Very noisy and dirty place. more than that very unsafe placce to stay as some fellow guests had their car broken @ the night we stayed. Never recommend!!!

No lift here so 2 flights of stairs to carry your belongings. That's a couple of trips to the car, we are older and have health problems. The room was small and not much in it. They advertised free Wi-Fi but it was only down in reception area not in the rooms. The bed was uncomfortable. Other guests would let their door slam shut, you could hear people talking in the hallway. Will not be staying here again.

Does the job. Basic. Carpark is dark and vehicle security is questionable. No pathway from rear park to reception seem weird.

It was fine for the one night I was there. There is not lift so if you have mobility issues or a bad knee, this is not the place for you.

UNLESS YOU ARE DESPERATE, DO NOT STAY HERE...Arriving at night there is no external signage to tell you where the place is. I had to phone for directions. There are no illuminated directions to reception either. Your car park can be around the back, a long haul to the front door. There's no lift so you have to drag your luggage up two flights of stairs. There is not one place to hang towels in the bathroom, not one, unless it's over the shower curtain rail. The bath towels still had their brand and shop labels attached. The place is noisy late night and early morning with voices and doors constantly slamming. The floors were never vacuumed during my four-day stay there and the mud and dirt from workers'/guests' boots just kept accumulating and getting ground in. There's no cutlery or crockery at all, not even one drinking glass, and no spoon or spatula for your tea or coffee (the satchels for which run out on the second day). There is no daily servicing of the room so the garbage overflowed and I had to provide my own garbage bags on the third day. The heating is noisy and only just taking the chill off the cold air, even when on full. Staff are rarely seen and if there was ever an emergency, I don't know who would help you summon assistance. The place might be relatively cheap, but so is the experience. Just don't entertain the idea of staying there! - G. May 2023

Mould on bathroom tiles, cockroaches, no fan in bathroom, unpleasant odour. Unable to fill kettle from small sink in bathroom. Curtains falling off rails.

Bedding was in poor state and bathroom was full of mould.

The shower was quite dirty and there was mould on the carpet under the window sill

The property has new owners it appears to have had a good clean , rooms clean and tidy, good value for an overnight stay

Room was filthy. We had a hole that someone else previously had punched into our bathroom door. No soap provided in rooms. The hotel itself had a very run down (not cheap and cheerful) look.

The sheets and pillowcases were clean. The bathroom was grotty and needed a deep clean. Dirty grout, and shower curtain. Holes in carpet. Paint peeling off ceiling. Dirty ceiling. Dirty stains on doona cover. Inconvenient power outlets. Extremely noisy. Someone was smoking in another nearby room. Flat lifeless pillows.

Dreadful room. Carpet filthy and torn. No soap provided until requested. No doona, had to use 2 threadbare blankets. Overall terrible, will not stay here again.

Spotless. Good budget accommodation. Don't be put of by next door.

The room was filthy, shower cubicle had very bad mould, mini bar freezer didn't work and the air con filters we had to clean to get the dir con to work properly. I've run motels and clubs over a 20 year period, and have never come across such uncaring management or cleaners. They need a damn good shake up. Would I recommend this property to any of my friends or business associates NO!!

Bed uncomfortable mattress topper bigger then mattress nearly fell off bed . Pillows rock hard . Air-conditioning poor and room was warm

Room was so small you could hardly swing a cat in it. Very disappointing. I would have at least expected a table where you could sit and eat!

Okay Just a bed for 2 nights No wifi in rooms Public areas no wifi due to inclement weather. A very noisy Saturday night/early Sunday morning.1.30am till 3am banging doors and loud shouting. Some guest asked them to quieten down but was met with aggressive responses. The desk person on Sunday morning evicted the guests making the noise earlier in the day. I paid for a room to sleep for 2 nights. I was robbed of any sleep the second night.

It was a very budget motel. Thin walls, can hear people snoring and people's doors slamming. Room service knocked really loud room next door at 11.15pm yelling 'room service'. Didn't consider anyone else who might be asleep. Carpets have threds pulled, not really clean. There was No ventilation in our bathroom. The only Window could only be open, maybe a index finger width, security connection at top with no screens.

Ok room. Very small. No hooks to hang anything. Shower room with curtain meant the room was always wet.

Beds could be comfier

The hotel was your typical Ibis hotel- what you would expect. The reception lady was very nice. The shower had good water pressure and hot however not high enough for tall people. Need a power point near the bedside table.

Asked to have a taxi booked fo the morning to take me to the airport it never turned up. Homeless guy sleeping outside the front door.

Unsafe environment. Guest was inebriated in the dining room and interacting with my child. He was trying to manipulate my child and he was aggressive and verbally insulting towards me. I feared for our safety as we tried to get away from this man, unfortunately he happened to be staying in the room next door. We left the property and paid to stay elsewhere. I have not received a refund. I wouldn’t stay here again, ever. The management were nice enough when approached about the situation but they didn’t do anything about the man, who they knew had been sitting there drinking for three hours prior. The management also didn’t approach the man or interfere in the situation. If something physical had happened I don’t believe they would have had the courage to step in.

Very low price point, but very clean room, and very friendly staff I was due to arrive 40 mins after the lobby closed, and the worker called me to notify me of closing time, and he was willing to stay 40 mins extra for me to have a chance to get checked in, very low price point but very high quality amazing service, for them accommodating my time error

Staff courtesy but were originally shown to s room which wss not made up. This was rectified but it's not a good start to a stay.

A budget hotel, but good enough. Room clean, good service and very friendly. Budget friendly with good facilities. Biggest downside to this hotel is not their doing which is the derelict building next door.

It was quiet and central where we had to go to.

For the price you know what you are going to get. Getting the bad out of the way, there was some interesting stains on the carpet and hair on the walls of the shower. Not to mention the shower is just mists to save water. The things that work well for this place is its location a quick 20min walk to the centre of Dubbo not to mention some great dining options near by. The bed was actually pretty amazing also.

Friendly check in. Pool. Brekky opt. Drink machine. Dirty room, dusty old cobwebs, remote gone. Ac old. No table chair's. Bedside table. Most if all carpet yuk. Rip it out and paint the room

I love this motel as the staff are friendly and helpful. The place is an older building and the staff keep it as clean as they can. It is not a luxury type of accomodation as it is all very basic. The price per room is budget and I love it. I would come to this motel, due the cleanliness, sense of safety; it close to the hotel for a pub meal and plenty of parking

Comfortable bed, The continental breakfast was lovely after a good night sleep

The motel looks run-down and needs a overhaul. The queen-size bed was great and very comfortable. We had the disabled room with a larger bathroom which was good, but that makes the bedroom small. Breakfast was well presented and plentiful.

Nice and friendly staff. Good for a stop over when driving through Dubbo. Good coffee too in the morning.

We included breakfast in our stay and there was no enough breakfast, and only bread, butter , jam and tea coffee as a breakfast. Where there was no bread left, staff wasn’t happy to give anything, when asked they gave frozen bread loaf. Very terrible breakfast. Newer recommend to stay there.
