too cool for us temperate-landers!

We enjoyed our stay here. The facilities were fantastic. The property was quiet and safe. Sadly, the small aircon provided, is nowhere near enough to mantain cool during the day, which led to a very rough stay. The shower door doesn't close.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially as I had booked incorrectly for my four children. They helped me adjust the booking with no hassles, and were so lovely and kind, offering board games and DVDs to borrow too. The cabin was perfect, tidy, quiet and convenient. Very happy.

I would highly recommend staying here as it's got everything you need, it's super convenient with the kids, and just an overall nice experience. Customer service is exceptional as well as the cleanliness of the cabins/park itself. Would definitely come back & stay again.

Check in was delayed by over 30 mins. When asked if we could check out 30 mins later, we were refused. When asked why that wasn’t acceptable, we were told “things happen” Property had minimal utensils for using the kitchen. Not as clean as desired. Handy man was extremely unpleasant and rude.

Easy after office hours check in. Detailed map to find our glamping tent. Neat and tidy accommodation. There was a food van in the park which meant we didn’t have to leave again to get dinner - a big plus! The security gate made it feel very safe. We loved our stay and will definitely be back.

What an amazing spot. I was just passing through but was so impressed I want to bring my family back. Great facilities with a pool, food caravan and little pedal cars to hire plus staff were super friendly and cabins were nice

The park itself was pretty good, kids loved the pool and play area. Ice cream van stops by of an afternoon. Only negative is road noise. I’m a light sleeper so my sleep was impacted by cars and trucks going past on the adjacent road. If you’re on the other side of the park it probably wouldn’t be an issue.

Chose to stay here due to its proximity to family I was visiting & it was well prices, especially for a 2 bedroom cabin. Check in was very efficicient & the cabin was very clean.l & welcoming. Queen bed was very comfortable & only minor negative was the smallish bathroom, although the shower was quite spacious. Park facilities are great for kids, with waterslide, pool, jumping pillow & trikes, somewhere i would bring my grandson to. Walking distance to local club for a great feed.

We stayed there for 4 nights. Nice water park my kids enjoyed it. The Dubbo club is in walking distance. We didn't have any bbq set up which was disappointing coz we were planning to do one. We all had a lovely time, if i ever go back again i will definitely book it again.

We made a terrible decision to book a stay in a deluxe safari tent... we are not campers AT ALL, and we're all a bit precious, so what a silly thing to do! LOL We went to the office after a night and they bent over backwards to make us happy. Such incredible customer service. We were placed elsewhere, and the quality of both accommodations we experienced on our trip were great quality, clean, and utterly charming. There is a coffee cart on site, a food truck, pools, play areas, community spaces, well looked after sites, cabins and clamping tents. I can't recommend this location enough! Adding that we were then looked after again when we needed to check out rather late due to the car unexpectedly having a flat battery. Nothing was a problem for the team, and they went way above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience.

Our cabin was well appointed and warm (once the A/C was fixed) only issue was there is no extractor fan over the cooking area and leaving clothes and the room smelling of cooking . The smoke detector was only a couple of meters away.
