Great location in Eindhoven just steps away from the city center and shopping district. It’s a busy area, and if you are in a car when you need to check in, it can be hectic as there are no temporary parking spots. But, rejoice when you complete check in— there is a good and safe parking lot about one block away (down and across the street). The fees were reasonable given the lack of parking in Eindhoven. The intercom at the gate worked well and it is safe for men or women to walk back to the hotel from the lot. The rooms are tidy and have good AC. We were able to use WIFI with no problems. The beds have thick cushion pads on top and they were comfortable. You will enjoy the breakfast! It’s hearty and has everything for any taste. Good coffee and every variety of brew with their fancy machines. The staff were helpful when we had a small issue with our room. We loved it!

Heerlijk verblijf! Vriendelijk personeel en lekker divers ontbijt. Het enige jammere was dat we, ondanks in eerste instantie wel toegezegd, toch niet op de parkeerplaats konden staan.

Despite its location (quite busy), the hotel is very calm. The staff was very friendly The room was very comfortable, and so was the bed. The shower product smelled lovely. The breakfast was delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Sleets hotel. Bureaustoelen versleten. Kamerdeuren sluiten niet goed. Wc bril blijft niet omhoog staan. Bedden worden niet opgemaakt, gebruikte vieze handdoeken niet vervangen, koffie en water niet aangevuld. Bij ontbijt stond maar een van de twee kamers op de lijst. Het niet opmaken van bed was niet gecommuniceerd met ons. Jammer. Dat was eens, maar niet nog een keer.

Room smelled of cigarettes. No air conditioning. Terrible bed. No cleaning. When I went to front desk they said there should be a note on the bed saying that cleaning was only every other day. There was no note… Pretty noisy from the neighbouring rooms. Not at all four star hotel.

I was disappointed with our stay, the pictures on hotels.com are not a true representation of this hotel. Initially walking into the hotel it feels dated and not very clean, especially the lifts and corridors. On entering the room we were surprised by the size however we noticed things were not to standard. There was no handle or lock to the bathroom door, instead a piece of plywood and gaffer tape used to block up the hole where the handle should be. The worse of all though was the smell of urine in the bathroom, it stank! I think it was coming from an old dirty toilet brush?? Also the shower door did not close properly, so it flooded the floor which made it really slippery. The best way I could describe the hotel is a place were groups of lads would stay on a city break. I would not consider this a 4 star hotel as advertised. The hotel car park was also a bit concerning, not secure what so ever, so as tourists we essentially emptied the car. The car park was £20 for the night.

We liked the room because it had 2 double beds. Carpet on the floor is not so hygienic but all rooms have carpets at this hotel. We liked nespresso machine, water cooker and fridge. Sad you cannot open window for some real fresh air. Very good and friendly staff @ the counter. Recommend this hotel for short visits.

They said they would clean our room after 3rd day but they did not. The bed was comfy but the bed toppers slide off bed. Run down and smelly in hallways. No fresh air in room, can't open window. Close to train station. Bed linens we nice

Not great checking in after a long day. The attitude the receptionist had was atrocious. He shouldn’t be doing nights. The hotel was a bit grubby. I normally wouldn’t mind too much but the guys attitude on the desk was bad. Will not stay again, thankfully I only needed to stay one night.

Located right outside the station, Eindhoven is very walkable! Was in town for PSV match and got to stadium in 13 minutes walking, route back was just as easy! Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.

The staff are great but the standard of the property is poor to average. The heating didn’t work, we couldn’t call reception as we had no idea how to (no info given) and too exhausted to go all the way back to reception. Bed was too soft for us and the breakfast wasn’t the best choice. I normally stay elsewhere but thought we’d try this. Some rooms are simply dated and need updating. I’ll stick to my normal hotel. But location is fabulous, but noisy on our side from drunks on the road but ok apart from that.

The Crown is a great hotel. Perfectly located for the train station and the city. The staff are friendly. The rooms a little tight but there is enough space. The beds are comfortable and the addition of a kettle and a coffee machine are a bonus. Breakfast is plentiful with a good choice. I have stayed here twice before and will stay again.
