Nice hotell and good facilities. Many pools and restaurants in the hotel and you can easily spend a whole day at the hotel. Blue sky lounge was very nice and calm (18 ). There is opportunity to rent jet ski, which was nice.

Wonderful location with beautiful views. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room well appointed with lots of storage space and bed very comfortable. A couple of negatives: pool and beach areas always busy so difficult to get sun beds and the buffet area at breakfast was quite cramped.

A wonderful hotel in a breathtaking location. We chose a sea view and wow, what a view - breathtaking. All staff were friendly and helpful, we chose underground parking for 10 euro/night, but there was on street parking available. Our suite was lovely, spacious snd spotless with two bathrooms and a kitchenette. We had a living room and a huge bedroom with a very comfortable bed. The gym is well appointed and the indoor swimming pool is lovely - we were there in Winter. Breakfast provided huge variety and was tasty.We had a great stay.

The entire resort was fantastic. We had access to many restaurants and bars. We loved the rooftop pool and bar. There were attentive staff ready to get you a drink or help with a lounger or umbrella. Our room had a cracked window

Had an amazing time at this hotel. Room on the top floor had a spectacular see view. Great to be able to use the other hotels pools for choices, including roof top pool. Everything was clean, lots of choices of food at breakfast and royal palm cocktail bar was great for chilling. We stayed for 4 nights and will be going back when we are in need for a get away break to unwind

Wonderful hotel with the most amazing views. Book a sea view room if you can, you won’t regret it. We loved the food, we just ate in the half board option restaurant which we really enjoyed and found it very good quality and varied. Being able to use the facilities in the neighbouring sister hotel was great as there was a nice selection of pools, bars etc. We loved Dubrovnik and loved the location and everything about this hotel.

Location and the views from the hotel are exceptional. The breakfast buffet in the morning at the hotel was great. I did not really particularly enjoy the restaurant for dinner and prefer going back into the city or other places that you can find via online recommendations or locals. The rooms were clean. The pool areas and gym where great. It’s a little bit of a walk to the bus station if you do not want to get a Uber or did not drive but not too bad. The hotel is located at the start of the bus route to the center of town at the beginning of the day so it’s nice because you get a seat and it fills up pretty quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

Excelente will not be enough. Every one from the moment we arrive to the moment we leave we’re amazing. From the reception, young waiter in the restaurant pool bars everyone. I want to congratulate the managers for such a talen factory to hire this people. Facilities Amazing many pools and beach area place to jump out Clift beautiful water. Water from walk to the sunset beach that have shop and bar and food. Many options to eat outside if you want. Restaurant in the hotel excellent. Breakfast buffet a must include with the room as I did. Great selection of food coffee and Prosecco. Zoe restaurant in the hotel 5 start restaurant fish octopus carpaccio. 3 different adult only pool. Blue sky pool in the roof with an bar only adult. Sauna and Indoor hot pool two plus Teo gym ans 3 -5 miles Run route. Only issues that I have if that I have to go back home. I will back. I will never pick a different hotel in Dubrovnik

It was beautiful and had great swimming and sunbathing. Quick bus ride to the old city. The room was nice and a good value. My only complaints are the lack of even moderately priced dining options and the staining of the sheets and rug in our room (looked like old blood).

Room was beat up, holes in bed, bathroom door didn’t close dragged along ground. My neighbors outside lights controlled my patio lights, this is the second room I was put into. Not much privacy and no way this is VIP. Breakfast area is so small and no room to service the 100plus everyday. Super disappointed with this hotel and staff. The view is nice but find another hotel in Dubrovnik.

This is a terrible hotel. We booked an ocean view room. When we checked in it was infested with ants. We requested a room change and they claimed no ocean view rooms were available and downgraded us. When I tried to seek compensation there were no managers or customer relation people available even the next morning. Hotels.com couldn’t connect with anyone. Also forget about a complimentary upgrade or wine/gift for gold/vip. Hotels.com should really remove this hotel from their site. It’s a joke

Bel hôtel qui regroupe plusieurs restaurants, piscines, bars, plages et Spa sur un front de mer étendu. Je recommande même si un effort de propreté pourrait être apporté en particulier dans le SPA. Le ville est facile d’accès grâce aux taxis.

The hotel was very clean and the staff are very friendly. The front desk was very accommodating to just little request and met every one with a smile. Breakfast was AMAZING!! view was AMAZING!! You definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to avoid drama and have a peaceful stay at one of the most beautiful places on the planet.

Nice resort with a lot of amenities and beautiful views. Was peaceful. Seemed to be a good spot for families, couples, or groups. It was a little far off the bus line, but Ubers into Old Town were inexpensive. Two bathrooms in our room for three were nice. I didn't like that we had to go searching for things like towels for the beach, that there were stains on our white bedding, and that the extra bed wasn't made up as it had been in the other hotels we stayed in on our trip. We were only there for one night, so didn't get the full experience of the resort.

Topp service, vi hadde superior suite der to rom med hver sine bad var bundet sammen med en liten stue. Funka utrolig bra for familie. Flott balkong mot sjø. God service! Enkelte basseng kunne nok vært renholdt bedre.

Beautiful hotel with fantastic facilities across the complex. Breakfast and evening buffet dinner were excellent quality and good range of options. Rooms were spotless with great facilities including coffee machine and great shower. Wonderful sea view and balcony space. Bus stop just across the road for travel into the Old Town. Parking spots available outside the entrance for rental car. Will definitely return.

The Staff was very good always had a smile on their faces...our room was amazing beautiful with the ocean view... easy walking path with access to other hotels and restaurants and shops ... walking distance to the beach ... overall lovely property .. definitely could live there on the property 😊

I booked a seaview room and it did not diappoint. The room is fabulous. One of the most comfortable beds I have slept in a while. Having the little balcony to chill... (and even watch the Thunder and Lightning show) was great! The room is clean and has everything you need. Almost looks brand new! The staff at check in were great, super friendly and got me into my room quickly. The only downside I would say is the food. It is not that great. I had to order a couple of in room dining meals as I was on conference calls - no healthy options and the food I did get was pretty awful - don't order the club sandwich! The have a couple of pools (one in another building) a good sized gym and a number of restaurants. Will for sure look to come back but this time for a holiday!

The setting was very scenic. The rooms are nicely appointed, soaps, bed comfort, etc. but the duvet was too heavy with no flat sheet. The ac had to be set at extreme low temps to be comfortable using it. For summer months - there should be a lighter duvet cover. The buffet for breakfast and dinner was good but not exceptional - except for the breads which were very delicious.

We had a sea view suite, which was very spacious and had two bathrooms. The problem was that the hotel had switched off the air conditioning due to being near the end of the season. The weather outside during the day was still 25 degrees though, so the room was too hot and stuffy during the day. Even some nights were unbearably hot!! La chambre est spacieuse et la vue mer incroyable. Par contre nous avions une énorme fissure sur la baie vitrée. C’est dommage. Nous avons commandé une fois en room service et avons attendu malheureusement 1h45 pour 2 Burgers. Les piscines sont bien mais fraîches.

Amazing hotel with excellent customer service. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was outstanding, fantastic views from the balcony, a really comfortable bed and spacious room. The breakfast had a great selection. The old town was easy to access through the convenience of the local bus stop outside of the hotel. I would thoroughly recommend staying here.

Beautiful hotel, however, a few constructive criticisms. We were supposed to receive some Expedia perks like complimentary wine which we did not receive. In addition our sea view room was on the main floor and was largely obstructed by trees so really should be considered a partial sea view room. The service was overall okay but the staff at the beach bar weren’t friendly and not helpful. A drawback is that we found it difficult to get beach chairs unless you go down before breakfast and claim your chairs. It would also be nice to have drinks service by the pool rather than having to walk up. The beach was incredible and so private and we loved the property itself.

We travelled as a couple as part of our honeymoon. The hotel itself is great, clean and looked after. The staff on the other hand are very rude and unfriendly, it kind of shocked us. Not a simple hello or how was your stay or anything. The staff at the Bar on the rocks rude too, my husband ordered a beer for €8, they gave him foam and when he asked about it they became defensive and said it’s natural for beer to be like this like we haven’t had beer before :) in our room we kept on hearing some strange (maybe pipes) sound even at night and also had ants running around attracted to food, wouldn’t advise having any kind of food in the room at all. Overall, the stay was not bad and we made the best of it despite all the sour faces. There is no beach as such, entrance to the sea is through rocks or ladders and 2 swimming pools by the sea are filled with sea water. The 3rd outside pool is not very deep at 1.25m.

The hotel was very clean and the staff are very friendly. The front desk was very accommodating to just little request and met every one with a smile. Breakfast was AMAZING!! view was AMAZING!! We had a lovely stay at the Royal Palm. The staff are all very helpful and polite and there are lots of choices of places to eat. The scenery is so pretty and it’s an easy bus ride into Dubrovnik old town with the bus stop close to the hotel complex.

My husband and I stayed here for one night on our way to Split in September 2025. This property is huge. It is like a resort, multiple restaurants, bars & pools all on the property. There is a beach club that is fully staffed where you point where you’d like a lounger set up and they get the chair and set it up for you with towel service. You can order food & drinks there as well. No beach, just rocks but very beautiful views. The restaurants are a bit more pricey but very convenient. We had a full sea view room and the view couldn’t be beat. Rooms were very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. The one con is the location, in my opinion. If you wanted to get anywhere OFF the property - it is not very walkable. Old town etc - very long walk and expensive cab rides. If you’re looking for a place that is for relaxing and enjoying the amenities of the property (or have a rental car - parking was 10 euros a day) - I would highly recommend. If you are planning on doing some walking to sites, I would choose a different location than this hotel.

This is part of a large multi-hotel complex with restaurants and beaches and pools. The rooms are lovely and the sea views cannot be beaten! Great breakfast buffet. A bottle of wine on ice greeted us, along with four luscious macarons. The whole experience was welcoming and relaxing. Our only disappointment was that we felt quite removed from the actual city. There's no shopping or dining or quaintness within walking distance -- just the hotel-plex itself. Ubers are easy and affordable if you want to get off the property and into Dubrovnik itself.

Location and the views from the hotel are exceptional. The breakfast buffet in the morning at the hotel was great. I did not really particularly enjoy the restaurant for dinner and prefer going back into the city or other places that you can find via online recommendations or locals. The rooms were clean. The pool areas and gym where great. It’s a little bit of a walk to the bus station if you do not want to get a Uber or did not drive but not too bad. The hotel is located at the start of the bus route to the center of town at the beginning of the day so it’s nice because you get a seat and it fills up pretty quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, an easy 1 hr walk to the old Town, or access by very well run city bus in 10 minutes. Hotel was great, clean and well run. Good choice of nearby restaurants and a nice promenade for a morning run or an evening stroll. Easy parking for rental car. Will definitely return!

We were lucky enough to get a corner room which had a balcony on 2 sides and a wonderful view of the sea. The complex of hotels was very nice and it was great to be able to use the facilities across the complex which included spa, gym, different pools and a rocky type of beach area. There were several restaurants but all seemed to be serving very similar food - we would have been more likely to stay for dinner in the hotel if there was more variety. As it was there was a lovely walk along a sea view promenade into Lapad with bars and expensive restaurants with more reasonable offerings when you got into Lapad itself, although to be fair the whole area is very expensive. the breakfast was of a good standard and plentiful but it would have been nice to have a variety at the buffet as well. But overall I would recomend the Royal Palm.

My room at the hotel was lovely and very clean ,although there was no air conditioning, when I asked at hotel about this I was advised there was no AC in the room although it is advertised as having AC, I would not have chosen this hotel if I had known this, we were advised by reception staff to leave the balcony door open which we had to do because of the heat which resulted in myself and husband receiving insect bites. Also we were half board and the food was discusting for a 5 star hotel, we went on a couple of occasions but had to have a salad as the other food was barely warm and inedible. This meant we had to eat out at considerable expense as we found most restaurants very expensive. We would not return to this hotel and would never have gone in the first place if they had not advertised there was no AC in room. We also feel we paid for breakfast and dinner but could not eat there and should be refunded for this. The hotel has great amenities and a wonderful beachside location. Exceptional pools and great views, spacious rooms. Breakfast was not in my opinion 5 star a very standard Buffett with overcooked hot items, no a la carte option and no table service for drinks. If you are looking for a hotel to relax by the pool in the summer it’s great. If you are looking for pampered 5 star this is not it.

The setting was very scenic. The rooms are nicely appointed, soaps, bed comfort, etc. but the duvet was too heavy with no flat sheet. The ac had to be set at extreme low temps to be comfortable using it. For summer months - there should be a lighter duvet cover. The buffet for breakfast and dinner was good but not exceptional - except for the breads which were very delicious.

Overall it was a great hotel with lovely breakfast. However we didn’t have a phone in our room throughout our stay.

Absolutely loved this hotel. The sea view rooms were beautiful, and the balconies were large. The bathroom looked like it was newly renovated and was very spacious. The surrounding Properties of this hotel chain were impeccable. Can’t say enough about this hotel. The buffet breakfast was great. It was great to use the other properties for the beach, drinks, restaurants, etc.
